In the first video I did on the Crosman 362, I had already ordered a metal breech for the air rifle, primarily because it has a dovetail groove on the top, and this allows me to mount a 4 x 32mm AIM scope in the future. The actual breech kit is for the Crosman 1322 air pistol, but is compatible with the 362, as the 362 is engineered pretty much like the 1322, but, of course, has a longer barrel and a considerably longer pump tube. It was relatively straight forward to put on. The last third of this video is the step-by-step videoing of taking the old breech off and putting the new one on. I ran the newly modified 362 through a series of tests, and found an increase of 15 to 20 feet per second muzzle velocity, depending on the pellet type. This meant an average boost in kinetic energy of about .7 foot pounds. Not bad for just putting a new breech on. As an added bonus in this video, you get some free guitar music, as I try to lighten things up a little this 4th of July.
