NATIONAL & PERSONAL CRISIS #27, Doctrine of the Uniqueness of the Church Age (6-1-25)
countrybiblechurchbrenham-----Complete notes can be downloaded from our website - www.countrybiblechurch.us -----You may contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] The Doctrine of the Uniqueness of the Church Age 1. The uniqueness of the Church Age is based on the strategic victory of Jesus Christ during the first advent, His two deaths on the cross, both of which are involved. The first death validated the New Covenant. His second death or physical death abrogated the old covenant (Mosaic Law). So, the Mosaic law was abrogated by His physical death but His first death was a spiritual death and that was the blood of Christ. The blood of Christ refers to the explanation of the sacrifice of Christ bearing our sins. The blood of Christ covers the last three hours on the cross when He who knew no sin was made sin for us, and His first death on the cross, the blood of Christ death, actually validated the New Covenant whereas the second time He died on the cross he died physically and that abrogated the First Covenant. From those two deaths we have resurrection, ascension and session, all part of this great strategic victory. From this victory comes the Royal Family of God, and because of the royal family of God and because of the validation of a New Covenant, there has to be an interruption of the Jewish Age. For one thing, the Jewish Age had just run out of gas because its covenant is abrogated. The Mosaic Law was abrogated at the cross and therefore out of gas in the name of the game for the Jewish Age. Furthermore, Christ is sitting up there alone and the born-again Jews cannot be royal family, they all were saved during the period when the Mosaic law was operative. Therefore, a New Covenant means a whole new ball game, and that means a new age, a unique age, the Church Age; that means things that never happened before. That means a Royal Family and there never was a Royal Family of God, there was just family of God. The interruption of the Jewish Age was prophesied in Daniel 9:21 -27. The angel Gabriel told Daniel that there would be seventy weeks (490 years) for God’s plan for Israel to unfold. Gabriel told Daniel that from a decree that would allow the Israelites to return to rebuild Jerusalem. Daniel 9:25 until Messiah the Prince (J.C.) … Daniel 9:26 Then after the sixty-two weeks there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks (69 years) then Messiah will be cut off (be crucified) and have nothing, and the people (unbelievers)of the prince (anti-Christ) who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary… Ten days after Christ ascended, the day of Pentecost started the Church Age and the last seven years will not come until the end of the Church Age and the beginning of the Tribulation. 2. Every believer lives in the holy of holies in the palace forever. Therefore, this is accomplished by something absolutely unique, the baptism of the Holy Spirit and resultant positional sanctification. 3. As a sign of royalty every believer is indwelt by the Holy Spirit. In the Old Testament no one was ever indwelt by the Holy Spirit. John 7:39 — “The Holy Spirit was not yet given because Christ was not yet glorified.” No glorified Christ, no possibility of a Royal Family. Glorified Christ; Royal Family. While believers in the Old Testament could be filled with the Spirit they were never indwelt by the Holy Spirit. 4. A second sign of royalty is the fact that the believer is indwelt by the Son of God as well as the Holy Spirit. 5. A new dispensation means a new covenant, a unique covenant authorizing a new priesthood, and so the fifth unique factor is that every believer is a priest, and not only just a priest but a Royal Priest. 6. As members of the Royal Family of God we have the completed canon of scripture. All divine revelation to the Royal Family of God is in written form and therefore God does not reveal Himself to us by dreams, visions, trances, or direct conversation. The canon of scripture was completed in 96 AD and God does not reveal Himself apart from the canon of scripture. A new communicator of doctrine has now been provided: the pastor-teacher; and a new classroom: the local church. And since this is the intensified stage of the angelic conflict, all get attacked - the Word, the communicator, and the local church. 7. The believer does not live under the Mosaic Law; he lives under the new covenant which abrogates and supersedes the Mosaic law. Therefore, we have a clearly defined grace way of life, so clearly defined as to be unique. There is no clearer definition of grace than Ephesians and Hebrews.33 views -

NATIONAL & PERSONAL CRISIS #25, The believer's decisions determine historical trends. (5-18-25)
