NO More Mandates Rally - Knoxville - We Need Our General Assembly to Act
Here is a clip from the NO More Mandates Rally in Knoxville, TN on December 19, 2020. Gary Humble from Tennessee Stands talks of the constitutional oath our legislators took to secure our God-given rights. We need our General Assembly to act and amend our emergency powers statute in Tennessee and take away the unbridled authority of the Governor, county executives, school boards and local boards of health.

You kids are seeing this in school. A Gender Non-Binary Stabbing.
Do you have a 7th grader at Hillsboro Elementary in @Williamson County Schools? Well, they saw this video.
Cameron Gish, Principal, was apologetic to parents that they were not first notified before the school decided that it was a good idea to teach "self-care" through a very confused child with gender non-binary friends, who stabs themselves with sewing needles.
Mr. Gish takes it upon himself to "focus on the whole child and the social/emotional needs of our community."
In case you haven't been paying attention, this "whole child" philosophy is the product and of our illustrious TN Commissioner of Education, Penny Schwinn who was personally appointed by Gov. Bill Lee.
I have met SO many people moving here from California to escape this kind of nonsense in our education system. Well, welcome to Williamson County.

We will still need to fight for liberty in Tennessee.
We cannot even begin to convey how disappointed we are with the recommendations that have come out of this Ad Hoc Committee in dealing with 58-2-107 and the emergency powers statute as a whole.
They’ve done almost nothing. Literally. Nothing.
Still unconstitutional. Still accepts that the Governor can make law and delegate powers unrestricted. And gives the General Assembly (especially per Senate recommendations) little latitude in addressing executive orders.
We will not rest until these issues are resolved and our constitutional liberties are secured!
We. Will. Not. Comply.

Please join us in Downtown Franklin, Public Square on Saturday, Oct 24 at 10am for the Mask Free Tennessee Peaceful Protest.
No more mandates. We have had enough of unlawful and unconstitutional orders. Williamson County is now under a mask mandate through the end of the year thanks to Governor Bill Lee and Mayor Rogers Anderson.

Knox County Law Director says that the county board of health has authority to take your guns!
In a Knox County Commission meeting held on September 28, 2020, the county's law director, David Buuck, stated that in his interpretation of state law, the county board of health has broad and near unlimited power to make law in the county including the authority to supersede the Constitution.
In fact, he stated that the board of health, due to a public health crisis, could confiscate all guns in Knox County. Apparently, the 2nd Amendment is dead in Knox County.
You NEED to watch this video and share it with friends. Like it or not, if you do not stand for your rights, they will take them from you, one by one....all of them.

Hypocrite Cooper and his hate for the Church.
Remember when protests and riots were perfectly safe, even right in the middle of our plandemic.
But after 10,000 gather to worship Jesus in downtown Nashville, Mayor John Cooper and his Metro cronies want to find out who they can penalize for the Sunday gathering. After all, this is a public health crisis. All the people singing, spewing COVID particles into the air. People were baptized, splashing COVID everywhere. It was a catastophe!

Where does your authority come from?
Do you want to know from where school boards derive their authority to issue mask mandates in the schools? Well, don't ask the school board, the administration, or their attorneys, for that matter, because they have no idea.
Williamson County, Coffee County, and Rutherford County gave three completely different answers as to where they derive this authority. What does that mean? Exactly what I have been telling you all along. They are all making this up as they go.
Watch and share. It's a good one.

John Cooper...RESIGN!
We are calling for the immediate resignation of Mayor John Cooper. And we are asking that Gov. Bill Lee and the Tennessee General Assembly demand the same.
Mayor John Cooper is a fraud and has acted with malicious intent against the people of Davidson County. This abuse of power cannot go unchecked in our great state. His actions are an embarrassment.

