Episode 446: Black Cloak Brigade
Read the full post at: https://bit.ly/3yNcCoN
The third week of August in Chicago 2024 was the predictable collection of the Demonic Nocturnal Congregation (DNC) in fulfillment of that which was established through decades of gaslighting by the Black Cloak Brigade spawned prodigy1(must read footnote definition). This gathering is the expected result of 200 years of Unitarianism, Universalism and the Social Gospel. In short, the pinnacle of perfected humanism. The resulting assemblage inside mesmerized by the gaslighting (more on gaslighting further in) high priests and priestesses, while outside, the co-optate2 throngs of gargoyles spout the vitriol venom of invasive radicals and indoctrinated subversives.
Massive Influence
It is critical to understand that the massive influence of the present day Black Cloak Brigade is very much as that of the pastors in the founding era. Take this quote from The Life of Samuel Adams,
‘… so at the top of society were the ministers, men often of fine force, ability, and education. No other such career as the ministry afforded was open in those days to ambitious men. Year by year the best men of each Cambridge class went into the ministry, and the best of them were sifted out for the Boston pulpit. Jonathan May- hew, Andrew Eliot, Samuel Cooper, Charles Chauncey, Mather Byles, —all were characters of mark, true to the Puritan standards, generally, as regards faith, eloquent in their office, friends and advisers of the political leaders, themselves often political leaders, foremost in the public meetings, and active in private.
Together with the ministers, the merchants were a class of influence.’
One has to have a knowledge of what a real Puritan meant in the founding era. Especially as to root theology for developing personal and economic Liberty. The Sermon I include with this program is full of Puritan / Calvinistic theology that establishes how those elected or appointed are to govern, as servants of the King of all creation.
Unlike the Black Regiment (Black Robe Regiment), The Black Cloak Brigade is more than the Tory (British sympathizer) ideology and theology of the loyalist Colonial era. The emphasis of The Black Cloak Brigade is best found through the second definition for a cloke (cloak) in Webster’s 1828 Dictionary

Government of Christ (1738)
This is the 1738 Election Day Sermon preached by Rev. John Webb. This sermon is most relevant to our present time because the elected, bureaucrats and political leaders do not understand that they are subject to the King of all creation, Jesus Christ. The majority of the pastors over the last 100 years have failed to deliver the truth as done by Rev. John Webb.

Episode 445: The Assassination of the Declaration, the Constitution, The Citizenry and Truth
More posted at the web site.
What we have witnessed in the month of July is further completion by the Tory Loyalist of The Assassination of the Declaration, the Constitution, The Citizenry and Truth. In the third segment you will be introduced to Sam Adams speech on 8/1/1776 regarding the Declaration of Independence.
In reviewing all of those who in our modern times are called ‘leftist,’ ‘communists,’ ‘globalists,’ and so on, the reality is that these people and groups of people are the posterity of the former Colonial Tory Loyalists. I detail this during the actual program. The rhetoric of the modern Tory Loyalists is the same as those of pre-revolution times regarding the Liberty seeking citizenry and their meetings:
Wrote a Tory in those days " The town-meeting at Boston is the hot-bed of sedition. It is there that all their dangerous insurrections are engendered; it is there that the flame of discord and rebellion was first lighted up and disseminated over the provinces; it is therefore greatly to be wished that Parliament may rescue the loyal inhabitants of that town and province from the merciless hand of an ignorant mob, led on and inflamed by self-interested and profligate men.

Episode 444 - Dead Constitution by Dead Virtue, Morals and Religion
Full Description at : https://bit.ly/4bL76k1
A reminder that I am doing only one to two programs a month. This program was recorded on June 15, 2024
A short description:
Yes, ours is a Dead Constitution. How so? We have a dead Constitution by dead virtue, morals and religion. In his letter to the Massachusetts Militia, dated 11 October 1798, John Adams ended this communication with more than just the common phrase most improperly assuming that Adams is claiming a Christian constitution.
"Because We have no Government armed with Power capable of contending with human Passions unbridled by morality and Religion. Avarice, Ambition, and Revenge or Galantry, would break the strongest Cords of our Constitution as a Whale goes through a Net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
To this concept of who the Constitution is functional for, Madison wrote:
"To suppose that any form of government will secure liberty or happiness without any virtue in the people, is a chimerical [imaginary] idea."
Following that, Jefferson wrote:
"No government can continue good but under the control of the people; and … their minds are to be informed by education what is right and what wrong; to be encouraged in habits of virtue and to be deterred from those of vice … These are the inculcations necessary to render the people a sure basis for the structure and order of government."
Patric Henry rounds this out with:
"A vitiated [impure] state of morals, a corrupted public conscience, is incompatible with freedom."
Oh, you want to hear from Sam Adams on this theme:
"Neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt. He therefore is the truest friend of the liberty of his country who tries most to promote its virtue."
Why is that important to note?
As we observed from the Presidential debate, the foundational principles of governing within the context of our Constitution was never once addressed. The basis by which our government is suppose to function was not only danced around but stomped all over, especially by President Biden. To that I am addressing the underpinnings of virtue and morals let alone no mention of religion.

