A version was released for MS-DOS a short time later. The game featured all the sports included in the Summer X-Games of 1995, but it did not feature events such as the half pipe in skateboarding. It was similar to Road Rash, which was a game published by Electronic Arts. The game was followed by two sequels, 2Xtreme and 3Xtreme. Like other titles released during the console's early life, the game was available in a large CD jewel case, like the ones used for the Sega CD and Sega Saturn games. The game was subsequently re-released under the title of 1Xtreme (as a way of indicating it's a predecessor to 2Xtreme) under the Greatest Hits line, as the ESPN license had expired. The ESPN logo and company name were removed from its title, and game content referring to ESPN was removed as well. (Source - Wikipedia)1 view -

It was later ported to cartridge format and published by Acclaim for the Nintendo Entertainment System. For its time, the game was technically advanced; the game's three-dimensional scrolling effect is very similar to the linescroll effects used by Pole Position and many racing games of the day as well as the forward-scrolling effect of Sega's 1985 third-person rail shooter Space Harrier. 3-D WorldRunner was an early forward-scrolling pseudo-3D third-person platform-action game where players were free to move in any forward-scrolling direction and had to leap over obstacles and chasms. It was also notable for being one of the first stereoscopic 3-D games. WorldRunner was designed by Hironobu Sakaguchi and Nasir Gebelli, with music composed by Nobuo Uematsu. All were later core members of the team behind the Final Fantasy role-playing video game series. (Source - Wikipedia)6 views -

Together, Pai and Yakumo try to regain their lost humanity. This game can be considered a side-story to the series. The player does not control Yakumo, but an ordinary high-school student named Kenichi Yamamoto. Accidentally, Kenichi comes into contact with the world of demons, and now he needs the help of Pai and Yakumo to be freed. The gameplay is standard Japanese-style adventure. The player interacts with the game world by selecting menu commands "Look", "Talk", and "Move". The game features animated cutscenes and (in its console incarnation) voice-overs. 4 En 1 Ligne (Magnavox Odyssey 2 - 1982) [FR Version of "4 In 1 Row"]
GAMING WITH THE DESERTPUNK!Old-School Console Theater 4 En 1 Ligne [4 In 1 Row] Magnavox Odyssey 2 Board Game/Turn-Based Strategy 1982 N.V. Philips Gloeilampenfabrieken FR Version of "4 In 1 Row" Normal Difficulty Mode * RELATED VIDEO PLAYLISTS: -The Attract Mode Project: https://rumble.com/playlists/GWQng0_fMzs -Old-School Console Theater: https://rumble.com/playlists/NZeHms3PVHc -Standard Console Theater: https://rumble.com/playlists/UEuK9iop3Fc -Hardcore Console Theater: https://rumble.com/playlists/KdL3xxsx0lc * GAME INFORMATION: 4 in 1 Row is a translation of the Connect Four board game. Two players (Pussycat and Hounddog) take turns dropping colored (red or green) discs in an eight-column six-row grid. The object is to place 4 discs in a row, either vertically, horizontally or diagonally. An strategic indicator number on the right side of the screen, besides each name, will show the chances of each player to get four discs in a row. The higher the number, the higher the chances. If the number reads 125 it means the player is just one move away from winning. The strategic indicator can be turned off by pressing CLEAR. When playing against the computer, two variations with three skill levels are available: Playing against Microcat I, II or III (selected by pressing 1, 2 or 3). Microcat uses a micro-sensor (represented by a μ sign) which will stop over each column calculating its chances. The disc will be dropped where the μ stops. The higher the skill level, the bigger the sensor and calculation times. Playing against Microdog I, II or III (selected by pressing 5, 6 or 7) is similar to playing against Microcat (with the skill levels and μ sensor), but the player can also ask for computer assistance on moves. Whenever player's Pussycat appears, pressing 1, 2 or 3, depending on the skill level, will make the PRESS ENTER text appear along the micro sensor. Once pressed, the computer will take over and will continue until the player presses again 0 and ENTER when Pussycat appears. (Source - IGDB.com]2 views -
