"Birds"
Two hearts, one valve
Pumpin' the blood, we were the flood
We were the body and
Two lives, one life
Stickin' it out, lettin' you down
Makin' it right
Seasons, they will change
Life will make you grow
Dreams will make you cry, cry, cry
Everything is temporary
Everything will slide
Love will never die, die, die
I know that
Ooh, birds fly in different directions
Ooh, I hope to see you again
Sunsets, sunrises
Livin' the dream, watchin' the leaves
Changin' the seasons
Some nights I think of you
Relivin' the past, wishin' it'd last
Wishin' and dreamin'
Seasons, they will change
Life will make you grow
Death can make you hard, hard, hard
Everything is temporary
Everything will slide
Love will never die, die, die
I know that
Ooh, birds fly in different directions
Ooh, I hope to see you again
Ooh, birds fly in different directions
Ooh, so fly high, so fly high
When the moon is lookin' down
Shinin' light up on your ground
I'm flyin' up to let you see
That the shadow cast is me
I know that
Ooh, birds fly in different directions
Ooh, I hope to see you again
Ooh, birds fly in different directions
Ooh, so fly high, so fly high
Ooh, so fly high, so fly high
Ooh, so fly high, so fly high

Garry's Mod WTF Moments - "I almost broke a sweat...🤪" | #GarrysMod | #Funny
Garry's Mod (abbreviated GMod) is a 2006 sandbox game developed by Facepunch Studios and published by Valve. The base game mode of Garry's Mod has no set objectives and provides the player with a world to freely manipulate objects in. Other game modes, notably Trouble in Terrorist Town, are created by other developers as mods and are installed separately, by means such as the Steam Workshop.
Garry's Mod is a physics-based sandbox game that, in its base game mode, has no set objectives.[1] The player is able to spawn non-player characters, ragdolls, and props, and interact with them by various means.[1] Using the "physics gun", ragdolls and props can be picked up, rotated, and frozen in place.[2][3] The individual limbs of ragdolls can also be manipulated.[4] The "tool gun" is a multi-purpose item for tasks such as welding and constraining props together, and altering the facial expressions of ragdolls.[2]
User-created contentEdit
Garry's Mod includes the functionality to modify the game by developing scripts written in the Lua programming language.[5] Notable mods (known as "addons") include Spacebuild, Wiremod, Elevator: Source, DarkRP, Prop Hunt, and Trouble in Terrorist Town.[6] Specialised servers, known as Fretta servers, rotate between custom game modes every fifteen minutes.[7] Garry's Mod version 12 introduced the "Toybox" section, through which the player could browse and install user-created mods.[8] This was replaced by support for the Steam Workshop in version 13.[8]
Fretta Contest and Trouble in Terrorist TownEdit
In late 2009, Facepunch launched the "Fretta Contest", a competition in which people were to develop Garry's Mod game modes using the proprietary Fretta programming framework, with the winning game mode to be added to the base game.[9] The winner of this contest was Trouble in Terrorist Town (TTT), which was added to the game in July 2010, alongside another mode, Dogfight: Arcade Assault.[9][10] TTT assigns players to three groups: Traitors, Detectives, and Innocents.[6][11] Detectives are known to all players, whereas Traitors are only known to other Traitors and otherwise appear as Innocents.[6][11] While Traitors attempt to eliminate all other players, Innocents and Detectives need to co-operate to identify and eliminate all Traitors.[6][11] To do the latter, Detectives are given special equipment, such as DNA scanners that can trace a dead player's killer.[6]
GMod TowerEdit
In July 2009, four developers working under the name "PixelTail Games" opened a Garry's Mod server called GMod Tower.[12] GMod Tower was a network of servers, designed as a social media platform for users to play minigames with friends and socialise in a hub area.[12] Within hours of the server's opening, the website for GMod Tower reached two million views.

Imagine Dragons Best Mashup | Most Popular songs of Imagine Dragons Remix | #ImagineDragons #2
Imagine Dragons is an American pop rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, consisting of lead singer Dan Reynolds, lead guitarist Wayne Sermon, bassist Ben McKee, and drummer Daniel Platzman.[1] The band first gained exposure with the release of their single "It's Time", followed by their award-winning debut studio album Night Visions (2012), which resulted in the chart-topping singles "Radioactive" and "Demons". Rolling Stone named "Radioactive", which holds the record for most weeks charted on the Billboard Hot 100, the "biggest rock hit of the year".[1][2][3] MTV called them "the year's biggest breakout band",[4] and Billboard named them their "Breakthrough Band of 2013" and "Biggest Band of 2017".[5] and placed them at the top of their "Year in Rock" rankings for 2013,[6] 2017,[7] and 2018.[8] Imagine Dragons topped the Billboard Year-End "Top Artists – Duo/Group" category in 2018.[9]
The band's second studio album Smoke + Mirrors (2015) reached number one in the US, Canada and the UK.[10][11] The album was preceded by the top 40 single "I Bet My Life", and second and third singles, "Gold" and "Shots". The band then embarked on a ten month long world tour, which led to a brief hiatus in 2016, with occasional performances and soundtrack contributions throughout the remainder of the year. The band released their third studio album, Evolve (2017) which resulted in three chart-topping singles, "Believer", "Thunder", and "Whatever It Takes", also making them the artist with the most weeks at number-one on the Billboard Hot Rock Songs chart. The album reached the top five in many countries.[12] After the Evolve World Tour was completed, Imagine Dragons released their fourth studio album Origins, on November 9, 2018. "Natural" and "Zero" were released as the first singles off the album. Afterwards, "Machine" and "Bad Liar" were also released. A previously released single titled "Born to Be Yours" was included on a deluxe version of the album.[13] While all four albums were commercially successful, critical reception was mixed.[14]
Imagine Dragons has won three American Music Awards, nine Billboard Music Awards, one Grammy Award, one MTV Video Music Award and one World Music Award. In May 2014, the band was nominated for fourteen Billboard Music Awards, including Top Artist of the Year and a Milestone Award, which recognizes innovation and creativity of artists across different genres. In April 2018, the band was nominated eleven more times for Billboard Music Awards.[15]
Imagine Dragons have sold 35 million RIAA certified singles in the US and 20 million albums worldwide.[16] They were the most streamed group of 2018 on Spotify[17] and are the first rock act to have two songs, "Believer" and "Thunder" to surpass one billion streams each.[18] Imagine Dragons have the top three rock songs of the 2010s on the Billboard charts, "Believer", "Thunder", and "Radioactive".[19]