Episode 443: Snarky Sam Adams
See full description at: https://bit.ly/3QY35Rq
Snarky Sam Adams was a master of language. Sam could be sharply critical by cutting deep into the psyche of his enemies with truth. During the 1700’s, sharp language was used in satire as well as directly attacking a person, all respectfully of course. This is important as I want to talk about hope to those who were taken aback with my program last week.
The hope is in that I wanted you to think with a solid footing as well as through a difficult alternative perspective as to why we are seeing evil predominate at all levels of government, which includes the family and church. I want to challenge your evangelical presuppositions in politics, family, church as well as work/business which is warped by unitarianism and evangelicalism that has succumbed to pansy-ism, I mean polytheistic pandering to pluralism/humanism.
I have proven this pluralistic polytheism in discussing the false concept of Congress being Christian in the several programs where I covered the topic last month, here and here.
When, last week, I introduced you to the facts that many of those called Founders were unitarians, I must remind you that Sam Adams was a strong trinitarian, Reformed Calvinist. So much so that he lived his Calvinism in a true covenantal manner regarding family, work and his activities in the political sphere. To which then he received the moniker ‘The Last Puritan.’ And the historical facts are that those who landed on American shores, especially in the northern colonies were Reformed Calvinist Christians.
This is quantified by Gary Scott Smith in his book ‘God and Politics: Four Views on the Reformation of Civil Government‘ by writing,

Episode 422: Crushed My Presuppositions - Shattered
Full description at: https://bit.ly/44T4nmI
This weeks program preparations crushed my presuppositions about the foundations of the Constitution. Have you ever had your presuppositions crushed - shattered? Did you ever, over time think that ‘something is wrong in the State of Denmark?’ You know, you have had the inkling1 in the back of your mind, ‘there is more going on than what I’m seeing or reading on the surface of it all?’
I know my critics will be all over me on this. Let me put it to you this way. The Constitution is the most unique form of covenantal government devised by men. It is the law of the land. With the original Ten Amendments it is the most functional system that should be able to maintain the liberties of those compacted to it. It should keep private property in the hands of legal citizens. I should function within its boundaries.
Yet, we see a completely different resultant in function and outcomes. Yes, the Anti-federalist argued that there would be national encroachments upon the States and therefore upon the individual Citizen of the States, right into your bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and even bathroom.
These functions and outcomes is what I am addressing. I am taking a new position that differentiates between human culture and a governing political2 state. To which this study crushed my presupposition of the Constitution having a Biblical Christian foundation.
What Is Said Is Not Meant By the Sayer
Ponder this quote as we then consider A question of Sovereignty.
As has been noted, many men use words which to others imply a religious view not held by the speaker or writer without an awareness either of the divergence of meaning or the mixed presuppositions. Witness, for example, Rev. John Witherspoon (1722–1794), Presbyterian leader who in 1768 assumed the presidency of the College of New Jersey (now Princeton University). Witherspoon taught many who later played an active role in American life. His own belief in sound money, mixed government and a division of powers was pronounced. An orthodox Calvinist, Witherspoon, without any sense of contradiction, also followed the philosophy of Thomas Reid34 (1710–1796), Scottish realism, using this questionable tool against Hume, Deism and French philosophers. In his Lectures on Moral Philosophy, he spoke the language of rights and reason, combining with this man-centered emphasis his own theocentric faith.
R. J. Rushdoony (1964)
In my crushed presuppositions, I delve into the study of a question I often ask on the program: Who is the Sovereign? With that I will always point out that all and every form of government and governance is religious and theological. Which asks the next question: Which religion and theology?
A Question of Sovereignty
As I often do, I have to begin with a question of sovereignty. Here, Sam Adams writes to Richard Henry Lee, I hope to direct you to more of this correspondence as time permits but you may have to look at Lee’s writing linked in the References.

