Dr. Eric BergFor around $3.00, you can have white teeth naturally with this teeth whitening DIY recipe. In this video, I’ll show you how to whiten teeth at home using 2 ingredients. There is a safe and effective way to get white teeth at home! 0:00 Introduction: How to whiten teeth naturally 0:36 2 ingredients for teeth whitening at home 2:02 How to whiten your teeth at home 3:21 Oil pulling for white teeth 4:20 Sugar and vitamin C Could Heart Dysfunction Come from an Infected Tooth: ▶️ https://youtu.be/JuxB81huzt0 DATA: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6175967/ You don’t need to go to the dentist or purchase whitening strips for white teeth. Baking soda is nonabrasive and can be used to gently scrub your teeth to remove stains and plaque. You can combine baking soda with 3% hydrogen peroxide to whiten teeth at home. Combine 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 3 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide and 8 drops of water. This mixture breaks the bonds of tooth stains, leaving you with whiter teeth. It’s also beneficial for eliminating bacteria and reducing plaque formation. Use a toothbrush to gently polish your teeth with this paste for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse your mouth thoroughly when you’re finished. Do this 2 to 3 times per week for a few weeks for whiter teeth. Teeth whitening should be done gradually to avoid damaging the gums and tooth enamel. Oil pulling is an ancient practice that involves swishing oil in the mouth for 10 to 20 minutes. Coconut oil is great for oil pulling. It’s high in lauric acid, a potent anti-microbial that is effective against bacteria, fungus, and candida. It also helps with bad breath. Research has found oil pulling to be as effective as prescription mouthwash against gingivitis. Vitamin C and glucose compete in the body. Bleeding gums are often caused by low vitamin C. If you consume a lot of sugar, glucose will block your vitamin C, which will show up in your gums. How to Tighten and Flatten Stomach with Just ONE EXERCISE
Dr. Eric BergFind out how to lose belly fat fast for a toned, flat belly without doing hundreds of crunches or sit-ups! In this video, I’ll explain why a caloric deficit is not the best way to lose belly fat and give you the true key to weight loss. 0:00 Introduction: The truth about weight loss 1:45 Weight loss and insulin 6:26 Ketosis vs. fat adaptation 7:30 How to flatten the stomach 8:33 The dead bug exercise tutorial Link to Success Stories: https://drbrg.co/4gx2nVX A caloric deficit is not a sustainable way to lose weight or get a flat stomach! Most people find that their metabolism slows down in their 20s and 30s after a series of calorie-restrictive diets. Lowering calories increases hunger and cravings, which will require immense willpower and can stifle weight loss. The caloric deficit model is not sustainable! Insulin is the hormone that controls whether you burn or store fat. If you reduce insulin, you can tap into your body fat for energy. Carbohydrates have the most significant effect on insulin, while fat is neutral and protein has a moderate impact. All calories are not the same! To lose weight, you must lower insulin, which means you must reduce your carb intake. If you’re on a low-carb diet, your body can use both food and body fat for fuel. This eliminates hunger and cravings between meals. Fat provides more than double the energy of glucose. It takes 2 to 3 days to get into ketosis and 2 to 3 weeks for fat adaptation. Fat adaptation means your body is burning the most fat possible. Your body can burn ketones and fat, which are two different fuel sources. To get your body into ketosis, carbohydrates should make up about 5% of your diet, protein 20%, and fat 75%. Visceral fat in the abdomen may prevent a flat belly, but you can eliminate it with this diet. The dead bug exercise stimulates the fascia and muscles that can act as a girdle, giving you a flat belly fast! Do this exercise every day, and within 1 to 2 weeks, you will start to see amazing results! Here’s My 2 Cents: "Making America Healthy Again"
Dr. Eric BergLINK TO VOTE: ➡️ https://discourse.nomineesforthepeople.com/t/dr-eric-berg-dc/765 DATA: https://aparadiseforparents.com/ Robert F. Kennedy is receiving a lot of pushback for his ideas on health and reform. As secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, his ideas would radically change the US healthcare system. In this video, I’m going to share some of the changes I would make to address the current healthcare crisis and improve America’s health. 0:00 Introduction: RFK healthcare policy 1:22 Institutional foods 2:35 Subsidized foods 3:54 Vote for me! 4:25 GRAS 5:00 Food fortification 5:35 Tax money and drugs 6:55 End the rounding rule 7:47 Sun phobia RFK has the following goals for healthcare reform in America: 1. Clean up the corruption 2. Get back to science-based evidence 3. End chronic disease He will be actively working against big food companies, big chemical companies, and big pharma, so naturally, he’s getting a lot of pushback. The U. S. spends over 4.1 trillion dollars each year on healthcare, yet we’re at the bottom as far as health. Why? Here's what I think can improve America’s health! 1. Change the institutional foods Prepackaged foods are given to people in nursing homes, prisons, schools, hospitals, and other public institutions. These institutional foods are very low-quality, highly processed foods. The health of the people in these institutions would quickly improve by simply removing the refined sugars, starches, and oils from their diets. 2. Address the subsidized foods Subsidized foods are paid for by taxpayers. Corn, soy, wheat, sugar, and rice are the most highly subsidized foods. Changing the types of foods that are subsidized and investing in small farmers can significantly improve this problem. 3. Changing GRAS “Generally recognized as safe” is a term used by the FDA for products that have been safety tested by their own manufacturers. To avoid conflict of interest, these tests should be conducted by third-party independent companies. 4. Change food fortification Synthetic folic acid and iron fortification of food can cause serious problems for many people. 5. Disallow tax dollars from being used for drugs Every year, 40 billion dollars of taxpayer money is used to pay for medical research to develop new drugs. 6. The rounding rule If a product contains less than .5 grams of an ingredient, it can be rounded down to 0. This is misleading and should be eliminated. People need to be more aware of what's really in their food. Companies also need to be forced to raise the quality of the ingredients in their products. 7. End sun phobia Sun phobia paired with low RDAs for vitamin D is contributing to massive vitamin D deficiency in the population, putting people at risk for disease. What Causes Eye Floaters and Dry Eyes?