History
2008–2011: Early years
In 2008, lead singer Dan Reynolds met middle school drummer Andrew Tolman at Brigham Young University where they were both students.[20] Reynolds and Tolman added Andrew Beck, Dave Lemke, and Aurora Florence to play guitar, bass, and piano respectively for their band. Their name is an anagram for a phrase only known to members of the group, that Reynolds stated each member approved of.[21] The five-piece released an extended play titled Speak to Me that year, but Beck and Florence departed from the band's line-up later that year. In 2009, Tolman recruited long-time high school friend Wayne Sermon, who had graduated from Berklee College of Music to play guitar. Tolman later recruited his wife, Brittany Tolman, to sing back-up and play keys, and the band began to play shows together again. Lemke left the band later on, leading Sermon to recruit another Berklee music student, Ben McKee, to join the band as their bassist and complete the line-up.[22][23] The band garnered a large following in their hometown of Provo, Utah, before the members moved to Las Vegas, the hometown of Dan Reynolds, where the band recorded and released their first three EPs.[24]
The band released EPs titled Imagine Dragons and Hell and Silence in 2010, both recorded at Battle Born Studios, in Las Vegas. They returned to the studio in 2011.[25][26][27] The third EP, It's Time, was made before they signed a record deal.[28]
They got their first big break when Train's frontman Pat Monahan fell sick just prior to the Bite of Las Vegas Festival 2009. Imagine Dragons were called to fill in and performed to a crowd of more than 26,000 people.[29] Local accolades including "Best CD of 2011" (Vegas SEVEN),[30] "Best Local Indie Band 2010" (Las Vegas Weekly),[31] "Las Vegas' Newest Must See Live Act" (Las Vegas CityLife),[32] Vegas Music Summit Headliner 2010,[33] and more sent the band on a positive trajectory. In November 2011 they signed with Interscope Records and began working with English Grammy Award-winning producer Alex da Kid.[34] Eventually the Tolmans left the group and Daniel Platzman was recruited in August 2011 by invitation from Ben McKee, prior to the signing of the band's label deal in November 2011, alongside keyboardist Theresa Flaminio.[35]
2012–2014: Night Visions
Theresa Flaminio departed from Imagine Dragons in early 2012, leaving them as a four-piece. The band worked closely with Alex da Kid, with whom they recorded their first major label release at Westlake Recording Studios in West Hollywood, California. An EP entitled Continued Silence was released on Valentine's Day (February 14, 2012) digitally and peaked at number 40 on the Billboard 200. The band also released an EP titled Hear Me in 2012.
Shortly after, "It's Time" was released as a single and peaked at number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100.[36] The music video debuted on April 17, 2012 on all MTV affiliates and was subsequently nominated for an MTV Video Music Award in the "Best Rock Video" category.[37] "It's Time" was certified a double platinum single by the RIAA.[38]
The band finished recording their debut album Night Visions in the summer of 2012 at Studio X inside Palms Casino Resort and released the album in the United States on the day after Labor Day (September 4, 2012). It peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart with first week sales in excess of 83,000 copies, the highest charting for a debut rock album since 2006.[39] The album also reached No. 1 on the Billboard Alternative and Rock Album charts as well as the top ten on the Australian, Austrian, Canadian, Dutch, German, Irish, Norwegian, Portuguese, Scottish, Spanish, and United Kingdom Albums charts. It won a Billboard Music Award for Top Rock Album and was nominated for the Juno Award for International Album of the Year.[40] Night Visions is certified platinum by the RIAA as well as in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK. The album produced three tracks that reached the Billboard Top 40, four tracks in the ARIA Top 40, and five tracks charting in the UK Top 40.
The band embarked on the Night Visions Tour in 2013.
The album's second single "Radioactive" reached No. 1 on the Billboard Alternative Songs, Billboard Rock Songs, and Swedish singles chart and has sold more than seven million singles in the United States, smashing a record by spending 87 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100. "Radioactive" stayed at No. 1 on the Hot Rock Songs chart for a record-breaking 23 weeks and ultimately became the genre's biggest hit of 2013.[41] It peaked at No. 3, becoming their first top ten single in the United States and broke the record for the longest run into the top five. It is the best-selling rock song on the Nielsen SoundScan running list of best-selling rock songs in digital history.[42] By the end of 2013, "Radioactive" had already sold over 3 million copies.[43] Rolling Stone called it "the biggest rock hit of the year". It was also the most streamed song of 2013 on Spotify in the United States.[44] It was nominated for the Grammy Award for Record of the Year and the Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, winning the latter of the two. In 2015, it was certified diamond by the RIAA for sales in excess of 10 million copies in the United States.[45] Third single "Demons" reached No. 1 on the Billboard Pop Songs and No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has sold more than 5 million copies in the United States to date.[38][46]
Billboard listed them as one of "2012's Brightest New Stars" and later "The Breakout Band of 2013".[47] Imagine Dragons won the 2014 Billboard Music Awards for Top Duo/Group, Top Hot 100 Artist, and Top Rock Artist. Amazon.com called the band their "Favorite Rock artist of 2012".[48]
In 2013, Imagine Dragons returned to Europe and North America with the Night Visions Tour.[49] The band announced 13 additional US summer tour dates which also sold out.[50] The band then announced a North America Amphitheatre tour.[51] The band also confirmed that they were unable to fulfill the request of acting as support for Muse.[52] Pollstar listed the band in their Top 20 Concert Tours list by average box office gross despite their average ticket price being the third lowest on the list.[53]
The band released a live album, Live at Independent Records, in April 2013.[54]
2014–2016: Smoke + Mirrors

The idea behind the second studio album, dubbed as their "New Year's resolution",[55] was to create music and finish it when the band feels that their work is done.[56] Since the beginning of the Night Visions Tour, the band had been writing new material for an upcoming album, and, even as early as the start of the tour, had been recording demos for the album, before entering the studio.[57] By the time that they entered the studio to work on the album, they had amassed 50 demos to work from.[58]
Prior to the album's release, Imagine Dragons released a number of singles for other projects including a song for the film Transformers: Age of Extinction, called "Battle Cry" (June 2014) and song "Warriors" for the 2014 League of Legends World Championship (September 2014).[59]
On October 24, they revealed the lead single to the upcoming album, "I Bet My Life" via several visual snippets on Facebook and Instagram. It was released on October 27.[60] It was sent to US Alternative radio for adds on November 3.[61]
Working with Metric, which did a three-song acoustic set, Imagine Dragons played at the Mayan Theater in Los Angeles on February 5, 2015. The half-hour set included the breakthrough songs "It's Time" and "Radioactive" from Night Visions. The performance was the live debut for "Summer" and "I'm So Sorry", along with "Gold" and "I Bet My Life" from the album Smoke + Mirrors, which was released on February 17, 2015. The band's 2015 North American summer tour began in Portland, Oregon on June 3.
During the band's tour, Imagine Dragons released two non-album singles. "Roots" was released on August 26, 2015 and "I Was Me" on October 12, 2015 via iTunes. The band also released a cover of "I Love You All the Time" by Eagles of Death Metal on December 18, 2015, in support of the victims of the November 2015 Paris attacks. The Smoke + Mirrors Tour ended on February 5, 2016 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The band released a one night only concert film, Imagine Dragons In Concert: Smoke + Mirrors, in select theaters on March 2, 2016. The film was released on DVD and Blu-Ray under the title Imagine Dragons: Smoke + Mirrors Live.

