Another video at the museum, this one we get to experience what we can run into while hiking so we need to be aware of what is coming up.

Once again i videotape this for my grand ones. Just a short clip showing the animals that they have had the taxidermist re-create and display for learning purposes. It is a small museum but there’s much to see there, we really enjoyed it.

While visiting Anza Borrego a few years back we checked out their small but very interesting museum. As I walked about look at all of the stations there was an Indian habitat replica that I videotaped to show to my grand ones. I thought you may find it interesting to so I’m posting it here, enjoy!

These giant creatures seem to be really enjoying the sunshine! I read they can stay underwater hunting for as long as two hours, they do have to watch out for great white shark as they like to eat them! These elephant seals were seen near Hearst Castle in San Simeon, California.

I videotaped this for my grand ones that have no idea what a saber tooth tiger is so, you too can share it with your little ones. :-)

While camping we kept seeing this woodpecker who would show up and get busy so of course I decided to video him, hope you enjoy seeing him too!

This was 4 years ago and oh so much fun! We rode our rides up 19 creeks to get to where we were heading...can’t wait to go back!

These amazing animals were so much fun to watch in 2019, I hope to see them in another rodeo soon.

In 2019 we were lucky to see these beautiful horses perform at the Wickenburg rodeo, what a treat!

Anza Borrego is located in the desert portion of California, it is where you will find 130 metal sculptures scattered throughout the desert area. They are immense and they are beautiful, some tell a story and some are simply sculptures. If you make it there be sure to see the dragon or serpent depending on how you see him, he is a must see! In the meantime here is a short video of a few of them, enjoy’

Seen this delightful mermaid statue as we were walking around the town near the bay.

Take a moment to enjoy the sounds of the surf crashing against the rocks as it comes ashore. I could sit there for hour hours!

While hiking the bluffs near Montana de Oro in California we saw this collapsed cave, pretty interesting.

We were exploring tide pools when the waves started to get a little close.

Spent Sometime near Wickenburg this past February, we had a lot of fun racing around the washes!

Every day the ocean tosses seashells, polished stones, kelp and creatures ashore, here are a few I have photographed over the last few years.

While hiking in 2019 in Big Basin State Park we came upon this fallen Redwood tree surrounded by younger trees that were a result of the fallen tree! Kind of like it never died!

The huge seals are located near Hearst Castle in San Simeon, they are impress and loud when they decide to bellow!

We spotted this shipwreck as we were walking along one of the many bluff coastline hiking trails in the area. It looks like it has been there for awhile.

Beautiful coast in California near Morro Bay at the Montana de Oro trail. The trail lines the bluff of the coast line and has many stunning views.

A drive by of the Morro Rock sunset, I’ve yet to see a bad one!

While out hiking we came upon a small cave so we decided to check it out. It didn’t go very far back and the tide was starting to come in so we didn’t stay long. It was very pretty though!

We’ve enjoyed hiking the area and seeing these cute, active Oystercatchers with their beautiful red beaks and pale pink feet!

While enjoying the sunset we were treated to two playful seals swimming by the sunset in Morrow Bay.

While hiking I came upon this little guy digging and eating whatever it was he had found, he was not at all concerned about my presence.
