Bee Keeping

This was my first bee colony collapse. It Hurts like hell at first. Then it becomes about the money..... $125 down the drain. The next year I trapped two new colony's so we will continue to raise the little rascals

I heard a long time ago that the meaner the honeybees are the more honey they will produce. If that is a correct statement, we should get a lot of honey this year, this is the meanest I hive I have delt with so far.... A quick look in on the Beehives. On the 19th of March two new packages of Bees will arrive. Make sure to be here for the install into the hives

Both of the new hives are doing very well. Two days from today will check on the Queen Are you having fun yet LOL