BTS (Korean: 방탄소년단; RR: Bangtan Sonyeondan), also known as the Bangtan Boys, is a seven-member South Korean boy band that began formation in 2010 and debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment.[4] The septet—composed of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—co-writes and co-produces much of their own output. Originally a hip hop group, their musical style has evolved to include a wide range of genres. Their lyrics, often focused on personal and social commentary, touch on the themes of mental health, troubles of school-age youth, loss, the journey towards loving oneself, and individualism. Their work features references to literature and psychological concepts and includes an alternative universe storyline. The group has released several albums and performed on several world tours.

After debuting in 2013 with their single album 2 Cool 4 Skool, BTS released their first Korean-language studio album, Dark & Wild, and Japanese-language studio album, Wake Up, in 2014. The group's second Korean studio album, Wings (2016), was their first to sell one million copies in South Korea. By 2017, BTS crossed into the global music market, leading the Korean Wave into the United States and breaking numerous sales records. They became the first Korean group to receive a certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for their single "Mic Drop", as well as the first Korean act to top the US Billboard 200 chart with their studio album Love Yourself: Tear (2018). BTS also became the fastest group since the Beatles to earn four US number-one albums, doing so in less than two years. Love Yourself: Answer (2018) was the first Korean album certified platinum by the RIAA. In 2020, BTS became the first all-South Korean act to reach number one on the Billboard Global 200 and US Billboard Hot 100 with their Grammy-nominated single "Dynamite" and remix of "Savage Love (Laxed – Siren Beat)" and, with the release of "Life Goes On", became the first group to have two number one debuts on the Hot 100.
Having sold over 20 million albums on the Gaon Music Chart, BTS is the best-selling artist in South Korean history and holds the best-selling album in South Korea with Map of the Soul: 7. They are the first and only Asian and non-English speaking act to be named the IFPI Global Recording Artist of the Year (2020) and to chart on Billboard's Top Touring Artists of the 2010s (placing at number 45). During their Love Yourself World Tour, BTS became the first Asian and first non-English speaking act to headline and sell out Wembley Stadium and broke the record for the single highest-grossing engagement in Rose Bowl Stadium history. Featured on Time's international cover as "Next Generation Leaders", BTS has also appeared in the magazine's lists of the 25 most influential people on the internet (2017–2019) and the 100 most influential people in the world (2019), where they were dubbed "Princes of Pop". Forbes Korea named BTS the most influential celebrities of Korea in 2018 and 2020,[5] and BTS ranked 43rd in the Forbes Celebrity 100 (2019) as one of the world's top-earning celebrities. As of 2019, BTS is purportedly worth more than US$4.65 billion to South Korea's economy each year, or 0.3 percent of the country's GDP.[6] They attract one in every 13 foreign tourists that visited South Korea and were cited as one of the key acts in boosting global music sales to $19 billion in 2018.[7]
Following the establishment of their Love Myself anti-violence campaign in partnership with UNICEF, BTS addressed the United Nations 73rd and 75th General Assemblies and became the youngest ever recipients of the Order of Cultural Merit from the President of South Korea due to their contributions in spreading Korean culture and language.

Name
The group's name, BTS, stands for the Korean expression Bangtan Sonyeondan (Korean: 방탄소년단; Hanja: 防彈少年團), literally meaning "Bulletproof Boy Scouts". According to member J-Hope, the name signifies the group's desire "to block out stereotypes, criticisms, and expectations that aim on adolescents like bullets".[8][9] In Japan, they are known as Bōdan Shōnendan (防弾少年団), which translates similarly.[10] In July 2017, BTS announced that their name would also stand for "Beyond the Scene" as part of their new brand identity.[11] This extended their name to mean "growing youth BTS who is going beyond the realities they are facing, and going forward."[12]
Career
2010–2014: Formation and early years
BTS in 2013 performing at the Incheon Music Center.
BTS began its formation in 2010 after Big Hit Entertainment CEO Bang Si-hyuk met with group leader RM and was impressed with his rapping.[13] BTS was originally supposed to be a hip-hop group similar to YG Entertainment's 1TYM,[14] but between their initial formation and their debut, Bang Si-hyuk decided that the contemporary youth needed instead "a hero who can lend them a shoulder to lean on, even without speaking a single word".[15] The group was meant to debut in 2011 and featured on several tracks by artists such as 2AM and Lee Seung-gi before their debut was postponed and the group was reorganized into a more traditional idol group.[16] The lineup was then finalized with Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook in 2012. Six months prior to their debut, they began to gain attention for their presence on various social media websites, as well as song covers on YouTube and SoundCloud.[17][18]
We started to tell the stories that people wanted to hear and were ready to hear, stories that other people could not or would not tell. We said what other people were feeling—like pain, anxieties and worries. That was our goal, to create this empathy that people can relate to.
—Suga[19]
On June 12, 2013, BTS released their debut single album 2 Cool 4 Skool, the first installment in their "school trilogy" series, simultaneously with its lead single "No More Dream", which peaked at number 124 in Korea before quickly falling off the charts.[20][21] While the album peaked at number five in South Korea and eventually sold over 145,000 copies,[22] it was not a major hit, selling only 24,000 copies in 2013.[23] Their subsequent single “We Are Bulletproof Pt. 2” failed to chart. In 2 Cool 4 Skool, BTS employed an old-school hip-hop sound with scratches from the 1980s–90s and excessively fierce visuals.[24] BTS have stated that from their inception, they were convinced that telling their story was the only way for the younger generation to relate to their music.[25] The lyrics of the album primarily reflected on the misunderstanding and prejudice towards them, criticism of the society that diminishes their dreams, and their anxiety and determination towards their future.[24] During the production of the album, Suga and RM rewrote the lyrics of “No More Dream” more than 20 times.[25] The single album's release was followed by several appearances on Korean music shows.[26][27] Despite being unpolished, critics say these early live performances demonstrated BTS' potential with their intense and charismatic stage presence.[26] Expanding their endeavors to Japan, "No More Dream" was later re-recorded in Japanese and released in June 2014.[28]
In September 2013, BTS released the second part to their "school trilogy,” the extended play O!RUL8,2?, along with its single "N.O,” which peaked at number 92 in Korea.[29] The EP peaked at number four in Korea and has sold over 160,000 copies to date, including 34,000 copies in its release year.[30] Musically, BTS did not fundamentally change their sound as compared with 2 Cool 4 Skool, utilizing fiery rapping along with trap beats, brass, and soulful melodies. Lyrically, the EP expanded on the theme of dreams and happiness, revealing their frustration under the harsh Korean education system and their determination to confront the struggle of proving themselves.[31] Despite several performances on Korean music shows, the single quickly fell off the charts.[32] That same month, BTS starred in their own variety show, SBS MTV's Rookie King Channel Bangtan, based on a fake broadcast station, "Channel Bangtan", through which members parodied variety shows such as VJ Special Forces and MasterChef Korea.[33] At the end of the year, BTS was recognized with several New Artist of the Year awards, including the 5th Melon Music Awards, 28th Golden Disc Awards and the 23rd Seoul Music Awards.[34]