No, Atty Gen Slatery. Jacobson does not support a mask mandate in Tennessee.
On July 24, 2020, our Tennessee Attorney General, Herbert Slatery issued an opinion as to whether or not mask mandates are constitutional per our emergency powers statute. And, of course, he stated that they were indeed constitutional.
His rationale for this decision was based on his appropriation of the 1905 US Supreme Court ruling from Jacobson v Mass. Essentially, since the Court upheld the state's prerogative to mandate a vaccine for smallpox, AG Slatery used that decision to justify Governor Bill Lee delegating authority to county mayors across Tennessee to issue mask mandates in their respective counties.
Watch this video to find out why AG Slatery is dead wrong.

Comments on the AdHoc Committee Hearing 9/03/2020
Currently, a joint House and Senate Ad Hoc committee is meeting in Tennessee to discuss the emergency powers statute found in TCA Title 58 as to whether or not the statute itself is constitutional and what, if any, amendments should be proposed during next year's 112th General Assembly. The committee held it's 2nd hearing on Thursday, Sept 3, 2020.
Gary Humble takes a look into some of the testimony that was shared and also showcases clips directly from the hearing featuring Tennessee Atty Gen Herbert Slatery, Professor Glenn Reynolds, and Larry Crain, an attorney in Middle Tennessee.

Why Emergency Powers are Unconstitutional in Tennessee
Since March 2020, Governor Bill Lee has continued to issue executive orders pursuant to TCA §58-2-107 as to be considered acts of law or having the force of law. The governor has also delegated that supposed law-making authority to health boards and county mayors across the state. Beyond that, many city mayors, county commissions and school boards have followed suit by issuing orders and mandates of their own along with posing civil penalties for not adhering to those orders.
Citizens are forced to wear masks, declared non-essential, told to stay home, businesses closed, and schools closed, all with assumed authority under TCA §58-2-107 which is implicitly unconstitutional by our Tennessee Constitution.

Remember the Tennessee Constitution
Among many Americans and Tennesseans, there is a general feeling that what is happening around us as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic is not right, more specifically, unconstitutional. Though many of us know that to be true, it seems to be hard to pinpoint exactly why. And while we continue to walk around with this general feeling, our rights are being taken away from us.
We are taking a step forward and inviting all Tennesseans to join us in declaring that this government is ours, and it is ours because of the security of our liberties by the Tennessee Constitution.

Who is Penny Schwinn?
Penny Schwinn might be a nice person. She might be a good leader. But is she the right person to lead Tennessee education?
After the Wellbeing Check debacle, it caused all of us to take a step back, scratch our heads and wonder how this type of policy could have been dreamed up in Tennessee. And it caused us to ask, who is Penny Schwinn?
Once again, we're going to follow the money and take a look into Ms. Schwinn's history and affiliations. And the results do not look promising for the future of Tennessee.

More social conditioning in the school system
What does a 5-year-old who has an IEP approved through the school system in Williamson County need to be taught in the early childhood development program?
That wearing masks are fun and to protect others.
Not how to count (currently having trouble counting to 10). Not the alphabet. Not how to correctly hold a pencil.
They need to understand that they should wear a mask.

Stories of Hardship
Heard some stories today face to face about how families are struggling with schools and the reopening framework. Families' lives are being upended, jobs lost, homes lost, and given a very uncertain future. We are doing this to ourselves and politicians just stand around and shrug their soldiers. In yesterday's briefing, Williamson County Mayor Rogers Anderson gave a shout out to big box stores for requiring masks and said that we all need to get used to this new world that he calls, COVID.
Folks, this is pathetic leadership. We can do something about this. And we will. And we'll do it together.

Why did ForwardTN change their website after my last video?
So, apparently, the video I released yesterday about the connections via the money trail between our TN "medical experts," ProtectMyCare, ForwardTN, ActBlue, and the Democratic Party has made a bit of a stir. So much so, that in less than 24 hours, ForwardTN has pulled down almost everything that existed on their website and erased connections to ActBlue. Wonder why they are covering their tracks? Hmmm.

Why are our children wearing masks in Tennessee, really?
Follow the money trail on who the so-called experts really are. Who are these medical experts telling us to stay at home, close our businesses and that our children can't go to school? Who could this possibly be? Watch this video to find out.

Together we stand.
