Some people think that if they simply don't ever download the tiktok app that their data won't be collected. Or at least collected by the CCP. So they choose to stick to platforms like youtube, twitter and instagram. These people are either children or incredibly naïve to think these platforms are not collecting their data. And double for thinking these corporations don't sell their data to the CCP. Now, before anyone feels the need to tell me youtube is banned in China, I'm very aware of that. That doesn't mean anything. They still sell your data to whom ever wants to buy. I doubt youtube is trading your data with the CCP in hopes of changing their mind. Unfortunately, this is not a very organized written out video essay on tiktok, so if that's what your expecting then this is not it. Sorry. Ever since the conception of the TikTok Ban the platform TikTok itself has been begging it's user to fight back against the ban. Claims that it's intruding on our freedom of speech, press, & creativity. Although there maybe some truth to this, it's real funny coming out of TikTok. Since they have no problem doing that themselves to their own creators while crying about censorship. One of Tiktok's claims is the ban will hurt small online businesses using TikTok. Problem with that is according to said business owners is that TikTok needs no help from the government or the ban to do it themselves. But of course not many people have heard about this because TikTok doesn't want us to know that. Because it will hurt *THIER* business. & That's what it's really all about. TikTok is worried about their own business & don't care if they step over smaller ones. as well as suppressing them so they don't turn people away from fighting for & supporting TikTok. When They can't even properly support their creators or show them some decency unless it's in *their* best interest. Do not be mistaken by the title. This is what you think this is. I decided to be open-minded and give tiktok a try. I decided to scroll a bit as well as make some content and see how my experience was. Since the inception of The Tiktok Ban, there have been discussions in protests about the band itself being an infringement of the first amendment. In this video I'm going to explain why that may not be the case. Yes, even though it is the government that is doing it, it may still not be the case. the short and simple explanation of it is it's a bit complicated and more nuanced than that's when it comes to private entities. And the specific circumstances of this man may be the very reason why this band is not an infringement of the first amendment, & allowed to pass to begin with.