The last act of their "school trilogy", the EP Skool Luv Affair,[4] was released in January 2014 and topped the Gaon Album Chart, selling 100,000 copies in 2014 and over 250,000 copies overall.[35] It also marked BTS' first appearance on Billboard's World Albums Chart, peaking at number three.[4][36] The album was supported by the singles "Boy in Luv" (Korean: 상남자; RR: Sang-namja) and "Just One Day" (Korean: 하루만; RR: Haruman), which peaked at number 45 and number 149 in Korea, respectively.[37] While Skool Luv Affair musically retained much of their hip-hop influences with the incorporation of R&B and hard rock, the album coincided with a thematic shift from dreams and happiness to love, focusing on school-age and youthful love.[38] Following Skool Luv Affair's release, BTS made several appearances on Korean music shows and held their first fan meeting that March with an audience of 3,000 fans in Seoul.[39][40] That July, BTS held their first concert in the United States in West Hollywood for free to an audience of 200 fans.[41] In August, the group also made their first appearance at KCON in Los Angeles.[42]
In August 2014, BTS released their first Korean studio album, Dark & Wild, which peaked at number two in Korea and sold over 200,000 copies total.[43] It was supported by two singles: "Danger" and "War of Hormone" (Korean: 호르몬 전쟁; RR: Horeumon Jeonjaeng), which peaked at number 58 and number 173 in Korea, respectively.[44] The album served as a narrative extension of the “school trilogy” and a transition into their next series. Musically, the album fused the grungy electric guitar sounds of rock within the framework of hip-hop and continued to expand their sound towards R&B. The central theme of the album's lyrics focused on expressing the sentiments of maturing, youthful desires, and impatience for romance.[45] During production of the album, BTS recorded their single "Danger" in a makeshift studio in a garage in Los Angeles.[46] Following several appearances on Korean music shows,[47] BTS embarked on their first concert tour, 2014 BTS Live Trilogy Episode II: The Red Bullet, from October to December, held in various halls and theaters in six cities: Seoul, Kobe, Tokyo, Manila, Singapore, and Bangkok.[48]
Their first Japanese studio album, Wake Up (2014), released that December, peaked at number three on the weekly Oricon Albums Chart and sold 28,000 copies.[49] Along with re-recorded Japanese versions of older songs, it also contained the original tracks "Wake Up" and "The Stars."[50] In support of the album, BTS held their 1st Japan Tour 2015 Wake Up: Open Your Eyes in February 2015 to an audience of 25,000 fans in four cities.[51] After ending their Japan tour, BTS held their second solo concert in Korea, BTS Live Trilogy Episode I: BTS Begins, in March to a crowd of 6,500 fans.[52]
2015–2016: Mainstream breakthrough and commercial success
Shifting their sound and image from solely aggressive, masculine hip hop to more diverse styles,[53] BTS wanted to express the beauty and anxiousness of "youth" and settled on the title of "花樣年華" (Korean: 화양연화; RR: Hwayangyeonhwa), loosely interpreted to define "youth" as "the most beautiful moment in life."[54] Their third EP, The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 1 (March 2015), explored the growth and emotional agony of youth as well as its playful and uplifting sides.[53] Fuse included it as the only Korean album on their list of the "27 Best Albums of 2015 So Far."[55] The EP has sold over 415,000 copies to date.[56] Its lead single "I Need U" was BTS' first top five hit in Korea[57] and garnered BTS first ever music show win on SBS MTV's The Show.[58] While its second single, "Dope (Korean: 쩔어; RR: Jjeoreo)", only peaked at number 44 in Korea,[59] it peaked at number three on Billboard's World Digital Songs Chart[60] and became their first music video to accrue over 100 million views on YouTube in October.[61] The group began the world tour extension of their Red Bullet Tour in June, titled 2015 Live Trilogy Episode II: The Red Bullet, visiting cities throughout Asia, Oceania, North America, and Latin America.[48] Their fourth Japanese single, "For You", was released on June 17 to celebrate the first anniversary of their Japanese debut and topped Oricon's daily chart, selling over 42,000 copies within its first day.[62] BTS later performed at Japan's Summer Sonic Festival on August 15 and 16.[63][64]
In November, BTS commenced their third concert tour, 2015 BTS LIVE "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: On Stage", debuting their new song and the lead single from their fourth EP The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 2, "Run", during the Seoul dates.[65] Thematically, the EP focused more on the serious and speculative aspects of youth, touching on the pursuit of success, loneliness, affection for their origins, and the suffering of the younger generation due to unfavorable conditions in current society. Critically, it was praised as the successful merging of the style of The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 1 with BTS' initial identity.[66] The album topped the weekly Gaon Album and Billboard World Albums charts and BTS became the first K-pop act to remain atop the latter for multiple weeks.[67][68] It also marked their first appearance on the Billboard 200 chart, peaking at number 171 with over 5,000 copies.[69] BTS were awarded Best World Performer at the 17th Mnet Asian Music Awards in recognition of their international fan base.

Their first Korean compilation album and the finale to their "youth series", The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever, was released in May 2016. It included three new singles: the top 40 hit "Epilogue: Young Forever", the top 10 hit "Fire" (Korean: 불타오르네; RR: Bultaoreune), and the top 20 hit "Save Me".[70][71] The album topped Gaon Weekly Chart in Korea for two consecutive weeks and peaked at number 107 on the U.S. Billboard 200.[72][73][74] The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever later won BTS' first major Korean award for Album of the Year at the 8th Melon Music Awards.[75] BTS embarked on their Asia tour extension, 2016 BTS LIVE "The Most Beautiful Moment in Life On Stage: Epilogue", from May to August, visiting 10 cities and performing to 144,000 fans.[76] During their tour, BTS held a landmark two-day concert at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul in May,[77] and performed as first time headliners at both U.S. KCON shows held that year in Newark (June) and Los Angeles (July), to sold-out audiences.[78][79] In line with their other successes, they became the first K-pop group to receive their own Twitter emoji in May 2016.[80]