countrybiblechurchbrenham-----Complete notes can be downloaded from our website - www.countrybiblechurch.us -----You may contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] LESSON 25 (5-18-25) Q. The Church Age is the only dispensation in which historical trends are determined by the volition of the individual believer in Christ. 1. The Church Age is the dispensation of historical trends without prophecy. As goes your volition, so goes the Church Age. 2. Only during the Church Age are historical trends related exclusively to decisions made by believers in any given generation. 3.In all other dispensations historical trends are determined by prophecy. Prophecy determines the historical trends in every dispensation but the Church Age. So you cannot use prophecy to determine historical trends during the Church Age. This is the age of no prophecy for the Church, but the prophecy now for the Jews, give us a better time frame for the rapture. 4. Decisions of believers and unbelievers of other dispensations were programmed into the *divine decrees and the print out was prophecy for them. *divine decrees, The omniscience of God in eternity past knew all that would happen & decreed to be. 5. The Church Age is the only dispensation where eschatology (final events of history) does not determine historical trends, it is only the believer’s decisions that that determine future historical trends. 6. This means that your decisions and applications based on Bible doctrine, determines the historical trends of our nation. 7. You have personal impact in *blessing by association. You have historical impact in being a part of the pivot of mature believers. But you also have international impact through the function of indigenous missionary activity. All of these things depend on our individual spiritual life. If enough believers combine to do this, then manifest destiny is perpetuated for another generation. *blessing by association – God gives mature believers so many blessings that others receive them also and they have historical impact to our nation as well as other nations. indigenous missionary activity – Living with natives in a particular region, teaching the Bible in their own language. 1.The baptism of the Holy Spirit - It permanently identifies every believer with Jesus Christ the moment they believe in Him. From then on, they are “in Christ” and “a new creature.” 3. election and predestination – God elected and predestined believers in eternity past, knowing that they would believe the gospel. 4. Our portfolio of invisible assets – God gives every believer, when born again, around 40 invisible assets that are irrevocable. TEN UNIQUE FACTORS OF THE CHURCH AGE 1. The baptism of the Holy Spirit. 2. The specific plan of God for the Church Age. 3. The equality factor of the specific plan for both election and predestination. 4. Our portfolio of invisible assets. 5. Two royal commissions: Every believer is a royal priest; every believer is a royal ambassador. 6. The mystery doctrine of the Church Age. 7. For the first and only time in history every member of the Trinity indwells the believer. (God the Father), John 14:23, Ephesians 4:6, 1 John 3:23 (Jesus Christ) Romans 8:10, John 14:20, Galatians 2:20, (God the Holy Spirit) Romans 8:11, 1 Corinthians 3:16, 2 Corinthians 6:16. 8. The divine power available to the believer: the omnipotence of the Father related to our portfolio of invisible assets, the omnipotence of the Son giving us a day at a time and seeing to it that history will continue until the end of the Millennium, the omnipotence of God the Holy Spirit by which we execute the unique specific plan of God for our life. 9. The Church Age is the only dispensation in which there is no prophecy. 10. This is the dispensation of invisible heroes. (We are designed for low profile and invisible impact. Our invisible impact comes through executing God’s plan for our life.)21 views -
NATIONAL & PERSONAL CRISIS #24, The Doctrine of Escrow Blessings (4-27-25)
countrybiblechurchbrenham-----Complete notes can be downloaded from our website - www.countrybiblechurch.us -----You may contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] No nation can survive functioning on principle alone without a Pivot of Mature Believers. 1. A nation may have the best principles, but they are missing something that makes all the difference. Mature believers who pray to God for guidance and prepared pastors who accurately teach the Bible. 2. Survival takes evangelism, positive volition toward doctrine, the function of the plan of God, and cognizance of the invisible assets provided for each believer *(Escrow blessing for Mature Believers). What is “escrow” and how does It work? Definition: a grantor produces a written escrow agreement which is deposited with a depositary (an escrow officer), who holds the escrow until the conditions of the agreement are met, then he delivers it to the grantee who will receive the benefits of the escrow. 