Kennedy Jr. who says: Let me just interject some of my own story here, because I spent a lot of my life in Westchester County, New York, and in Millbrook, New York, in Dutchess County . . . So I was in the woods in Dutchess County as a 14-year-old boy in 1969 through 1970, almost every day spending three hours in the woods. I never ran into a deer tick, never saw a deer tick. We saw a lot of wood ticks, but never saw a deer tick. And then I moved to Westchester in 1983 after a hiatus away from the Hudson Valley. And because I train hawks, I was in the woods almost every day and I started getting large infestations, finding these deer ticks, which are much smaller, the size of a pin head, some of them and even smaller during certain parts of the year. And I remember one time standing in the bathtub naked picking deer ticks off myself. I found 29 deer ticks on myself. I would run into nests of them and they would just be all over me. My son, Bobby, got Lyme disease. His face was paralyzed for almost a year. He had Bell's Palsy from the disease. My other kids have almost all gotten Lyme disease, various levels of sickness. I have one child that has a chronic disease now that has given him brain fog, among other things, but really intense brain fog. He is very smart kid, but it's really caused some problems . . . I test positive for Lyme disease. I got the Lyme disease from one of these ticks early on and I got the classic target on my forearm: a red, perfect red circle. And so I knew what it was and I immediately went and took antibiotics. And as you point out in your book, it's pretty easy to treat the disease if you get it very early on. I have never have gotten sick from Lyme disease. I test positive for it. I'm sure I've been reinfected numerous times. I don't even know if one exposure to [Lyme disease] immunizes you against other exposures. I'm lucky that I haven't gotten sick. Almost all of the falconers I grew up with in the Hudson Valley have serious problems now with brain fog and with other symptoms of Lyme disease, including one who has early dementia that I suspect is connected, but there's no way of knowing. But young people who are even younger than me, but all the guys who are my age have problems from it. I remarked to somebody the other day that it's really ruined going into the woods on the East coast. I grew up in the woods and it's now dangerous to go in the woods. You're taking a risk that we never had to take when we were kids, and that's another thing that keeps us from enjoying the outdoors and keeps us locked inside. The idea that this may have been, and is highly likely to have been, a military weapon -- and we cannot say a hundred percent for sure -- but we do know that they were experimenting with ticks there. And that the ticks as you show, are a epidemic because of what happened in Plum Island and the other labs -- deer ticks and other species of ticks, lone star ticks, whatever. We also know they were experimenting with diseases like Lyme disease at that lab and including them in ticks and then infecting people, testing them with bird vectors, et cetera. I've just published a book called Wuhan Coverup, which is a very, very comprehensive history of the weapons program in this country. The bioweapon program was brought over here originally as the first project of the CIA, which was called Operation Paperclip. That was the first project in 1947 of the CIA. After its creation, [the CIA] began smuggling in German bioweapon scientists. Many of them were wanted by the Nuremberg Prosecutors and they were brought over here, a lot of them to Fort Dietrich, but to also to Plum Island and other places to develop -- and they were brought in from Japan, which have much, much more comprehensive bioweapons program. They killed 500,000 people during that World War II period -- 500,000 Chinese with bioweapons. And they were doing these horrendous experiments, live vivid sections of over 3,000 humans. Those scientists were brought over here and put the kind of ethical pall on the US bioweapons. They put their elastic ethics became the brand of the US Bioweapons Program . . . They were very successful. By 1969, they had achieved what they boasted was a nuclear equivalence. In other words, they could kill as many people a nuclear bomb -- and cheaply. They estimated the cost of killing the entire American population; they could achieve that for 29 cents per life with the bioweapons that they had in hand in 1969. And then Richard Nixon surprised everybody and did one of the greatest things in his career, which is he went to Fort Dietrich and he announced the closure, the unilateral termination of US bioweapons programs... ...................... F. Kennedy Jr. By Brenda Baletti, Ph.D. Children's Health Defense August 