In September 2016, BTS released their second Japanese studio album Youth.[81] It sold over 44,000 copies on its first day of release and peaked at number one in Japan.[82] Pre-orders for their second Korean studio album Wings, released in October 2016, accumulated over 500,000 copies within the first week.[83] Wings combined the themes of youth presented in their previous "youth series" with temptation and adversity and, for the first time as a major group effort, included seven solo tracks that demonstrated each members' potential and individuality as independent musicians.[84] The album was generally well received by critics, with Rolling Stone naming it "one of the most conceptually and sonically ambitious pop albums of 2016,"[85] while Fuse praised the "vulnerable and honest song material" and diverse tracks.[86] The lead single "Blood Sweat & Tears" achieved a music chart "all-kill" in South Korea[87] and became their first number one hit on the weekly Gaon Digital Chart.[88] Its music video gained over 6 million views within 24 hours, breaking the previous record held on YouTube for the highest number of views of a K-pop group music video within 24 hours.[89] Wings opened at number 26 on the U.S. Billboard 200, the highest chart ranking ever for a K-pop album,[90] and BTS became the first Korean group to top the Billboard Social 50 chart that month.[91] It was their first "million seller" album,[92] moving over 1.5 million copies in South Korea that year and became the best-selling album in Gaon Album Chart history at the time.[93] BTS were the first artist not from a "Big Three" entertainment company (SM, YG and JYP) to win Artist of the Year at the 18th Mnet Asian Music Awards in December.[94][95]
2017: International expansion and collaborations
In February 2017, BTS released the repackaged edition of Wings (2016), entitled You Never Walk Alone. Pre-orders of the repackage reached over 700,000 copies, breaking the record for most albums sold in a month.[96][97] The repackage included an additional four tracks that offered consolation and encouragement to its listeners.[98] Its lead single, "Spring Day" (Korean: 봄날; RR: Bomnal) met critical praise as "an intelligent, compelling and elegantly restrained study of loss and longing" that "deliberately avoids cliché pomp and drama" by Dazed Digital.[99] Embodying nostalgia and sorrow, it opened a new chapter in BTS' aesthetics and lyricism and attracted fans across generational boundaries.[84] Upon release, "Spring Day" topped eight of the major South Korean online music charts, as well as Gaon,[100][101] and crashed Melon's digital chart due to the high influx of user traffic.[102] It also entered the U.S. Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100 singles chart at number 15 with "zero promotions."[103] As evidence of its staying power, "Spring Day" is the longest-charting song on Melon to date.[104] "Spring Day" later won Best Song of the Year at the 9th Melon Music Awards.[105][106]

In conjunction with the release of You Never Walk Alone, BTS commenced their second world tour, 2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour, from February to December. The tour visited 12 countries including Brazil, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and the United States and gathered 550,000 fans.[107] On the tour, BTS began to play progressively larger venues, moving from halls into arenas and domes. Tickets for the North American leg sold out within minutes and two additional shows were added due to high demand, making BTS the first K-pop act to sell out arenas in the United States.[108][109] After completing their North American leg, BTS attended the 24th Billboard Music Awards in May and won Top Social Artist, becoming the first Korean group awarded a Billboard Music Award.[110]
Celebrating Korean music icon Seo Taiji's 25th anniversary as a part of his anniversary project "Time: Traveler", BTS released a remake of Seo Taiji's 1995 classic "Come Back Home" in July 2017, reworking the sound and lyrics to similar sentiments toward societal change that Seo Taiji argued for in his songs.[111] BTS was later invited by Seo Taiji to perform as backup vocalists and dancers for eight songs in his Seoul Olympic Stadium concert held early September. During the concert, Seo Taiji acknowledged BTS' thematic similarities to his music and recognized the group as his musical successors, declaring, "This is your generation now. Show them."[112][113]
Following the depiction of growth and temptation in Wings (2016) and consolation in You Never Walk Alone (2017), BTS embarked on their "Love Yourself" series which sought the enlightenment of self-love through the "起承轉結" (Korean: 기승전결; RR: Giseungjeongyeol) narrative sequence of "beginning, development, turn, and conclusion."[114] In September 2017, BTS released the first part of the series, their fifth EP, Love Yourself: Her[115] and featured music from the Chainsmokers' Andrew Taggart for the track "Best of Me".[116] The EP was supported by two singles: the lead single "DNA" and a Steve Aoki remix of their song "Mic Drop" featuring American rapper Desiigner. In the narrative sequence, the EP represented the "承," or "development" of the series and is considered by RM to be one of the major turning points in BTS' career.[117] Within the larger narrative, Love Yourself: Her described the joy and happiness of falling in love.[114] Sonically, the EP served as "a dual exploration of the group's electro-pop and hip-hop leanings," with the first half consisting of “dance tracks that emphasize the group's vocals" while in the second half "the act's hip-hop side arrives in earnest...delivering powerful rap performances."[118]

Commercially, BTS continued to hit new career heights with the Love Yourself: Her EP, debuting at number seven on the Billboard 200 with 31,000 album-equivalent units.[119] In Korea, the EP sold over 1.2 million copies on the Gaon Album Chart in its first month, achieving the highest monthly album sales in the chart's history and the highest on any Korean chart in 16 years, second to g.o.d's Chapter 4 album in 2001.[120] The single "DNA" was released simultaneously with the EP and debuted at number two in Korea. Its music video broke the previous record for most viewed K-pop group music video within the first 24 hours with more than 20 million views on YouTube.[121] "DNA" also became the group's first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 85, making BTS the first K-pop boy band to do so and the second Korean act with a Korean-language song.[122] The following week, "DNA" rose to number 67 and became the highest-charting song on the Billboard Hot 100 for a K-pop group, beating Wonder Girls' previous record at number 76.[123] The following single "Mic Drop (Remix)" peaked at number 28 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the first top 40 entry for a K-pop group on the chart.[124][125] Both "Mic Drop Remix" and "DNA" were later certified Gold[126] by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA)[127] making BTS the first and only Korean artist to receive two certifications.[128] "Mic Drop" went on to receive Platinum certification in November 2018, making BTS the first Korean group with a Platinum-certified single in the United States.[129] In December 2017, "DNA" and "Mic Drop" were released as a triple-A side single in Japan with the new song "Crystal Snow",[130] which topped the Oricon Chart[131] and became the highest-selling single from a K-pop artist within a week.[132] The single sold more than 380,000 copies by the end of the year and BTS became the only foreign artist to have a single certified double platinum by the RIAJ that year.[133][134][135][136][137]
In November 2017, BTS became the first K-pop group to perform at the American Music Awards,[138][139] raising their profile internationally.[140][141] That same month, Guinness World Records revealed that BTS had earned a spot in their 2018 edition for "having the world's most Twitter engagements for a music group".[142] In December, they also became the first K-pop group to perform on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve to welcome the new year[143] and made their Japanese TV music show debut on TV Asahi's Japan Music Station Super Live.[144] At the end of the year, BTS won their second Artist of the Year at the 19th Mnet Asian Music Awards,[145] becoming the first act to win the award two years in a row.[146][147] They also became the first artist outside of the "Big Three" to win major awards at the Golden Disc Awards[148] and the Seoul Music Awards, respectively.[149]
2018: Worldwide recognition
In the lead up to their next album, BTS released an original eight-episode documentary series exclusively on YouTube Premium entitled Burn the Stage that ran from March until May 2018, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the group's 2017 Wings Tour.[150][151] In April, the group also released their third Japanese studio album, Face Yourself,[152] which debuted at number 43 on the Billboard 200 as the third-highest-charting Japanese album in the history of the chart.[153] In conjunction with the release of Face Yourself, the group released a nine-minute short film titled "Euphoria: Theme of Love Yourself: Wonder," which featured the song "Euphoria" and embodied the "起" or "beginning" of the narrative sequence.[154]

