Then I briefly touch on recent Epstein-Maxwell news before examining the FBI searches of former NSA John Bolton's home and office as part of a criminal investigation into mishandling of classified information. Next I take a look at news from earlier this month about a hack of PACER before spending some time going over Trump's Executive Order "Prosecuting Burning of the American Flag" and how it conflicts with the 1st Amendment and relevant SCOTUS precedent. It is raining declassified documents in D.C., and in this episode we rifle through a couple sets of them: the HPSCI whistleblower memos and documents concerning a hidden Durham investigation about 8 other investigations into leaks of classified information to U.S. media. Plus, we investigate a newly declassified email that connects back to a CIA report Director Ratcliffe released at the end of June of this year. I think that release is what kicked off the declass storm that so far has rained down some 500 pages of declassified documents in total.