1. DOCTRINE OF ESCROW BLESSINGS a. An escrow is a written agreement entered into by three parties, the grantor [God the Father], the grantee [You], and the depositary [Jesus Christ as the escrow officer], for the transfer of Escrow Blessings. b. The escrow agreement is a promise from God the Father as the Grantor, who secures invisible assets that are available to every grantee, (Church Age believers). However, the assets will only be conveyed to those who meet the condition of the escrow agreement, which is to reach Spiritual Maturity. When that occurs, God the Father) informs Jesus Christ, the escrow officer, that a grantee (a believer) has met the conditions of the escrow agreement, so He delivers the escrow blessings to the Mature Believer, which immediately go into effect. Escrow blessings are infinitely superior to all other categories of divine blessings for both time and eternity. c. The date of our escrow blessings was eternity past. d. The conditions of the escrow are fulfilled by the execution of the unique spiritual life, culminating in Spiritual Maturity. e. If the conditions of an escrow are not met, then the escrow blessings remain in heaven forever. Believers who don’t receive escrow blessings do not lose their salvation, but they do lose their escrow blessings forever. Believers can see their escrow blessings in heaven in the heavenly hall of records.36 views -
NATIONAL & PERSONAL CRISIS #23, The Client Nation to God determines its sustainability. (4-13-25)
countrybiblechurchbrenham-----Complete notes can be downloaded from our website - www.countrybiblechurch.us -----You may contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] Review from 4-6-2025 In the following pages, there are a few terms that might not be familiar, so they will be explained now. They are “Pivot”, “Client Nation”, and “Non-Client Nation.”. a. The Pivot - is the accumulation of mature believers living in a Client Nation. While the pivot is composed primarily of mature believers, it may also include positive believers who have reached spiritual adulthood. b. A Client Nation always has a Pivot that some call a “remnant”, which is a group of mature believers that God protects. c. When a nation has a large Pivot, God blesses that nation, but when the nation’s Pivot is shrinking, God withdraws His blessing from that nation. d. “A Client Nation” – A Client-Nation to God is a nation under divine protection, because it has a pivot of mature believers and it has a nation in which the civil government recognizes establishment principles of freedom, including privacy and the sacredness of property and life. e. A Client-Nation to God is a nation under divine protection, because it has a large Pivot of mature believers. It has six things that distinguishes it: f. 1. It must evangelize its own population at home. 2. It must communicate Bible doctrine to the believers in the nation. 3. It is responsible for the custodianship of Bible doctrine. 4. It provides a haven for the Jews. 5. It is responsible to send out missionaries to evangelize other nations. 6. It must have an establishment of local churches which are autonomous. 3. No nation ever learns from the mistakes of other nations when involved in cosmic arrogance. 1. This refers to Non-Client Nations where there is neither a Pivot of Mature Believers nor freedom for the perception of truth in evangelism and doctrine. 2. The Non-Client Nation serves Satan and its own selfish motivations. Furthermore, the Non-Client Nation is the product of its own maneuverings and its self-determination. 3. When a nation is involved in Cosmic arrogance, its people are blind to the fact they are making exactly the same mistakes that destroyed other great nations before them. 4. Hegel stated this principle as follows, “We learn from history that we learn nothing from history.” LESSON 23 (4-13-25) 5. This is another way of saying that arrogant individuals or arrogant nations are unteachable and become blind to their own failures, resulting in their own self-destruction long before they are invaded and overrun. 6. Three things that destroy a nation. a. Economic depression. It can result from government destruction of industry through legislation, or from building our factories in other countries. O. Three things that destroy a nation. a. Economic depression. It can result from government destruction of industry through legislation, or from building our factories in other countries. b. Social degeneration. Individual bad decisions destroy the structure of society. The sacredness of freedom, property, and life are ignored or rejected. Integrity disappears from society and is replaced by every form of crime or immorality. c. Military defeat. No nation can win a war when the manpower suffers from social degeneration and the industrial complex cannot provide logistical support. P. No nation can survive functioning on principle alone without a pivot of mature believers. 1. Survival takes evangelism, positive volition toward doctrine, the function of the plan of God, and cognizance of the invisible assets provided for each believer (Escrow blessing for mature believers). 2. For principle to function in a foreign or domestic policy, there must be a pivot of mature believers in a Client Nation. From that comes traditional Biblical values and virtues for believers and unbelievers as well. 3. Principle is always based on truth; therefore, truth must be backed by the principles of Bible doctrine. 4. If truth is used in foreign policy, you must have a Pivot of mature believers communicating truth to concur with that policy.38 views 1 comment -
NATIONAL & PERSONAL CRISIS #22, Nationalism (Autonomous) vs Internationalism (Globalism) (4-6-25)