31, 2023 https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/brian-hooker-vax-unvax-kim-iversen/ When Brian Hooker, Ph.D., began surveying the scientific literature in 2019 for published studies comparing health outcomes of vaccinated individuals to those who were unvaccinated, he thought that data would be hard to find. That’s because federal agencies like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) refuse to sponsor such research or give independent researchers access to that data, which the CDC collects in its Vaccine Safety Datalink. But, Hooker, senior director of science and research at Children’s Health Defense (CHD), on Wednesday appeared on “The Kim Iversen Show,” where he told journalist Kim Iversen, “Lo and behold … there were studies hiding in plain sight.” Hooker and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., CHD’s chairman on leave, found about 60 studies conducted prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and about 30 related to COVID-19 with a “vax-unvax” comparison. They summarized the studies for the general public and published them in their new book “Vax-Unvax: Let the Science Speak.” Iversen asked Hooker why the federal government wouldn’t do these kinds of studies or make the data available. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Hooker said, should be doing post-approval studies on risks associated with individual vaccines and groups of vaccines given together, but “they’ve been woefully asleep at the wheel.” “It seems like they’re trying to eliminate the control group” of unvaccinated individuals. As justification, he said, “You hear this mantra that it’s somehow amoral to withhold life-saving vaccinations” from those in the control group, “specifically to children, and now to adults” with COVID-19. In the case of COVID-19, Hooker said, Pfizer started off its study with a control group, but then offered the vaccine to the people in the control group only six months into the study. That effectively eliminated the control group. One of the key takeaways of the book is the “extreme nature” of injuries associated with the COVID-19 vaccine, Hooker told Iversen. The book highlights over 30 studies showing “strong, significant relationships” between the COVID-19 vaccine and myocarditis, pericarditis, Bell’s palsy, shingles and other cardiac and neurological disorders. Because the regulatory agencies recommended the COVID-19 vaccine to pregnant women without any supporting data, the book also addresses that topic, Hooker said. “Isn’t that insane?” Iversen asked, “I mean, insane to tell [that to] pregnant women. Pregnant women are typically the most protected group of people. And instead they’re like, ‘Oh, we never did any test, but go ahead, take it. I’m sure it’s fine.’ I mean, unbelievable.” Asked why he thought the vaccines were pushed with so little data, Hooker cited several reasons. Pfizer, he said, “had 56 billion reasons” -- and they make payments to the FDA, which has a conflict of interest, Hooker said. “There is an ideology that is ‘vaccinate, vaccinate, vaccinate -- that is how we get ourselves out of a pandemic,’” he said, and that ideology displaced any focus on early treatments. Hooker also believes there were more insidious forces at play, for example those tied to the concentration of private power at the World Health Organization, which receives a lot of funding from Bill Gates. Vax vs. unvax: the childhood schedule Another key takeaway from the book, Hooker said, came from comparing children who had received all the shots on the CDC’s schedule of recommended childhood vaccines to those who were unvaccinated, or were unvaccinated only during the first year of life. “Overwhelmingly the unvaccinated children were much healthier in terms of chronic illnesses, ailments as well as infectious disease,” Hooker said. “And so to me, that was a very, very stark contrast because vaccination has been a part of the fabric of society in the United States for a very, very long time,” he added. In some studies, he said, children who got all the vaccines on the schedule had more respiratory infections, more pneumonia and more ear infections. Iversen asked whether there was a “cutoff,” a time when that finding was untrue, before the CDC added so many vaccines to the schedule. Surely, she said, there were some vaccines that were beneficial to children. “It’s hard for me to just imagine we’ve been gaslit completely, and vaccines are just totally and completely useless, and it’s just a money-making scheme by Big Pharma,” she said. Hooker said the problem is with so few studies, it is difficult to determine if there was a cutoff. But he suggested that cutoff might have coincided with the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which gave legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies for injury and damages associated with their vaccines. “After that, the pharmaceutical industry started to add more and more vaccines to the schedule in conjunction with the Centers for Disease Control,” he said. Before the Vaccine Act, children received 11 vaccines. Now, he said, there are over 53 -- and 21 of those are administered during the first year of life. “I think you have a very valid point that at some point there was a benefit,” Hooker said. “But now I think that we’re looking at diminishing returns.” “And we’re also looking at untested protocols of giving infants as young as 2 months of age, six vaccines -- six different needle sticks -- all in the same visit,” he added, “and that’s never really been studied.” Hooker and Iversen also discussed vaccines that are effective at preventing the diseases they are designed to prevent, such as the measles vaccine, and those that are ineffective at doing so, like pertussis. But, Hooker said, improvements in public health, such as better sanitation, had put a lot of these diseases -- and mortality associated with them -- in decline even before the vaccines were introduced. So, he said, it is important to back up and look at the entire construct being used to determine whether vaccination is warranted. Hooker said he and Kennedy don’t give medical advice in the book. Their purpose was to “distill down the science,” he said, particularly around adverse events, long-term harm and the chronic disorders that can follow vaccination. ...................... Not Dead Yet Home From The Hospital, Independence Day 2023 By Dr. Naomi Wolf July 4, 2023 https://naomiwolf.substack.com/p/not-dead-yet Dearest Readers (I feel by now as if I am addressing beloved friends out there, like a letter-writer in an Austen novel) — I am home at last from the second hospital — the “vortex hospital,” the hospital of near-no-return — and, per the title of this update, I am: Not Dead Yet. I can’t yet describe fully what I experienced at the Vortex Hospital — since I am not yet entirely out of medical danger, and I still need their staff’s help in the near future in order to remove a device, the details of which I will spare you. But suffice to say that my stay there involved the final three of what had been five days with no food or water, as I had lain, hooked up to an IV, with an acute abdominal infection, post-appendectomy. I watched my “vitals” being taken again and again, and saw that over time my blood oxygen levels had started sinking into the 80s; I could not get them back up into the safe 90s range, no matter how hard I inhaled and exhaled. I knew that when blood oxygen levels drop too low, people are intubated, and I knew that meant that the lungs can get damaged irrevocably. The internal infection raged on. The morning of what was supposed to have been the day on which my procedure was to have taken place, we sustained a four and a half hour power outage (“Unprecedented”, as the staff said wonderingly), leaving the massive brand-new hospital facility in unnerving darkness, even as the small, cozy, 1970s-era original right next door, trundled along with all its lights on. By the end of my Day Five with no food or water, the staff at the Vortex Hospital told me that, due to the power outage, the procedure for which I had been transferred to that facility — one to treat the severe abdominal infection — -was being delayed further and further into the future. Maybe tomorrow, said the RN vaguely….maybe the day after. When I expressed panic that that would mean seven days or more without food or water, the RN said, with no emotion, “People can live for seven days without food or water.” The unsaid observation was: “Then, they can’t.” And then she “reassured me”: “If you don’t get seen after Day Seven we’ll just put you on a feeding tube.” This terrified me. Finally she said flatly: “your vitals are stable.” After this exchange, I truly panicked. I knew that while my vitals might look fine, I could feel that I was losing the ability to keep fighting for my life. I felt the subsiding of my will to fight, as clearly as if I were watching water swirling around an emptying drain. I was exhausted, and had stopped caring about outcomes. I just wanted the suffering to end, in whichever way it might. In conventional nursing, I am sure that that collapse of my will to live would have been visible to a caring observer, no matter what my “vitals” had to say. But the machinery of data-based management ground on. When I could fight no longer, I thought weakly of my loved ones; and realized that even though I no longer cared if I survived or not, they would care if this was indeed the end of my life. So I asked God to please save my life. I also told God that