Episode 441: Treachery in Treaties – Better To Liken To Jehoshaphat
See full description and references at: https://bit.ly/4b8CoBR
Treachery in Treaties is evidenced in reading through the State Departments ‘Treaties In Force.’ Just consider the ‘2021 - 2023 — SUPPLEMENT,’ which is made up of 86 pages of treaties and agreements either renewed or new. Not withstanding the 570 pages of the first document.
This week I don’t have the time to write a long posting so you are going to have to listen or watch the program to get the full content.
Why are the links in the intro paragraph important?
Because, they are the law of the land. You scream… WHAT? Obviously you do not understand the Federal Constitution and its effects fully enforced. Yes, Here you will see treachery in treaties being set up.
Article 6, Clause 2 - The Founders Constitution
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
Now, the ‘Treaties In Force’ do not include all the United Nations (UN) treaties and agreements wrapped into one larger agreement, and there are other specific UN treaties we are subjects to. Yes, I use subjects as in Webster’s dictionary definition:

Episode 440: Faithful To Foolishness - 18 USC Ch. 115
Read full description at: https://bit.ly/3y4L9OF
We are five generations of the Faithful to Foolishness. Beginning with those born in 1928, know as the Silent Generation all the way to the Gen Z / iGen. We five generations are in deep want of wisdom and good judgment. We have fallen into absurdity and act in every form of folly known to mankind. (reference A Year-by-Year Guide to the Different Generations)
‘Harsh you say.’ I retort, Not at all. I will prove that we have fallen so far from Foundational teachings and the intent of liberty that we allow ‘lawfare’ to become a normality in politics, economics, culture and law itself.
In this spring time of 2024 we see that 18 USC Ch. 115: TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES are selectively administered within the progressive / leftist, politicized legal system, against those who are Christians, patriots and people of common sense reasoning. How do I tie the generational faithfulness to foolishness with federal law? How is the majority of this statute even necessary when foreign entities are gifted with citizenship but never renounce their ideologies?
My intent for this program was to show more of how our governments (local, state and federal,) businesses and churches are in violation of 18 USC Ch. 115 but as often happens, the wind changes and one must tack accordingly to navigate these shifting winds and the tides of our times. As you know, I will adlib in the program as I work through the content in this newsletter. So please listen to the program and use the newsletter as reference material.

Episode 439: Covenanted Of And With Hell
Full Description and References at: https://bit.ly/3UyLMIP
We have tens of millions who are employed by the Federal and States governments that have made a Covenant Of and With Hell.
How can I make such a sharp and accusatory statement? The law for all federal employees requires an ‘oath’ according to 5 U.S. Code § 3331 - Oath of office. Not only that, every State has similar requirements for any government job or appointments. This is fact that individuals are calling upon their ‘god’ to affirm their ethical commitment to the execution of their duties.
You are whining, ‘Come on Tom, that is ridiculous about what an oath is or means. It is all just words.’ My retort: ‘Is it? Is an oath not a covenantal action?’
Here is 5 U.S. Code § 3331 - Oath of office

Episode 438: Mercy, Lawfare and Discouragements – It’s On You To Do
Full description and references at: https://bit.ly/3vEFa2h
This weeks program ‘Mercy, Lawfare and Discouragements’ is straight out of the predictive works of Mercy Otis Warren and the sharp arguments during the 1760’s of Samuel Adams.
Mercy is predictive of out present in her work ‘Observations on the New Constitution By a Columbian Patriot,’ 1788. I will highlight the fundamentals that are distinctives of liberty, slavery, tyranny and despotism brought on by a Centralized government allowed for in the framework of the Constitution. Mercy lays it out plainly in this Anti-federalist pamphlet.
Sam Adams being an older contemporary of Mercy, grinds into preventative policy to advert the lawfare of 1764 as well as the discouragements to commerce, liberty, property and civil society in the Letter of Instruction to those elected to the Massachusetts Colonial House of Representatives.
History No Longer
History no longer holds any significance in ensuring that enshrined principles of governing humanity in a republic matter. In fact, as clearly pointed out in my programs over the last month, political and economic theology are rooted in the humanism of the last one-hundred years. Even more so now, the ‘progressives’ not only desire but are fully wiping fundamental history, virtue, morals and principles out of the common mechanisms of education, business, government and yes, even religion.
The Following is a direct quote from the Preface of ‘The Biblical Structure of History’ by Gary North, pages xii and xiii.
C. Gregg ‘Singer’s essay was titled “The Problem of Historical Interpretation.” He began his essay with this paragraph:
Some five years ago at an annual meeting of the American Historical Association the writer had the occasion to meet informally with a group of the more famous historians in attendance at that conference. The subject under discussion was the meaning and purpose of history. These half-dozen scholars were of the opinion that history lacks any decisive meaning and any discernible purpose. The writer then posed to this group of distinguished scholars one question: If this be the case, then why do we teach history? The scholars looked at him with surprise and even disgust, but no answer was forthcoming from any of them. The group broke up as each went to his own particular luncheon group and discussion of various phases of a subject which they could not really justify as part of a college curriculum and yet which they continue to teach as if the knowledge of it had some inherent value.
In the second paragraph, he drew a conclusion regarding the world of humanist academia:
This incident is by no means unique. The professional histori- ans in this country and in Europe have come to the place where they have little faith in the subject to which they have devoted their lives. Historians with increasing and distressing frequency are openly admitting that history has no meaning and shows little or no purpose or goals. But neither is this anti-intellectual attitude peculiar to the professional historians. The existentialist and positive philosophies have entered into the thinking of most areas of human thought and activity with devastating results. In conjunction with the Freudian school in psychology, they have made irrationalism and anti-intellectualism fashionable and have virtually removed the concepts of purpose and meaning from the thinking of many historians and those who proclaim themselves to be “social scientists.”
His assessment was correct. Leading historians in 1970 no longer had faith that history reveals any authoritative meaning or purpose. This lack of faith is far more widespread today. It had been building for half a century before Singer wrote his essay.’
Just my 2¢ is that defining and teaching history is now the scripting of ideologist instead of researched fact with foundation.