countrybiblechurchbrenham-----Complete notes can be downloaded from our website - www.countrybiblechurch.us -----You may contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] LESSON 22 (4-6-25) O. There is a huge difference between Nationalism and Internationalism. 1. First, let’s get more informed about Nationalism. a. Nationalism refers to autonomous nations in which their governments function over a certain segment of the world population.. b. Nationalism is the means of protecting and perpetuating the human race, in order that no segment of the human race will gain so much power as to destroy the rest of the human race and inevitably destroy themselves. c. Nationalism is the fourth Divine Institution. God divided the human race (1) Geographically, (2) Racially and (3) linguistically. d. Internationalism is Satanic. Satan uses internationalism, also called Globalism, to control nations by using his power to enslave them. e. Nationalism is a barrier against the ubiquitous evil of Satan in world. He is the prince and power of the air for now (Ephesians 2:2). f. Satan is frustrated by the large number of nations that have defined borders. He promotes open borders. g. Evangelism thrives when Nationalism flourishes world-wide. h. When international godless leaders are in control, they crush weaker nations in order to keep their power. Read: Genesis 11:1-9. i. Internationalism / Globalism bring many nations together under Satanic control. In the Tribulation, Satan will bring about a one world government and a one world religion that he will use to dominate the earth after Church Age believers are raptured.25 views 1 comment -
NATIONAL & PERSONAL CRISIS #21 Established authority is mandated by God. (Col. 3:18-20),(3-30-25)
countrybiblechurchbrenham-----Complete notes can be downloaded from our website - www.countrybiblechurch.us -----You may contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] Lesson 21 8. Some people long to have authority while others have no interest in it. The following are the different ways that people view authority a. Some can’t wait to have authority. This type usually can’t wait to start bossing people around. b. Some want to have authority because it usually pays more than being a subordinate. c. Some can take it or leave it. d. Some want to have authority in order to impress other people. e. Some don’t want any part of having authority because they don’t want the responsibility that comes with it. f. Some want authority because of the perks that are offered. Instead of driving your own car to work, some provide a company truck or car, including the gas. They may also offer paid vacations, health insurance, and tickets to sport events. 9. God has given husbands authority over their wives. Ephesians 5:22-24 Wives, be submissive to your own husbands as unto the Lord. 23) For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body. 24) Just as the church is subject to Christ, so also wives should be to their husbands in everything. Colossians 3:12, Titus 2:5, I Peter 3:1 & 5 11. Some husbands don’t want to be the authority over their wives, but they have it whether they like it or not, because when the husband said, “I do”, he became the head of the house. 12. God disapproves of husbands abdicating their leader- ship role. He condemned Adam for becoming the follower of Eve instead of being her leader in the first marriage. He punished him not only for eating the forbidden fruit, but also for subordinating himself to his wife’s rebellious lead. Genesis 3:17 Then to Adam He said, "Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree about which I commanded you… Cursed is the ground because of you; In toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life. 13. Husbands are not put in charge because they are smarter or better than their wives. God assigned the man the leadership role because He designed him physically and emotionally to shoulder the responsibility of command as well as to initiate love towards his wife. God designed the woman to complement the man physically and emotionally and to respond to his leader- ship with love and respect. 14. Many wives usurp their husband’s position of authority, but find out that it is a hard job, so they resent their husbands for succumbing to them as they take on the responsibilities and the leadership that belongs to their husbands. 15. Husbands who submit to their wives, think their wife loves them more because they yielded to her desire to be in charge. Wrong! Wives lose respect for their husband and becomes imbittered against him. They see their husband as a mouse, not a man. Untold numbers of marriages have ended in divorce over this very issue. 16. Husbands don’t have to prove themselves to be the head of the house because God has already said that the husband has authority over his wife. Some wives may get very angry because they want to be in charge. They may throw a fit and even threaten their husband with divorce, but he must stand his ground. If she divorces him, she will find that she made a big mistake because she will respect him because she was unable to get her way by manipulating him. If she had been successful in becoming the head of the house, she wouldn’t have respected him, which means that she couldn’t love him because respect comes before love.41 views 1 comment -
