The G1 (Grade One) Climax (G1(グレードワン)クライマックス, Gurēdo Wan Kuraimakkusu) is a professional wrestling tournament held each August by the New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotion. Though it has sometimes been held as a single-elimination tournament, it is usually (and currently) held as a round-robin, with winners from two pools wrestling in the final to decide that year's winner. In its current format, the tournament lasts four weeks. The winner of each pool is determined by a points system; two points for a victory, one point for a draw, and zero points for a loss.
New Japan Pro-Wrestling Co., Ltd. is a Japanese professional wrestling promotion based in Nakano, Tokyo. Founded on January 13, 1972 by Antonio Inoki, the promotion was sold to Yuke's, who later sold it to Bushiroad in 2012. TV Asahi and Amuse, Inc. own minority shares of the company. Naoki Sugabayashi has served as the promotion's Chairman since September 2013, while Takami Ohbari has served as the President of the promotion since October 2020.
Owing to its TV program aired on TV Asahi, NJPW is the largest professional wrestling promotion in Japan. It was affiliated with the National Wrestling Alliance at various points in its history. NJPW has had agreements with various MMA and professional wrestling promotions around the world, including WWE, World Championship Wrestling, American Wrestling Association, World Class Championship Wrestling, Impact Wrestling, WAR, UWFi, Ring of Honor, Pride Fighting Championships, and Jersey All Pro Wrestling. NJPW's biggest event is the January 4 Tokyo Dome Show, held each year since 1992 and currently promoted under the Wrestle Kingdom banner.
The promotion is currently owned by Japanese card game company Bushiroad, which parlayed its entry to the world of professional wrestling into a best-selling trading card game, King of Pro Wrestling, and appearances from NJPW stars in its various franchises.

"World Wonder Ring Stardom, often referred to simply as Stardom (stylized as ST★RDOM), is a Japanese joshi puroresu or women's professional wrestling promotion based in Tokyo, Japan. Stardom was founded in September 2010 by former All Japan Women co-producer Rossy Ogawa, retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist Fuka Kakimoto, and All Japan Women veteran professional wrestler Nanae Takahashi. Stardom is currently owned by Japanese card game company Bushiroad, making it the sister promotion of New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).
Stardom quickly became one of the top joshi puroresu promotions, largely thanks to gravure idol Yuzuki Aikawa becoming the promotion's public face. Much like JDStar, Stardom also places heavy emphasis on the physical attractiveness of its workers, and publishes several modeling photobooks and calendars of its workers per year. Stardom's in-ring style takes influence from mixed martial arts with many workers relying on kicks as the main part of their offense.
Stardom frequently holds shows in Tokyo while also often traveling to Osaka for daytime and nighttime events within the same day. In 2020 ""We Are Stardom!!"" would start to be aired on BS Nittele and Tokyo MX and that marked the first time that joshi puroresu promotion has had a weekly national television program after All Japan Women's Pro Wrestling (AJW) left Fuji TV in 2002.
Stardom 5 Star Grand Prix 2021, often stylized as 5★Star Grand Prix is an ongoing professional wrestling tournament promoted by the Japanese promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom. It will take place between July 31 and September 25, 2021 with a limited attendance due in part to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic at the time.
The Stardom 5 Star Grand Prix is a professional wrestling tournament held each summer by Stardom. Similar to Bushiroad-owned male counterpart New Japan Pro-Wrestling (although NJPW has ownership stakes by TV Asahi) with the G1 Climax tournament, it is currently held as a round-robin tournament with wrestlers split into two pools. The winner of each pool will compete in the final to decide the winner.
As is the case with G1 Climax, a win is two points and a draw is one point for each wrestler.
There have been a total of nine editions which gave nine different champions. Seven of the title challenges were unsuccessfully while only two successfully. Io Shirai successfully defended the World of Stardom Championship against three different tournament winners while Mayu Iwatani scored the only two defeats, dropping the same title.

Considered NJPW's most important tournament, the G1 Climax features twenty wrestlers, divided in two blocks of ten ("A" and "B"). Each participant faces all nine other wrestlers within the same block in singles matches. The winner of each block is determined via a point system, with two points for a win, one point for a draw, and no point for a defeat; each night of the event sees the ten members of one block compete for the tournament. On the final day of the event, the winners of both blocks face each other to determine the winner of the G1 Climax, who will gain a future match for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom, NJPW's biggest yearly event. The event will be broadcast live on TV Asahi and Fighting TV Samurai in Japan, and New Japan Pro-Wrestling World worldwide.
The event will see the G1 Climax debut of Great-O-Khan, Tanga Loa and Chase Owens.
"New Japan Pro-Wrestling Co., Ltd. is a Japanese professional wrestling promotion based in Nakano, Tokyo.
The promotion is currently owned by Japanese card game company Bushiroad, which parlayed its entry to the world of professional wrestling into a best-selling trading card game, King of Pro Wrestling, and appearances from NJPW stars in its various franchises."

In 2020 ""We Are Stardom!!"" would start to be aired on BS Nittele and Tokyo MX and that marked the first time that joshi puroresu promotion has had a weekly national television program after All Japan Women's Pro Wrestling (AJW) left Fuji TV in 2002."

All Out was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place on September 5, 2021, at the Now Arena in the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates, Illinois. It was the third event in the All Out chronology, and the first to be held on a Sunday. It was also AEW's first pay-per-view held outside of Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida, since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020.
Ten matches were contested at the event, including one on the pre-show. In the main event, Kenny Omega defeated Christian Cage for the AEW World Championship. In other prominent matches, CM Punk defeated Darby Allin in his debut match, Chris Jericho defeated MJF in a career threatening match, the Lucha Brothers (Pentagón Jr. and Rey Fénix) defeated The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) in a steel cage match to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship, Britt Baker defeated Kris Statlander to retain the AEW Women's World Championship, and Miro defeated Eddie Kingston to retain the AEW TNT Championship. The event also saw the AEW debuts of Ruby Soho, Minoru Suzuki, Adam Cole, and Bryan Danielson.
Tickets for the event sold out within a day. It was met with acclaim by critics, with much of the praise being focused on the steel cage match between the Lucha Brothers and the Young Bucks.

"The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) is an American professional wrestling promotion and former governing body operating via its parent company Lightning One, Inc.
Founded in 1948, the NWA began as a governing body for a group of independent professional wrestling promotions, the heads of which made up the Board of Directors. The group operated a territory system which sanctioned various championships, recognized one world champion, participated in talent exchanges, and collectively protected the territorial integrity of member promotions. Prior to the 1960s it acted as the sole governing body for most of professional wrestling. It remained the largest and most influential body in wrestling until the mid-1980s by which time most of the original member promotions went out of business as a result of the World Wrestling Federation's national expansion.
In September 1993, the largest remaining member promotion, World Championship Wrestling (WCW), left the NWA for the second and final time. The NWA would continue as a loose coalition of independent promotions, with NWA: Total Nonstop Action (NWA:TNA) given exclusivity over its World Heavyweight and Tag Team championships from June 2002 to May 2007.
In August 2012, the NWA discontinued its memberships and started licensing its brand to wrestling promotions. By 2018, the NWA would become a singular wrestling promotion."