In May 2018, BTS released their third Korean-language studio album, Love Yourself: Tear in conjunction with an appearance at the 25th Billboard Music Awards.[155] At the show, BTS debuted as performers with the premiere of their lead single, "Fake Love"[156] and won Top Social Artist, making them the only Korean artist to win the award two years in a row.[157][158] In the narrative sequence, the album coincided with the "轉" or "turn" of the series, touching on the tortuous enlightenment of loving without being loved and encouragement to those without dreams.[159] It received generally positive reviews from critics. Caitlin Kelley from Billboard described the album as "one of their most thematically cohesive yet sonically varied albums, with maximalist production erupting against lyrics about emptiness,"[160] while Sheldon Pearce of Pitchfork wrote that the album "formula is a slick, loosely thematic album about love and loss, with a stronger focus on rapping than ever before" and that it "aims for cohesion and produces fun, prismatic songs in the process."[161]
Commercially, Love Yourself: Tear was one of BTS' most successful albums, bringing them to new heights both domestically and internationally. The album debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 with 135,000 album-equivalent units (including 100,000 pure album sales), becoming BTS' highest-charting and first number one album in the US, the first K-pop album to top the U.S. albums chart, and the highest-charting album by an Asian act.[162][163] Love Yourself: Tear also became BTS' first top ten hit in the United Kingdom, reaching number eight on the UK Albums Chart.[164] Their single "Fake Love" became their first top ten hit at number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the seventeenth non-English song to reach the top ten and the first by a Korean group.[165][166] "Fake Love" later became their third single to attain Gold certification by the RIAA that August.[167] In South Korea, Love Yourself: Tear sold over 1.6 million copies in its first two weeks, making it the highest monthly sales for an album since the Gaon Chart's inception at that time.[168]
As the conclusion of the Love Yourself series, BTS released their second Korean compilation album Love Yourself: Answer in August 2018,[169] which contained songs from the previous Love Yourself releases along with seven additional new tracks.[170] The album was supported by the lead single "Idol" and the alternative digital release featuring Nicki Minaj.[171][172] Thematically, Love Yourself: Answer placed the songs of the Love Yourself series within the narrative of beginning, development, turn and conclusion to illustrate the excitement of love, the pains of farewell, and the enlightenment of self-love.[173] Critically, the album received generally positive reviews, with Billboard calling it a "masterful culmination of years of work and rife with meaning" and "undeniably a magnum opus from BTS that that few other artists, boy bands or otherwise, ever can hope to achieve."[174]
Commercially, the record sold over 1.9 million copies on the Gaon Album Chart in August 2018, breaking the chart's all-time monthly record once again.[175] The album became BTS' second number-one album on the U.S. Billboard 200 and their highest sales week in the country at that time,[176] making BTS the only K-pop act with two Billboard 200 toppers and the first pop act with two number one albums in less than a year since One Direction topped the chart with Midnight Memories in 2013 and Four in 2014.[176] Love Yourself: Answer later became the first Korean language album to be certified Gold by the RIAA in November.[129] In Canada, Love Yourself: Answer became the group's first number-one album on the Canadian Albums Chart. "Idol" became the group's third Platinum single while Answer became the group's first Platinum album, making BTS the first Korean artist to attain this certification in the US.[180]
New York City's Citi Field, the venue for BTS' first stadium concert in the United States, sold out in 20 minutes.
In conjunction with Love Yourself: Answer's release in August 2018, BTS commenced their third world tour, BTS World Tour: Love Yourself, with a landmark concert in the Seoul Olympic Stadium, the largest stadium in South Korea.[181] During their tour, BTS also featured on Steve Aoki's single "Waste It on Me" released that October, which was their first and only all-English language feature.[182][183] On tour, BTS continued to play to progressively larger venues from arenas to domes to stadiums. Philip Cosores from Uproxx described BTS' four nights at the Staples Center as an "enormous, multi-sensory experience" bringing an "inclusive" and "multicultural experience" where music is above any language barrier,[188] while Crystal Bell from MTV said "BTS have created an experience so captivating, so inclusive, and so visually stunning that it's cemented the boy band as one of the most vital acts in pop music today."[189] That October, with more than a year remaining in their contract, BTS renewed their contract with Big Hit Entertainment through 2026.[190]
In early November 2018, a popular Japanese music show cancelled BTS' performance citing a T-shirt a member wore the year before.[191] In the same month the Jewish human rights organization Simon Wiesenthal Center (SWC) stated BTS owed victims an apology for the shirt in 2017, clothing with Nazi symbolism, and a flag.[192] Big Hit Entertainment issued an apology, saying that the images on the clothing were not intended to be hurtful to the victims of Nazism or atomic bombings, and that the group and management would take steps to prevent future mistakes. They also stated the flags were meant to be a commentary on the Korean school system.[193] The apology was accepted by SWC and the Korean Atomic Bomb Victim Association.[194][195]
Crossing over to film, BTS released Burn the Stage: The Movie in theaters worldwide in November 2018 to commercial success. In the United States it accumulated US$1.2 million on opening day for a total of $3.54 million over the three day weekend, breaking the record for the highest grossing event cinema musical production which was previously set in 2014 by the band One Direction. It ranked at number ten in the box office despite selling at only 620 locations compared to the 2,000-4,000 locations for the other top ten sellers.[196]
At the end of the year, BTS won their third Artist of the Year at the 20th Mnet Asian Music Awards in a row and ranked number eight on Billboard's year-end Top Artist Chart alongside the likes of Drake and Taylor Swift and were also the number two act of the year in the Duo/Group ranking, only behind Imagine Dragons.[197][198] They also made the Bloomberg 50 due to their "willingness to address social issues, mental health, and politics, despite being in a genre often painted as bubble gum pop".[199] The group sold more than 10 millions albums in South Korea alone, with 5 million being sold in 2018 alone.[200]

