Blue Takis Chicken Drumsticks 🍗
My friend had a weird idea for making breaded chicken.
Soak the drumsticks in the sum of 3 leftover bottles of barbecue sauce, olive oil, buffalo sauce, and some grunt rub (salt, pepper & garlic).
Get yourself a bag or two of Taki's Blue Heat and crush them into a powder then coat the chicken then bake at 400F for an hour.
Be sure to dip the chicken in the beaten egg first.
Don't do what I did and mix it in the Takis.
Serve with leftover homemade Spanish rice.