Dr. Eric BergGet access to my FREE resources 👉 https://drbrg.co/4bMhVT4 Get rid of dry eyes, floaters, and other problematic issues with the eyes by increasing your intake of these essential nutrients. Can This Reverse Glaucoma: ▶️ https://youtu.be/yizGW894YGs 0:00 Introduction: Dry eyes symptoms 1:57 What causes dry eyes? 3:17 Retinopathy 4:27 Floaters 5:18 Macular degeneration 7:36 Glaucoma 8:42 Cataracts In this video, we’ll discuss some common eye problems and the nutrients that can help. Dry eyes and night blindness are often caused by vitamin A deficiency. Vitamin A deficiency can be caused by a diet high in junk food or an issue with the gallbladder. Egg yolks, liver, butter, and cod liver oil are the best sources of vitamin A. Plants are not a good source of vitamin A because they only contain the precursor, beta-carotene. Zinc is essential for vitamin A to work properly in the body. Red meat, oysters, shellfish, and liver are the best sources of zinc. Retinopathy is often caused by diabetes. Excessive amounts of glucose can create oxidation in the nervous system. Benfotiamine, a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1, can penetrate nerve tissue. Consuming protein with sugar causes a chemical reaction called glycation, which can cause floaters in the eye. A low-carb or carnivore diet may help. Intermittent and prolonged fasting allow your body to recycle damaged proteins through autophagy and may help with floaters. Macular degeneration is often said to be age-related. However, blue light, alcohol, smoking, sugar, and seed oils may contribute to it. To improve eye health, try lowering your seed oil consumption and increasing your intake of omega-3 fats. Lutein, zeaxanthin, and meso-zeaxanthin are carotenoids that protect your eyes against macular degeneration. You can find these compounds in the following foods: • Green vegetables • Orange fruits and vegetables • Yellow fruits and vegetables • Egg yolks • Seafood (Salmon, shrimp) • Grass-fed meat Glaucoma is an eye condition in which excessive pressure causes damage to the back of the eye. Research has shown that vitamin D can be an excellent remedy for glaucoma. High amounts of vitamin D can also be beneficial for cataracts. N-acetyl-carnosine and zinc contain antioxidants that protect the eye and improve cataracts. Dark purple, red, orange, and yellow fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants that help support eye health. A Better Way to Eliminate Candida for Good
Dr. Eric BergDiscover a better way to eliminate candida for good with these 3 tips! DATA: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0944501322002403 https://vitamindwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page_id=1310#Vitamin_D3_a_new_drug_against_Candida_albicans_petri_dish_-_Nov_2016 0:00 Introduction: What is candida? 0:15 What causes candida overgrowth? 0:44 Candida overgrowth symptoms 1:40 Other causes of candida overgrowth 2:30 How to get rid of candida 3:05 Sign up for my newsletter to get unfiltered content! In this video, we’re going to talk about candida overgrowth. Candida is a fungal infection that typically affects the mouth, private areas, or toenails. Candida often develops after antibiotics destroys the bacteria that keep yeast and fungus at bay. The majority of your gut microbiome is bacteria. However, you have a small percentage of yeast, fungus, and friendly candida. When antibiotics wipe out your friendly bacteria, this leaves room for candida overgrowth. Some of the symptoms of candida overgrowth include itchiness, burning, fatigue, cracks at the corners of the mouth, and ammonia odor. Candida changes your pH, making it more alkaline. Sugar is the primary fuel source of candida. Other conditions can lower your immune system and cause candida overgrowth. HIV/AIDS, organ transplants, medications like Prednisone, pregnancy, and excessive sugar consumption can all cause candida. Oftentimes, candida overgrowth is paired with a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D has antifungal properties and is also a broad-spectrum antimicrobial. If you have candida, there are three things that you need to do! 1. Take 20,000 to 30,000 IU of vitamin D 2. Remove sugar from the diet 3. Consume probiotic foods (sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, fermented vegetables) Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis and intermittent fasting.
