Grazer G2297K Revival, Part IV: Fuel System and Test Fire Struggles
Owen BishopI swear I know what I'm doing, this is how all my projects go. Even down to the small ones. Everything is a struggle and a fight. In the end, I won, so that's all that matters. ALSO, the connectors used on this mower are "Delphi 56 Series" which may also be called "Packard" connectors. Parts: Starter (only buy the OEM, because none of the aftermarkets have 9 tooth pinions): Kohler 2509824S (old part # is 2509821S) I purchased my starter here: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Kohler-25-098-24-S-Electric-Starter-Replaces-25-098-20-S-25-098-21-S-OEM/624571607?from=/search Parts: https://www.caseingersollparts.com/store/c1/CASE_AG_%2F_CONSTRUCTION.html Parts Diagrams: https://www.rottmansales.com/parts/ingersoll-case/front-cut-mowers/3 views -

Grazer G2297K Revival, Part VI: Painting and Assembling the Mower Deck
Owen BishopThe next installment of this series should be a bit more exciting Part Number Cross Reference (Grazer to other) - C46687 (deck idler, flat).......AYP/Electrolux 532196106 - C37935 (deck belt).......Use 1/2"x 122-3/4" V-belt - C14482 (deck tension spring).......No specific part number; I ended up using a #168 (or 169, can't remember which) extension spring. It's far from perfect, but it has held up alright so far. - C44136 (mower blade).......I have not found a replacement that will 100% work. Honestly, your best bet is to search for a universal blade that would fit. Dimensions of specific aforementioned parts: Deck flat idler(s): - Diameter: 5-1/2" - Width: ~1-1/2" or so - Bore: 3/8" Mower blade(s): - Length: 18" - Width: 2-1/2" - Center to center distance between mounting holes: ~3-3/4" Parts: https://www.caseingersollparts.com/store/c1/CASE_AG_%2F_CONSTRUCTION.html Part Diagrams: https://www.rottmansales.com/parts/ingersoll-case/front-cut-mowers/grazer/325/9 views -
Grazer G2297K Revival, Part VII: Finishing Touches, Deck Installation, and Test Run!
Owen BishopShe ran well, what for having sat so long and all. I was done mowing in about 1/3 of the time it took me with the lawn tractor, and that's including the time it took me to put that spindle shaft back in. Outstanding machine. I'm gonna try and get the review video out in a week or two. It's a very wet spring this year, so there'll be no shortage of grass for me to cut. Here's the part number(s) for that PTO switch: - Stens 430-514 - John Deere AM101562 I have no clue if either of those will actually work, it just looks like they will.