Episode 437: Theology Matters - Sodom 2.0
Full description and references: https://bit.ly/3xmFgMi
It is without any doubt and obvious to any person with good reasoning that theology matters in all things, especially governance. Two weeks ago I posited the concept of a Christian Nationalist Congress. With the fact that Congress is made up of so many Christians, they should be governing as principled moral persons in a Christian Republic. Well, based on analyzing their theologies, I should say the theologies and teachings of their pastors, Congress is governing according to their corrupt and heretical Sadducee like perverse theologies.
Contrasting the o’Biden Declaration of this past Easter with the Founding Presidents and early states governors, one can find, with simple search engine quarries, that previous Presidents from the foundation of the Republic, made declarations of prayer, fasting, thanksgiving and humiliation a respected and dutiful occasion. Yes, o’Biden’s theology prompted his March 31st 2024 declaration.
More Than Opening Comments
Now, As noted two weeks ago, expounded in this weeks programs first segment, I will give a more clear picture as to why Congress is all over the map in policy and law, not just in economics but in every other aspect of what it has assumed control over.
Let me begin with the foundational truth that the Federal government by acts of Congress have become what Hamilton and other deep rooted Federalists dreamed of, a Consolidated national government. To repeat, The Anti-federalists warned of this.

Episode 436: Speaker Johnson’s Failures Leading To Complete Economic Thralldom – Herding The CIN
Full description and references at: https://bit.ly/3vpfMNF
Last weeks program is missing since I had a lot of study to prepare for this weeks ‘Speaker Johnson’s Failures Leading To Complete Economic Thralldom – Herding The CIN.’ Johnson is Herding the CIN problem in the House of Representatives. More on CIN in ‘The Rest of The Story Section.’ The reality is that his failures have begun at the pulpit of every Congressional Member ‘identifying’ as Christian. According to the referenced #3 Pew Report, we have a great majority which have ‘identified’ as a Christian Congress. Does this mean we have Christian Nationalism?
I take the position of failure for Speaker Johnson in that the economic policies as well as the majority of legislation being brought forward for passage in the House, is not in alignment with his adult life efforts at the Alliance Defending Freedom, nor his time with the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention. He is not alone in these failures of policy and law. There are many particular failures stampeding the Citizenry into economic thralldom. These failures also extend to the numerous Protestants and few Catholics in Congress, who but for a few, ‘identify’ with a god/religion contrary to Foundational Christianity. Therefore, they act and vote according to the theology of that or those contrarian god(s). Along with these National Congressional Christians, don’t forget the multitudes of bureaucrats across all levels of governance who ‘identify’ as Christian but bow to another by doing the bidding of the god – the state.
Down the Rabbit Hole
Regarding the topics of Economic Thralldom, Economic Theology and Congress Members ‘identifying’ as Christian is a major rabbit hole, or I should say black hole, that I can easily run us all deeply down into. Additionally in the Reference section, there is a lot of information as to what real and meaningful legislation or resolutions Speaker Johnson sponsored – Well, not so meaningful, just typical for the Establishment feel good or tweaking law type stuff. Again, you can go to the references to see what he sponsored, co-sponsored and how he voted during his time in Congress.
All I can asses respecting Speaker Johnson and the 118th Congress is that we have and can expect ‘more of the same road apples in the parade with no shovels and buckets that followup on the droppings.’ Imagine that marching band, never breaking formation having to follow on.
The following quote is not out of place for this week. When you really have a complete understanding of the full content of this posting: That of Congress being Christian.
Sam Adams wrote:
This was the dire effect of their foolish adulation of their Governor, while they professed to observe a day set apart in honor to the King of kings. - Their thanksgiving began with prophaness & ended in idolatry; or rather it began & ended with both. There is no question but the priests were the vicegerents of the Governor, or his heralds to publish his impious proclamations to the people. But is it not strange that the people were so king-ridden and priest-ridden, especially in matters which concern'd their Religion, as to look upon the joint authority of their Governor and Clergy, sufficient to justify them in sinning against the authority of God himself: and in acting in open violation of his law, revealed to them from Heaven with signs and miracles at Mount Sinai, and register'd in their book of the law, as well as engrav'd on the tables of their hearts!

