The TBA has been upgraded with an 8 position turret & power driven tools, as well as the latest in Fanuc controls & electronics.

The TBA is a full CNC lathe equipped with 4 cross slides and a six position turret. It is available in 30, 42, 60, and 80 mm spindle capaities.

This machine is fitted with a Pneumatic chuck and a synchronous GLE counter spindle, with part ejection through the back of the spindle

In this high speed application, we are feeding out to a female center, and also supported by two radial grooved supports, with 2 form tools and a cutoff operation.

Application - A complex fitting with balanced overlapping operations

This TD features 2 vertical slides, 2 horizontal slides, a 6 position turret, a PLC for input of feedrate and RPM. All motions are cam actuated. This setup includes: drilling, forming, knurling, recessing, tapping, and cutoff operations.

The TND is available in 42 & 65 mm bar capacities. The machine features a 12 position turret, an 8 position turret, a full size counter spindle. C axis positioning on both spindles.

The TBA machine is available in standard bar capacity sizes of 42 mm & 60 mm. In special applications, it can be fitted with a 30mm or 80 mm spindle. The machine features 2 vertical slides, 2 horizontal slides, and a 6 position turret. This application features the Polygon turning attachment.

The TBC is available in 42 mm or 60 mm Bar capacities, with 2 vertical slides,1 front compound slide, an 8 position Sauter turret with Pickoff, and 3 back work positions
