Meditation Mixes

The 4th in my mix series of ambient and meditation tracks which are all my own productions. The mix starts off with an Alpha binaural beat at 10hz which gradually drops down to Delta 3hz where it remains for over an hour before climbing up over the last 7 minutes to Gamma at 36hz. The idea is so that the mix brings you in to a deeper state of relaxation before pulling you out at the very end. Both the track and binaural beat lift towards the end (binaural beat to 14hz) to in order to bring you back up to the 'awake' state and ready to get back to your day. This meditation is recommended for when you want the quick recharge of a power nap but without the drowsiness.