Episode 435: No Truth, No Reason, Hence Conniving Grand Manipulation - Part 5: Francis Schaeffer
Full description at https://bit.ly/43ajwPB
No Truth, No Reason, Hence Conniving Grand Manipulation - Part 5 is the last segment in this series regarding Church and State Theological Polity Muddle. Some of you are wiping your brows with thankful relief that this series is over. Yet, the facts, no, the reality is that Church and State have their theologies muddled (see definitions), which then formulates their polity (see definitions).
As anyone watching the various forms of programing / media available as well as the masterful grand manipulation of the global masses via the ChicomFlu, it is obvious humanity, especially U. S. Citizens have lost their abilities to know Truth and Reason reality. Across the board people have been manipulated through the polity of government, the state, as well as regarding cultural concerns, manipulated through the polity of the church.
Our present was warned of by Francis Schaeffer in his 1976 book, The Church at the End of the 20th Century.
This week I am melding common themes of the Anti-federalist with the sections from Schaeffer that pointed to our present in such detail that it is no wonder that we are under condemnation. All the cards were laid on the table and the Christians, particularly in the U. S. never took a seat at the table let alone looked at what was laid out.

Episode 434: From Commerce to The Christian Republic - Part 4: Ezra Stiles
Full description at: https://bit.ly/3SXudAq
This week in From Commerce to The Christian Republic, Ezra Stiles gives us details of foundational government, government lead by idolaters, deist or Christians. I finish off this part of ‘Church and State Theological Polity Muddle, by ending Dr. Stiles sermon in which he gives a deep study regarding international history and the great potential positive effects of the full extensibility of Christianity in every aspect of governance. Most Christians or pastors have never heard of any of this.
I am opening this program with a question form a listener and Board Member regarding the third Segment of Episode 429. As it turns out, this is a perfect segue into this weeks program regarding the second section that Stiles is emphasizing, The Christian Republic. Yes, this sermon is a detailed account of American and international history regarding what we now hear as ‘Christian Nationalism.’
Before I get into the opening, It is most important that you hear from the Editor of ‘Pulpits Of The Revolution.’ Dr. Thornton, in his 1876 Preface states:
THE true alliance between Politics and Religion is the lesson inculcated in this volume of Sermons, and apparent in its title, “THE PULPIT OF THE REVOLUTION.” It is the voice of the Fathers of the Republic, enforced by their example. They invoked God in their civil assemblies, called upon their chosen teachers of religion for counsel from the Bible, and recognized its precepts as the law of their public conduct. The Fathers did not divorce politics and religion, but they denounced the separation as ungodly. They prepared for the struggle, and went into battle, not as soldiers of fortune, but, like Cromwell and the soldiers of the Commonwealth, with the Word of God in their hearts, and trusting in him. This was the secret of that moral energy which sustained the Republic in its material weakness against superior numbers, and discipline, and all the power of England. To these Sermons – the responses from the Pulpit – the State affixed its imprimatur, and thus they were handed down to future generations with a two-fold claim to respect.
Therefore, in our Founding Era Christian principled leadership prevailed. Now, at best, deist humanism prevails, even with the Evangelicals in politics, bureaucracies, judiciary and business.