Map of the Soul: 7 was released on February 21 to universal acclaim.[276][277] The album was supported by the lead single "On" and an alternative digital release featuring Australian singer Sia.[278] According to Gaon Chart, Map of the Soul: 7 sold over 4.1 million copies in just nine days after its release, surpassing the record held by their previous album Map of the Soul: Persona to become the best-selling album in South Korean history[279][280] and the first album to be certified Quadruple Million.[281] The album debuted atop the U.S. Billboard 200 with a first-week tally of 422,000 album-equivalent units, making BTS the fastest group to earn four number one albums since the Beatles in 1968.[282][283] The album marked the biggest Billboard 200 debut in 2020[284] until The Weeknd's After Hours was released on March 20.[285] The album debuted at number one in countries such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, the United Kingdom and the U.S., making BTS the first Asian group to top the charts in the world's five largest music markets.[286] The lead single "On" debuted at number four on the Billboard Hot 100 with 86,000 downloads, becoming BTS' first top five and their biggest sales week for a song.[287] It was the group's third top-ten and highest-charting single on the chart, giving them more top-ten entries than any other Korean act on the Hot 100.[288][289] In support of the Map of the Soul album series, BTS were set to embark on their fourth worldwide concert tour and second stadium tour, Map of the Soul Tour, beginning in April.[290] However, the initial Seoul dates were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic,[291] and the rest of the world tour was eventually postponed.[292]
In March, Big Hit Entertainment launched a video series, "Learn Korean with BTS", on the social media app Weverse,[293] intended to "make it easy and fun for global fans who have difficulty enjoying BTS' music and contents due to the language barrier."[293][294] The idea for the project emerged in reaction to fans asking for English subtitles for BTS' videos.[295] The series consists of thirty three-minute lessons on Korean expressions and grammar using footage from existing BTS content on YouTube and VLive, such as "Run BTS!" and "Bangtan Bomb."[293] The videos were developed in collaboration with experts at the Korean Language Content Institute and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.[293] In April, BTS became the first South Korean artist to sell more than 20 million albums cumulatively,[296][297] becoming the best-selling artist in South Korean history.[298][299][300] That month, BTS held a two-day online streaming concert event titled Bang Bang Con, where the group shared footage of past concerts on their YouTube channel.[301] The virtual concert series, which lasted 24 hours, was hosted in response to Map of the Soul Tour that had been postponed earlier in the year, and was a commercial success.[302][303] RM later confirmed that a new album had begun production but did not reveal a release date.[304]
On June 7, BTS headlined YouTube's Dear Class of 2020 online graduation event, performing "Boy with Luv", "Spring Day", and "Mikrokosmos". Their commencement speeches highlighted their own graduations and offered "messages of hope and inspiration for the class of 2020 in both Korean and English".[305][306] On June 14, BTS held a 100-minute long online live concert, Bang Bang Con: The Live, as a part of their 7th debut anniversary. The concert was the first collaborative effort between Big Hit and Kiswe, a live streaming solution company in the US. It garnered 756,000 concurrent viewers in 107 countries and territories, setting the record for the largest audience for a paid virtual concert.[307] On June 19, BTS released the Japanese single, "Stay Gold", from their fourth Japanese studio album, Map of the Soul: 7 – The Journey, which was released in Japan and digitally worldwide on July 14.[308] The album debuted atop Japan's Oricon chart and sold over 500,000 copies in its first two days.[309] It surpassed 564,000 copies in its first week, breaking the 10-year record previously held by TVXQ's Best Selection 2010 for highest first week album sales by a male foreign artist in Japan and making it the fastest and best-selling album of 2020 in the country at the time.[310]
BTS released their first English-language single, "Dynamite", on August 21. Its music video broke the YouTube record for the most viewed premiere, with more than 3 million viewers, and set a new record for the most viewed video in the first 24 hours of release. It also became the first music video on the platform to surpass 100 million views in less than one day.[311] "Dynamite" debuted at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart with over 260,000 pure sales—enough for it to become the fastest-selling single since Taylor Swift's "Look What You Made Me Do" (2017)—earning BTS their first chart topper and making them the first all-South Korean act (second Asian act overall) to earn a number one single in the United States.[312] It remained at the top spot for a second consecutive week,[313] dropped to number two in its third and fourth weeks, and reclaimed the top spot in its fifth week on the chart.[314] In its fifth tracking week, the single also reached number one on Billboard's new Global 200 and Global Excluding US charts, becoming the first single to top both simultaneously.[315] In its sixth tracking week, "Dynamite" spent its sixth consecutive week at number one on the Digital Song Sales chart and rose to the 39th spot on the Radio Songs chart, becoming their first Top 40 entry on US's overall radio chart.[316] It continued rising and peaked at number 20, becoming their first Top 20 entry on the Radio Songs chart.[317] It peaked at number nine on the US Mainstream Top 40, also known as the Pop Songs chart, becoming their first Top 10 entry and the highest charting entry by a Korean act.[318][319] The single debuted at number three on the UK Singles Chart[320] and number two on the Australian singles chart,[321] becoming their highest-charting single in both countries. The single peaked at number eight on Canada's Top 40 radio chart, becoming the first Top 10 radio entry by a Korean group.[322][323] On August 31, BTS made their MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) debut with the first live performance of "Dynamite"[324] and won four awards: Best Group, Best Choreography, Best Pop Video, and Best K-pop (the last three for their music video for "On").[325] They performed "Dynamite"[326] and older tracks such as "Idol",[327] "Home",[328] "Mikrokosmos",[329] and "Black Swan"[330] on The Tonight Show for their week-long residency during the week of September 28. On October 14, they performed the single at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards and won the Top Social Artist award, becoming their fourth consecutive year of winning the award.[331]
On October 2, BTS released a remix of Jawsh 685 and Jason Derulo's single "Savage Love (Laxed – Siren Beat)".[332] It topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart, marking the group's second number one entry in the United States. "Dynamite" remained at number two, making BTS the fourth group (after the Beatles, Bee Gees, and OutKast) to simultaneously occupy the top two spots on the Hot 100.[333] The single also topped the Billboard Global 200, becoming their second number one entry and making BTS the first artist to have multiple songs top Billboard's recently created global singles chart.[334] On October 10 and 11, BTS hosted a two-day virtual pay-per-view concert, at KSPO Dome in Seoul, called Map of the Soul ON:E, which broke their own world record for Most viewers for a paid virtual concert live stream with 993,000 viewers from 191 countries as compared to their previous record of 756,000 viewers.[335][336] They re-released their 2014 album Skool Luv Affair in October, debuting in the Top 10 of Billboard’s Rap Albums chart and becoming their first entry on the genre-specific chart,[337] with all 11 tracks charting on the World Song Sales chart.[338]
On November 20, 2020, BTS' fifth Korean studio album Be was released,[339][340][341] with "Life Goes On" as its lead single. The single had its debut performance at the 2020 American Music Awards on November 22.[342] On November 24, BTS became the first Korean pop artists to be recognized by the Recording Academy when "Dynamite" received a nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards.[343] On November 30, 2020, "Life Goes On" debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.[344][345] With this, BTS achieved their third consecutive number one on the Hot 100 in just three months—the fastest of any band since the Beatles in 1964 to do so—and became the first group in the chart's history to have two number one debuts, as well as seven songs appearing simultaneously on the chart. "Life Goes On" became the first song performed primarily in Korean to debut in the top spot.[346][347]
2021-present: BTS, the Best
On March 4, 2021, the IFPI named BTS its Global Recording Artist of the Year for 2020—they are the first non-English and Asian act to top the ranking. BTS occupied three spots in the Global Album Sales Chart of 2020 with Map of the Soul: 7 coming at number one, Be (Deluxe Edition) at number two and Map of the Soul: 7 – The Journey at number eight. In the newly-launched Global Album All Format Chart, Map of the Soul: 7 claimed the first position while Be (Deluxe Edition) claimed the fourth position. BTS also made their first entry in the Global Digital Single Chart of 2020 with "Dynamite" at number ten.[348][349][350][351] On March 14, BTS performed their song "Dynamite" at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, becoming the first Korean nominee to have their own Grammy performance. It was also their third appearance at the Grammys.[352] The group's sixth compilation album, BTS, the Best is scheduled for release on June 16, 2021.[353] On March 24, BTS appeared on You Quiz on the Block, a South Korean variety show program, where they broke the show's rating records for viewership. [354] On April 1, BTS released "Film Out", their lead single for their upcoming compilation album. [355]