if He spared my life I would write all the things I was currently scared to write — I knew He knew exactly what those things were — and then I collapsed into a feverish dream. I found myself coming to consciousness free of pain, and feeling light and small. For good reason: I was myself, but I was now a nine year old version of myself, and I was all spirit. It felt good and very simple — as if I was made of light and energy. I was on a beach, and my dad (who has passed away) was there with me. The beach was incredibly peaceful. But there were some unusual things about it. It faded into mist in both distances, so that all I could see clearly was the stretch where my father and I were present together. And it was “pearly.” So much so that I almost laughed. “Really?” The waves were edged with a bioluminescent quality, even though, as I watched a single wave break near my foot, the water itself was extraordinarily clear. The mists were edged with a silvery and lavender glow. Then there was my dad — whom I felt completely unsurprised to see, just as he seemed to take seeing me there, very much in stride. His age and mine in that scene were not in accordance with our earthly timelines. He was not the forty-plus father of my actual childhood in the 1960s; here on this beach he looked about 35. He was dressed the way old photos show him to have dressed in the late 1950s, before I was born — before the crazy 1960s. Here, he wore a pale moss-green fishermen’s sweater, and chinos with the ankles rolled up. His feet were bare. (“Mom: did Dad have a moss-green fishermen’s sweater, and did he wear chinos, in the 1950s?” Mom: “Yes.”) He looked extremely well; his hair was fully black, not streaked with grey as it had been from my earliest memory of him. My father had had very distinctive feet, with high arches, in life; those were indeed his elegant feet. His hands were dry and warm, in life; he put his right hand gently on my hair and yes, that was his hand. Then we had a calm, serious, direct talk. It did not matter that I was nine and he was 35, or that I was alive — somewhere - and that he was dead. It seemed as if that talk was the purpose of this encounter. After my father’s death, I had learned about certain aspects of his life that had confused me, and that had led me to struggle with his memory. These questions had become a barrier to my properly mourning him, and certainly they had kept me from feeling his presence. But in this chat we were having — thoughtful, father to daughter, transparent, not sentimental — I got to ask him every question that had haunted me, and he answered them one by one, and the answers set my mind entirely at ease. As that conversation unfolded, and he was accountable to me in my questions, I felt the spiritual connection I had had with him, which had been blocked, reopen like a channel; and all the love that he felt for me — and that I felt for him — sluiced through to connect us once more, undeniable, as it was intended to do, death or no death. At one point, I asked him what God had thought about a certain issue. My dad replied, in the context of explaining that God was more forgiving than humans — “God is different from you and me.” That was another moment in which I enjoyed evidence that this really was my Dad; that is just the kind of thing he would have said; he was an English literature professor; and that is a witty paraphrase of a famous F. Scott Fitzgerald quote. After all the questions had been answered, I asked, neutrally curious, if I was staying there. He gestured toward a broad silvery stream, like the runnels on an estuary, that cut off the wet sand on that strand of beach, from some other place; and indicated that no, I was now to cross back over that shimmering divide. There wasn’t a leave-taking or anything else dramatic — I simply found myself again at length lying on my bed of pain, the infection raging still. By this time Brian had done his wonderful Brian thing, of making things happen when they are not happening, by saying certain things, in a certain way, and leaving certain things unsaid. I don’t know how he does it, but I thank the US Army for its training of him in this arcane but useful art. For the second time in my life, he saved my life. After he made a call, the orders came from above, and I was rushed at last into the room where my lifesaving procedure took place. I will skip over those details, again, for the future, for reasons mentioned above. Then, after a night of recovery— after seven days without food or water — I was ordered a breakfast — half a pound of dehydrated egg “skillet”, a quarter pound of home fries, sausages the size of doorstops, a bowl of instant oatmeal — that contained 1010 calories and 65 grams of fat. I looked at it in aversion, and sipped some