This week in Nationalism - Part 3: Church and State Theological Polity Muddle, Ezra Stiles gives us details of foundational Nationalism, I might add Christian to the to that. Stiles gives a deep study regarding national and international history that most have never heard.
Yes, nations are judged as we are in this present time. Stiles lays this out with clear understanding.
Through Stiles we will cover the plight of the illegals rapacious flooding of our borders with historical context of enslaved people moving from one set of masters to another.
In this 1783 sermon, I also cover the very tip of the iceberg of the Biblical foundation of ‘Just War Theory / Theology.’
And for this week, I am only covering the first twenty pages of the fifty-three page sermon. Therefore, I will be ending where it really begins to highlight A Nation elevated to Glory and Honor.

Episode 432: Civil War? Part 2 - Church and State Theological Polity Muddle
See full description and references at: https://bit.ly/3SSbKpS
With all that is happening at the border and more, I delve into the present rumblings of Civl War - Part 2 - Church and State Theological Polity Muddle. I finish with Mayhew who discusses what civil war would do to the nation. Remember that the Colonies were part of the nation of Great Britain. The American Revolution was actually a Civil War. Consider Reference #1by John Kudla below. Mayhew does delve into what is it to ultimately understand God given Rights and act accordingly to preserve them?
Our Citizenry has no realistic clue as to the fundamentals of God given Rights. Those bellowing and blowing in the wind are humanistic statists. Therefore they view Rights relativistically, having no moral order from the existence of a Biblical God who is active in His creation. Therefore, unlike the Citizens during the founding era, indigenous US Citizens are not prepared for Civil War or even defending the Republic from political enemies and those now here from the border invasion (read This Weeks News Articles Resources #2.)
Mayhew establishes the ‘Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate’ in how the Stamp Act was addressed. What does that mean for us when the Citizenry and those serving in any level of government activities have zero to limited comprehension of how to apply foundational truth?

See the full description with references at the Samuel Adams Returns site.
How is the history of 1766, 1783 and 1976 tied to the ‘Church and State Theological Polity Muddle’ of our present day? To get the perspective I delve into the 1766 Sermon by Johnathan Mayhew, the 1783 Sermon by Ezra Stiles and a 1976 book from Francis Schaeffer.
This week I introduce us to the ‘Repeal of the Stamp Act’ as delivered by Rev. Jonathan Mayhew. We will only get into the very first part of the historic colonial view as Mayhew relates it. In this, I interject the same inferences of injustice, influencers of government decisions and the responses of the Colonists. I also mention the intersection of Ezra Stiles and Francis Schaeffer as part of a trifecta that sets the stage for our present dilemmas.

Episode 430: Tom DeWeese Interview - ESG and Property Rights
Full Blog description at: https://bit.ly/492qQP3
I enjoyed my Tom DeWeese Interview as we covered the influence of ESG (environmental, sustainability and governance) as it relates to property rights, which include businesses.
For those that do not know Tom, he has been in the fight since the 70’s regarding property rights and the attacks of environmentalism on those God given rights. He is the Founder of The American Policy Institute, which has the mission of protecting and defending the ideals of limited government intrusion in our lives, as envisioned by our nation’s founders.
Specifically from the website,
As Founding Father John Adams said, “The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence.” That is exactly what we are seeing happen across the United States as private property is being taken by unlawful use of eminent domain and other policies, in the name of climate change and environmental protection. APC’s mission is to protect private property from any policies that threaten its existence. As rancher and activist Wayne Hage said several years ago, “If you don’t have the right to own and control private property, then you are property.”
To highlight this even more, Sam Adams on January 20, 1772 wrote two-hundred and fifty-two (252) years ago, on the very date of this program broadcast:

See full posting at: https://bit.ly/3TSciNt
It is time to ask the hard question as we go, break neck, into the new year: Why are you surprised and angry?
I know, for the last fifty years, most of you were able to see this year approaching like a fully loaded coal locomotive bellowing smoke and steam, heading right at you…. NOT.
Most Citizens didn’t see the track being laid even though they were the minions hammering the nails into the ties. These subtle Hydra’s of destruction, so well made up with rosy blush, large fake eye lashes, blue and purple eye shadow and that deep red lipstick; have the mesmerizing hallucinogens of pride, envy, deceit and blissful ignorance in each ‘serpent’ lock of hair. Yes, here in these United States we have many hydras: in the churches, in local governments, in the various states governments, all bureaucracies and fully infested at all levels of the Federal government.
To defeat these hydras, you would be expecting as many Hercules to burst into the Lernean swamps of the afore mentioned locations. It is not to be so, there is no mythical hero that could win the day over these real monsters of governance. Too many, including so called conservatives and Christian conservatives, have been living in the realm of myth, science fiction and fantasy. When the predicted facts are revealed, then reality proves to have been shining bright regardless of the swamp fog bellowing over the minds of those who take the easy way and end as the Dead Men of Dunharrow.
Conclusion First:
In our 2024 living history, it is difficult in the era of digital gaggles to find a flock to form up with. It seems that there are at least sexdecillian (1051) internet sources for you to garner your needed decision making information from. Yet here you are. Taking into account that large number of recourses, I decided that to address ‘Why Are You Surprised And Angry,’ I will take this program to reference a number of my favorites. I hope to quell your anger and give you several of my more favorable gaggles to fly with.
With all that has been predicted since the writings of the Anti-federalists, Why are you surprised and angry at our present time and situations?
This program is not just a review of 2023 through the views of most noble pundit protagonists of the day. But I will incite you with a number of other notable reviews. Yet more so, I will cause you to shudder at the predictions of the past, the 18th Century past, for the most part.
My predictive conclusion for 2024 is very simple.
Buckle up, gear up and saddle up since the enemies of the Republic are more deeply embedded and fortified than the Hamas tunnels.
The nation is being invaded by criminal bad actors, that being every human that crosses the boarders, and the dept of these invaders treachery is unmanageable by incompetence, actually more like purposeful intent of harm, from those (laughably) adults in charge.
Our elections are afoul with their own Hydras, slithering from state to state, spewing the lubricants of fraud and deception. Every intention by these foul creatures is to breath their poisonous craftiness through all forms of communications, slaying those who would give proper suffrage for true liberty.

Episode 427: Destroying Democracy The Republic
See the blog post At: https://bit.ly/3NJlQ9K
We have heard the loud cries of groups, people, ideas, foundational ideologies and organizations ‘Destroying Democracy’ for the last decade or more from pundits, politicians, pastors and professors. Worse are the Repudicans who also use the term ‘Democracy’ as if it is the key to liberty and not chaos.
The World Economic Forum discussions over the last three meetings have set the worse offenders poised to destroy democracy as ‘populists’ and most recently, Christian nationalists. Hmm, and all this time I understood ‘populists’ to be people, freedom loving, liberty minded individuals who participate in governance – the foundational meaning of democracy.
Since not even the likes of Tucker Carlson take the time to fully define democracy in these United States, what we really have is the substitutive phraseology of ‘Destroying Democracy The Republic.’ None want to clarify what form of government is guaranteed by the Constitution, nor what form of government is guaranteed to the States by the Constitution. Yet, we have all the intelligentsia, bureaucrats, politicians and clergy declaring our ‘democracy’ is in danger. Really?
Factually speaking, the founders of the Colonies and the United States wanted to destroy the concept of state or national governance by a democracy. They expressly wanted sovereign citizens who were fully educated in the forms of governance, especially republics, to morally exercise individual suffrage, vote, for representation of ALL State Legislators, as well as the ‘lower house,’ in the national government.
Consider St. George Tucker in referring to ancient Greece:
‘Thus while a democracy may be pronounced to be the only legitimate government, and that form of government, alone which is compatible with the freedom of the nation, and the happiness of the individual, we may perceive that it is on every side surrounded by enemies, ready to sap the foundation, convulse the frame, and totally destroy the fabric. In such a government a sacred veneration for the principles of the constitution, a perfect obedience to the laws, an unremitting vigilance on the part of the people over the conduct of their agents, and the strictest attention to the morals and principles of such as they elect into every office, legislative, executive, or judiciary, seem indispensably necessary to constitute, and to preserve a sufficient barrier against its numerous foes.’
In our present time it is more than just a perception, which St. George Tucker referred to. No, we are ‘on every side surrounded by enemies.’ Internal foes who are sapping the foundation of the constitutionalism, convulsing the frame (to include national borders) and totally destroying the fabric of moral governance, the family, the Christian religion and human biology together.
In fact, you already lost the mechanisms of ‘democracy’ to AI. Ponder this as we look at the 2024 elections season: How artificial intelligence silently took over democracy, Aug 9, 2017.
You are as capable as I am to research all the instances that the political class, media and even those claiming to be friendly to Liberty, have either participated in destroying the Republic through policy, managing narratives or tolerating usurpations all tied to preserving democracy. Now these same claim that Constitutionalism and even Christian Nationalism are Destroying Democracy. I say, by all means we actors in the latter should indeed put democracy in its place.
Conclusion First:
I want democracy to be destroyed. I want the democracy of Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, mainstream media, demoncrat (CPUSA), the CCP and all other subversions of out historical ideology of individual liberty, to be destroyed.