NATIONAL & PERSONAL CRISIS #20, God gives us free will to accept or reject authority. (3-16-25)
countrybiblechurchbrenham-----Complete notes can be downloaded from our website - www.countrybiblechurch.us -----You may contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] Authority is a matter of human volition. 1. All authority in life is dependent upon human volition. God has given us the freedom to accept or reject authority in life. 2. While God has delegated authority in the human race, like government, marriage, and family, but this authority is useless if it is not accepted. 3. While the husband has legitimate authority over the wife, his authority is ineffective unless the wife from her own free will recognizes and accepts it. In doing so, she obeys God’s commandment. 4. Christian wives are commanded by God to submit to their husband’s legitimate authority. They do so because they want to please the Lord. (Ephesians 5:22-24) 5. While parents have legitimate authority in the home, this authority is useless unless the children from their own free will recognize and accept it. Those who don’t, must learn by Forced Humility which will hopefully turn into Genuine Humility. Ephesians 6:1 - Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Proverbs 22:15 Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child; The rod of discipline will remove it far from him. 6. Children are exceptions to the rule that we all have the freedom to accept or reject authority in life. Their parents make decisions for their children until they have been trained to make those kinds of decisions themselves. 7. All legitimate authority is delegated by God through the laws of divine establishment and through the principles of freedom. All illegitimate authority is based on the function of the Cosmic System. Romans 13:1 Let every person be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no (legitimate) authority except from God, and those (legitimate authorities) which exist are established by God. a. There are many who say they have authority and there are misguided people who submit to them, but they are not legitimate authorities because they don’t submit to the authority of God. b. It should be understood that all legitimate or lawful authority comes from God, so no one can ascribe absolute authority to himself. When one assumes authority that is not from God, then it is counterfeit, illegitimate, unlawful, and therefore requires neither respect nor submission. c. Dictators, tyrants, despots, warlords, mafia heads, leaders of street gangs, etc. certainly have authority that they assert, but it is not legitimate because it has not been delegated to them from God. They do not submit to Him or His laws, but instead, act contrary to His Just and Righteous standards.34 views -
NATIONAL & PERSONAL CRISIS # 19, Learn & live or live & learn; it's your choice. (3-9-25)
countrybiblechurchbrenham-----Complete notes can be downloaded from our website - www.countrybiblechurch.us -----You may contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] 7. You borrow strength when you make decisions to go along with people who influence you erroneously. 1 Corinthians 15:33 “Do not be deceived; evil companions corrupt good morals [standards].” a. You borrow strength by taking bad advice, or simply going through life being influenced by people rather than what the Word of God says. b. You never have a thought of your own, but always depend upon the counsel of others. c. You use others as a crutch rather than learning and applying doctrine for yourself. d. You use someone else’s scale of values rather than developing your own priorities through the perception of doctrine. e. Some try to borrow strength by depending on drugs or alcohol to deal with their problems. They never work; they only make matters worse. f. If you depend on others for happiness and for problem solving, you will wind up in the Cosmic System where there is no happiness nor problem solving, but there is plenty of misery. g. You cannot learn doctrine by sending someone else to Bible class. You will either recognize the importance of learning God’s Word, or you will not. That decision will determine what kind of life you have on earth, and in heaven. h. If we expect to grow in grace and knowledge, we must get our Daily Dose of Doctrine. You will live one of two ways: You will “Learn and Live”, or you will “Live and Learn.” i. To Learn and Live is much easier than to Live and Learn. Learning doctrine shows one how to Live which makes Life easier, whereas, Living by the school of hard knocks, is Learning Life the hard way. There is something important that we will never have if we have a “Hit or Miss” attitude toward abiding in the “Divine Domain” or the “Bottom Circle” where we are Filled with the Holy Spirit. By the way, we miss more than we hit when we have a “Take it or leave it” attitude. So, what is it that we lack in our spiritual life if we have a poor attitude towards growing in grace by learning Bible Doctrine? CONFIDENCE !20 views 1 comment -
