Opportunity for All: Access to Career Skills and College-Level Courses

President Obama travels to Bladensburg High School in Bladensburg, Maryland to announce the winners of a competition he launched last fall to bring together educators and employers to redesign the high school experience in order to give students better access to real-world career skills and college-level courses.