Are you scratching your chin wondering what might be the story of Christmas Constitutional Covenant Chaos? You ask, What is my wild imagination drawing up now from the deep historical relevance of Christmas and Constitutionalism?
I’m going to keep this in the context of covenant, relative constitutionalism, the legal chaos of Christmas. As with other programs of this nature, I am going to take you all over the universe from the light of creation to our present humanistic destitute daemons of democracy flashing their white asses in politically hallowed halls. How’s that for ‘deck the halls?’
Just a Reminder:
Wishing you all a Blessed Remembrance of Christ birth into humanity for our salvation.
With that Liberty that He gives:
“The people themselves must be the chief support of liberty. While the great body of the freeholders are acquainted with the duties which they owe to their God, to themselves, and to men, they will remain free. But if ignorance and depravity should prevail, they will inevitably lead to slavery and ruin.”
—Oliver Ellsworth at the Connecticut Ratifying Convention, 1788.
Conclusion
When it comes to Christmas Constitutional Covenant and Chaos, you wont make it to the full conclusion so I will sum it up here.

Episode 425: Declared Charges From The Top - Tucker Tucked Away
Full blog post at: https://bit.ly/48kFKj4
Last week I began to incite you with the simple modern examples of Declared Charges from the Declaration of Independence. Yes, if you haven’t taken the time to read the full Declaration of 1776, you should. I gave you the link to the simple analysis of each charge here. If you take the time to look at the news with an honest ear, or open eye, you will see that we are reliving those days of 1765 through 1775.
Yet, there is a question that has to be asked, ‘How should we understand Constitutionalism in light of the fight for Liberty now and in relationship to the common grievances of the past again upon US in the present?
In regards to the first part of the question that I just asked, I am reintroducing a great commentator on law and the Constitution, St. George Tucker. His work on Blackstone is foundational for studying law as well as he is a strong proponent of true republicanism and federalism. I do highlight this more in the program.
For all who are attorneys or are striving to become one, Tucker has much to say to you though what he taught those entering the legal profession during the Founding era. To which, ‘Tucker assures fledgling lawyers that, as future framers of law, they must have a knowledge of the constitutions and history of their country, as well as of law itself, if liberty is to be preserved.1’

Episode 424: A Sermon And Of Declared Charges
Full blog post at: https://bit.ly/3RyPFfz
Considering all the mess created by politicians and bureaucrats it’s time to hear the ‘Sermon And Of Declared Charges’ from the founding era. The sermon is ‘The Election Sermon of May 26, 1773. This sermon is even more pertinent now than when it was preached to Governor Hutchinson, the Council and the House of Representatives. You will understand more as I bring you excerpts and explanations from the Founders.
Consider this quote being directed to the ministers of the Founding era:
‘...for religious liberty is so blended with civil, that if one falls it is not to be expected that the other will continue.’
Just as it is now, remember that the early 1770’s were some of the most tumultuous times that had brought forth the ‘Declared Charges,’ which eventually were brought forth in 1776. I intend to show that the majority of those charges are the same as we are experiencing in our present age.
The Sermon
Reverend Turner not only has much to say to the political leaders and bureaucrats of 1773 but also to the general citizenry as well as specifically to ministers and church leaders. In this sermon, he very directly addresses the rights of the Citizens to act according to good conscience as well as resist tyranny. He tells the ministers that they are responsible to bring the Gospel truth to governance. He clearly charges the pulpits and christians to apply every aspect of Biblical principles into every aspect of government under the sovereignty of Christ.
I would have to conclude from this sermon that Rev. Turner is a foreshadow of a Christian Nationalist. He calls on the elected to put down moral degenerates, ensure the liberty of the Gospel and govern as servants of Almighty God. Otherwise, be under judgement, even as we are in this present age.
Consider this from the middle of the sermon, beginning with:
‘The people ought to have the end of government, the public good, at heart, as well as the magistrate; and therefore, to yield all loyal subjection to well regulated government, in opposition to every thing of a factious nature and complexion: and, for the same reason, it is not only their privilege, but it is also their duty, properly to assert their freedom, and take all rational and necessary methods for the public security and happiness, when constitutional boundaries are broken over, and so their rights are invaded. This affirmation supposes, the People have a right to judge of the conduct of government, and its tendency; and this again supposes them capable of judging in things of such a nature.’ Read the rest at: https://bit.ly/3RyPFfz
