Many people know about the chariot wheels and other remnants found at the bottom of the sea. But what's even more striking is the physical evidence on land. On the Egyptian side, there is a wide beach, large enough to have held the Israelites as they were trapped between the sea and Pharaoh's army. On the opposite side in Saudi Arabia, there are markers that some believe were erected by King Solomon, identifying the site as the location of the crossing.
