Long Fast Round 1

Updated 1 month ago
In November 2022, I began a journey that would change everything. I didn’t eat for 89 days, and what unfolded has forever transformed my life.
Being a previously very private person, I didn’t start sharing my journey until day 41. But I received a strong nudge from spirit to open up and let others witness the process. So I did - around the day 41 mark, I began to share.

Long Fast #1 - Day 69 - Gallstones & Parasites
Ren Sunglow | Fasting & DetoxificationDAY 69 UPDATE - 29th January 2023 “I have categorized gallstones into two basic types: cholesterol and pigment stones. Some cholesterol stones are composed of at least 60% cholesterol and have a yellowish color. Others have a pea-green color and are generally soft, like putty (these can consist of 95% cholesterol). Pigment stones are brown or black, owing to their high content of colored pigment (bilirubin). They may be calcified, are harder and more solid than the cholesterol stones. However, also cholesterol-based stones can become hard and calcified. Calcified stones can only be found in the gallbladder.” ~ Andreas Mortiz #gallstones #parasites #fasting #detox33 views -
Long Fast #1 - Parasite Eliminations
Ren Sunglow | Fasting & DetoxificationThis is just a small amount of what has come out of me. Parasites are a symptom of a bigger issue.. that our body is a filthy cesspit. The are opportunistic scavengers. Treating parasites without addressing the reason “why” they are there in the first place is like pissing in the wind when it comes to healing. Fasting and detoxification with a focus on removing internal waste and obstructions is the only solution.35 views -
Long Fast #1 - Day 54 - Mucoid Plaque vs Psyllium Husk
Ren Sunglow | Fasting & DetoxificationDAY 54 UPDATE - 14th January 2023 I’ve had a lot of questions pop up about whether or not the mucoid plaque/rope worm is actually just hardened psyllium mixture. To put it simply, it is not. I expel the plaque most of the time separately (but not exclusively) from the psyllium mixture. Usually I will expel the mucoid plaque in the morning; I then consume the psyllium mixture as a part of my morning fast protocol, which is then later expelled in the afternoon (sometimes with a bit more plaque and whatever else it manages to dredge out). The amount of waste that comes out of me does not equate to how much product I am taking. Only those who have not walked the path with long fasting will cast stones of doubt and uncertainty! Enjoy the carnage. #longfast #nofood #detoxification #detoxificationcoach #fastingcoach #fastinglifestyle #liquidfasting #dryfasting #selfhealing #truthaboveall #healthsovereignty #mindbodyspirit #spiritinhumanexperience #honourthyself #knowthyself #thepathlesstravelled #mindovermatter #longfast #rawvegan #fruitarian #frugivore #antiageing #longevity #mucoidplaque #parasites #ropeworm #themucuslessdiethealingsystem22 views -