juice. And then, I was free to go. ***** I did not have any street clothes with me, but the minute the RN said I could leave, I asked for some scrubs, and just kept my hospital gown on; and we fled, before they could all change their minds. The sunlight outside was dazzling. I wanted to kiss the earth, and every human being I saw. I loved the mulch. I loved the Hondas. I loved the security guard. The red tiger lilies in front of the parking garage looked like to me like the most beautiful flowers I’d seen in my life — trumpets of rusty glory. The instant I was seated on a concrete bench outside the hospital, breathing, I began to feel better — which made me realize that for two and a half weeks, medical staff, all of whom were of course vaccinated with mRNA injections, had been “shedding” on me continually, by leaning over me and breathing into my face while taking vitals, or by constantly handling me. This situation had been bad enough in the small local hospital, where at least my window opened a crack. But at the massive Vortex Hospital to which I had been transferred, the windows — overlooking a spectacular vista — did not open at all. We know that “shedding” is real because it is in the Pfizer documents, and that Pfizer defines it as being transmitted through skin contact and inhalation (as well as via sexual intercourse). And we know that spike protein causes systemic inflammation — which, sadly, is the opposite of the condition one needs in order to heal from an infection. Who knows to what extent it was the exhaled spike proteins themselves, in a completely sealed facility that housed thousands of vaccinated people, that had been helping to kill me? The pharmaceutical industry has managed the greatest of ironies — it has managed to turn hospitals’ staff, whose jobs are to help patients heal, into physical vectors of a biologically destructive agent that creates a shared environment thoroughly antithetical to healing. Being able to breathe at last, without inhaling each time the effluent of an entire ward of constantly recirculating spike protein and other toxins, immediately made me feel as if I could surely find a way to recover. ***** Today is this nation’s birthday. It is Independence Day. Our forefathers and foremothers risked their lives, and many died, in order to create a blessed society grounded in sacred values of freedom and justice. In its lived reality it was not perfect because they and we and history are all human, and thus not perfect. But the values on which they founded it, are indeed perfect, and sacred, and eternal. No one yet had done so beautifully to establish a human society according to the Divine Plan of freedom and justice. For three years now, evildoers have sought to murder our Republic. But looking back over recent history, and out over this land, we see: our victory is that we are not yet in a state of defeat; on this Independence Day of 2023, our Republic is Not Dead Yet. The fight to save our Republic, waged over the last three years, did indeed wear me down, and did indeed, just now, as an aggregate, nearly kill me. But I too am — you got it — Not Dead Yet. I think of that passage from the Jewish Haggadah “Ve’hi She-Amda” : “And it is this [the Torah] that has stood by our ancestors and [by] us. For not only one (enemy) has risen up to destroy us, but in every generation they rise up to destroy us. But the Holy One, Blessed be he, delivers us from their hands.” I’m thanking God on this Independence Day for second chances. I will try to make the most of my restored second chance at life. Thanking God too on this day that “the enemy” did not yet succeed, three years in of trying, at murdering our Republic. Not. Dead. Autophagy does the same thing with spike proteins. "It's like the garbage collection system of the cell. It collects the garbage and then puts the garbage through this garbage-slicing machine and trashes the garbage." "It's an ingenious system," he praised, "and it's evolved over millions of years. So, it's how the cell deals with these toxic proteins. So, what you want to really do is embrace it and enhance the ability of the cell to break down these proteins . . . What we really want to do is embrace the ability of the host to heal itself." How do we activate autophagy? "The most potent method of activating autophagy is called intermittent fasting or time-related feeding," relayed Dr. Marik, "because there's this biological switch we have, and it's called the mTOR switch. And so, whenever you eat, you switch off autophagy -- just switches it off through the mTOR pathway. And so glucose and insulin and proteins switch this process. However, when you deprive the cell of glucose and protein, it switches on autophagy -- and it breaks down protein." What is intermittent fasting? And how do you go about doing it? Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting (not eating) and eating. Many who adopt this eating pattern skip breakfast and have an early dinner to reap the benefits of an extended period of no eating. "People eat all the time," lamented Dr. Marik. "They snack. Snacking is a Western phenomenon. And what's even worse, they'll sit in front of the TV after dinner. So they've had dinner, then they'll sit in front of the TV and snack on processed food and carbohydrates, which is terrible because, first of all, it never allows autophagy to switch on." So to properly intermittent fast and activate autophagy, we need to "eat within a six to eight-hour window, and then the rest of the time you don't eat," explained Dr. Marik. "And it's different from starvation," he stressed. "If you starve someone, the body adapts by decreasing the basal metabolic rate and decreasing growth hormone to switch things off. Paradoxically, with time-related feeding, you actually maintain or increase basal metabolic rate, and you increase growth hormone. It's a fascinating phenomenon," Dr. Marik lauded. "I think the first step is to start eating food. Okay? It sounds absurd, but to concentrate on eating real food and not processed food," he emphasized. "And so, what you need to do at your pantry at home is get rid of all the bad food, so you don't have an opportunity to snack on bad food." Next, "What you want to do is maybe miss one meal. Breakfast is probably the best meal to miss. So you still have lunch, and you still have an early dinner -- must be early," Dr. Marik stressed. "And then what you gradually do is increase the window of time-restricted eating. Maybe you start off you eat within a window of 12 hours, then 10 hours, then 8 hours, then 6 hours. But it's really important that when you eat, you actually have real food that's good food." Dr. Marik also highlights the importance of drinking plenty of fluids when you're fasting. It's "really important not to get dehydrated," he accentuated. "Water is fine -- no juices. And coffee is fine." "Coffee actually activates autophagy and has really important phytochemicals that are important," explained Dr. Marik. "Don't add artificial sweeteners [to your coffee]. Don't add milk to it." He says you can add thick cream, but "you want to prevent adding glucose, which will break your ketosis." It's also important to not eat before you sleep -- or to get up and eat in the middle of the night. "Autophagy is really important for brain recovery. When you sleep. You have to consider why do we sleep. It's not an accident," Dr. Marik concluded. "It's really important for brain regeneration. [It] clears out all the metabolic products and allows all these synapses to regenerate." "We know that sleep is vital," he continued. "During sleep, you undergo autophagy. And if you eat before you go to sleep, it does two really bad things. One is it switches off autophagy, so you don't do it. And then secondly, there's a remarkable system in the brain called the glymphatic system. So this is the lymphatic of the brain, and it does the same thing. It washes out the metabolic byproducts from metabolism to get rid of them. And impaired glymphatic flow is linked to many neurodegenerative diseases, as is deficient autophagy. So if you eat before you go to sleep, you limit autophagy, and you limit this glymphatic flow." Outside of "de-spiking," there are other "truly astonishing benefits" to autophagy and intermittent fasting, detailed Dr. Marik. "So, this [autophagy] is really important for getting rid of spike protein. But the implications are much further because we now know that it prevents aging. It prevents Alzheimer's disease. It likely reduces the risk of cancer. It reduces [the] risk of metabolic syndrome and diabetes. So, we started this journey looking at intermittent fasting to get rid of Spike. But as you know, the implications are now far, far-reaching, and that's why we've gone on this new journey." Dr. Marik gave two last health tips that are "really good for lymphatics and autophagy." The first one is exercise. "Imagine such a thing -- exercise," he smiled. "And, of course, alcohol is bad." Try to cut down or avoid it when you can. So, overall, what we have are "very simple maneuvers that people can do to improve autophagy and improve glymphatic flow. A new study by James Lyons-Weiler, Ph.D. and Dr. Russell Blaylock supports the conclusions of a study by Dr. Paul Thomas, published in November 2020 and later retracted after an anonymous reader expressed concerns. "All the statistical data that was analyzed, what it demonstrated was that there was a remarkable difference between the chronic health and the acute health of the vaccinated versus the unvaccinated."
