Preheat the Blackstone to medium heat. Add a thin layer of oil and cook the corn, onion, bell pepper, tomato, jalapeño, and black beans until softened and lightly charred, about 5–7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, then mix in the mayo, Street Taco seasoning, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Set the sofrito elote aside. 2. Season the pulled pork with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear the pork, ham, and salami on the griddle for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly browned, then remove to a cutting board. Split the Cuban bread and spread butter on the cut sides. Toast cut-side down for 1–2 minutes or until golden. 3. To assemble each sandwich, layer mustard, Swiss cheese, pulled pork, ham, salami, a scoop of sofrito elote, pickle slices, and another layer of Swiss cheese. Place the top bread on and add more butter to a clean area of the griddle. Set the sandwich down, press with a sandwich press, and cook 3–4 minutes per side until crisp and melty. 4. Crisp French bread, melty cheese, and hot au jus made this the perfect chilly day camping meal. Simple ingredients, big flavor, and absolutely worth the messy dip. Roast Beef Sandwiches: Ingredients 1 loaf French bread (bakery-style) 1 medium onion, sliced Olive oil 12–16 oz Hillshire® ultra-thin roast beef 4–6 slices sharp cheddar cheese Prepared horseradish (to taste) 1–2 cups au jus (store-bought or homemade) Directions 1. Cut the French bread into sandwich-length pieces and slice the onion. 2. Heat the griddle to medium and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the sliced onions onto the griddle and cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat under the onions to low once they reach your desired color. 3. On a separate burner or camping stove, warm the au jus over low heat and keep it at a gentle simmer. Place the French bread cut-side down on the griddle and press lightly to toast. Flip the bread, add a little more olive oil to the griddle, and toast the second side until golden, then turn off the heat under the bread. 4. Place an omelet ring on the griddle (optional) and add half of the roast beef inside the ring to warm. Add a layer of sharp cheddar cheese over the warmed beef. Add the remaining roast beef to the other half of the omelet ring followed by another layer of cheddar. Cover the meat and cheese with a dome and allow the cheese to melt completely. 5. Spread prepared horseradish onto the toasted bread. 6. Use two spatulas to lift the melted roast beef stack from the griddle and onto the bread. Add a portion of the browned onions over the first layer of roast beef. Place the second layer of roast beef on top, followed by more browned onions. Close the sandwich with the top piece of bread. 7. Pour the hot au jus into a bowl for dipping. 8. Serve the sandwich warm and enjoy with plenty of au jus. Place the steak in a bowl and season with Jugo Maggi, Tequila Lime seasoning, Chef Merito, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 10 minutes. 2. Preheat the Blackstone to medium-high. Add the tomatoes, serranos, and whole garlic cloves directly to the griddle. Cover to steam and soften as they char, turning occasionally until blistered and tender, about 6–8 minutes. 3. Transfer the charred veggies to a molcajete. Mash the garlic with a pinch of salt to form a paste, then mash in the serranos. Add the tomatoes and grind to a salsa consistency. Stir in cilantro and Knorr; adjust salt to taste. Set aside. 4. Cook the marinated steak on the griddle until cooked through and lightly charred. Chop into bite-sized pieces. 5. Spread mayonnaise on the cut side of each bolillo. Ingredients 1 lb ground turkey Blackstone Essential Blend Seasoning ½ cup sliced mushrooms 1 cup diced yellow onion 1 cup sweet potato medley 3 cloves garlic, minced Avocado oil Dairy-free butternut squash ravioli, par-boiled 1 ½ cups coconut milk 1 cup spinach Shredded Belgioioso Parmesan cheese Parsley, for garnish Directions 1. Preheat the griddle on high. Add a drizzle of avocado oil and the ground turkey. Break the turkey apart as it cooks to achieve a finely crumbled texture. Season with Blackstone Essential Blend and toss until the seasoning is evenly distributed. 2. On the other side of the griddle, also on high, sauté the mushrooms, onion, sweet potato medley, garlic, and a bit more Essential Blend. Cook until the veggies are crispy and the potatoes are soft.
