Shiva goes to explain that after the death of their father, Mr. X, the Y Twins developed an obsession to control others, and that they developed a machine capable of controlling people's minds through sound waves, and that they planned devices all over the city, such as the speakers the heroes found while venturing through the sewers. Shiva goes on how the twins are planning to use those devices in a broadcast of mind-controlling music city. He finishes by pointing the gargantuan Y Tower, which is where the twins reside. Now an ally to the heroes, Estel tells them to go ahead while she arrests the thugs in the Y Tower.
