It's been over 2 years since Billy and Vinny were arrested and although we thought at the time of this broadcast that we would be finally getting a resolution for our appeal, it transpired that this is not the case.
Now we have to wait possibly till the end of the year and may be given as little as 24 hours notice of the judge's decision.