BTS member Jin (center) performing Freddie Mercury's "ay-oh" chant during their first concert at Wembley Stadium on June 1, 2019.
BTS have cited Seo Taiji and Boys,[356] Nas, Eminem, Kanye West, Drake, Post Malone, Charlie Puth and Danger as musical inspirations.[357] They have also cited Queen as an influence, with Suga saying he "grew up watching videos of Live Aid." During their concert at Wembley Stadium in London, Jin paid tribute to Queen by leading the crowd in a version of Freddie Mercury's "ay-oh" chant from the band's Live Aid concert.[358][359]
BTS are also influenced by many literary, psychological, artistic, and philosophical mediums. Their album Wings (2016) was inspired by Hermann Hesse's coming of age novel, Demian.[360] Their song "Blood Sweat and Tears" (2016) quotes Friedrich Nietzsche's Thus Spoke Zarathustra, and its music video features visual references to Herbert James Draper's The Lament for Icarus, Pieter Bruegel's Landscape with the Fall of Icarus, and Pieter Bruegel's The Fall of the Rebel Angels.[361] Their "Spring Day" (2017) music video contains lyrical and visual references to Ursula Le Guin's short story The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas.[362] The Love Yourself series was primarily influenced by Erich Fromm's The Art of Loving,[363] while their song "Magic Shop" from Love Yourself: Tear (2018) was inspired by James R. Doty's memoir Into the Magic Shop.[364] Their 2019 album, Map of the Soul: Persona gained its name from Murray Stein's Jung's Map of the Soul: An Introduction.[365]
Musical style
BTS co-write and produce much of their own output.[366][367] Since their inception, BTS have developed and maintained a style of "fusion music" with an emphasis on hip hop as their musical base[368] largely due to the influence of RM and Suga's background as underground rappers[14] and their main producer Pdogg.[369] Rather than adhering to a specific genre, BTS have introduced new elements into their sound and musical repertoire with each successive release.[368] Beginning with old-school hip hop on 2 Cool 4 Skool and O!RUL8,2? in 2013,[24] BTS first experimented with R&B and rock on Skool Luv Affair and Dark and Wild in 2014;[104][45] orchestral strings and EDM in their The Most Beautiful Moment in Life album series (2015–16);[66] moombahton, neo soul, and gospel on Wings (2016) and You Never Walk Alone (2017);[370][84] future bass, Latin pop, and jazz hip hop in their Love Yourself album series (2017–18);[114] and emo rap, rap rock, Afro pop, nu-disco, funk, trap, pop rock and pop rap in their Map of the Soul album series (2019–20).[371][372][373][374][375]
Lyrical themes
BTS' albums contain recurring themes that fall under the overarching theme of "reflection of youth."[12] Their "school trilogy" explored "the troubles and anxieties of school-age youth."[376] Their "youth series" "tackled a subject that the vast majority of youth experience, but few pop musicians articulate well: mental health and the desire to belong in society."[376] Wings (2016) focused on temptation and sin.[377] The "Love Yourself" series utilized a narrative form to illustrate the excitement of love, the pains of farewell, and the enlightenment of self-love.[173] Their lyrics, which often include social commentary and criticisms of South Korean society, clearly reflect these. Songs such as "No More Dream" and "N.O" from their school trilogy were motivated by their experiences with South Korea's emphasis on education and called for change to the education system and societal expectations.[378] Their experiences with youth culture in South Korea inspired the songs "Dope" and "Silver Spoon" (Korean: 뱁새; RR: Baepsae) from their youth series, referencing generational disparity and millennials giving up of romantic relationships, marriage, children, proper employment, homes, and social life in the face of economic difficulties and societal ills while facing condemnation from the media and older generations.[378] "Am I Wrong" from Wings (2016) questioned societal apathy towards the state of current events—the lyric "We're all dogs and pigs / we become dogs because we're angry" referenced the South Korean Ministry of Education official Na Hyang-wook, who was a proponent of the caste system and described the average person as "dogs and pigs", and BTS performed the song on television during the 2016 South Korean political scandal that led to the impeachment of ex-President Park Geun-hye.[378] RM and Suga's personal struggles with mental health inspired songs like "Tomorrow", "Intro: The Most Beautiful Moment in Life", "So Far Away", "The Last", and "Forever Rain."[379][380] "Not Today" from You Never Walk Alone (2017) is an anti-establishment anthem, with messages advocating for minority groups,[381] while "Spring Day" honored the victims of the Sewol Ferry tragedy.[382]
Since their inception, BTS have believed that telling their story is the best way for the younger generation to relate to their music.[25] Writing over 90 percent of their own lyrics,[383] the group incorporates universal life experiences, such as sadness and lonelin

Valorant WTF Moments : "Idiots, the spike. Now."...🤪 - #VALORANT Funny Moments #70 #ValorantGlitch
Valorant (stylized as VALORANT) is a free-to-play multiplayer tactical first-person hero shooter developed and published by Riot Games, for Microsoft Windows. First teased under the codename Project A in October 2019, the game began a closed beta period with limited access on April 7, 2020, followed by official release on June 2, 2020. Development of the game started in 2014.
Gameplay
Valorant is a team-based tactical shooter and first-person shooter set in the near future.[2][3][4][5] Players play as one of a set of agents, characters designed based on several countries and cultures around the world. In the main game mode, players are assigned to either the attacking or defending team with each team having five players on it. Agents have unique abilities, each requiring charges, as well as a unique ultimate ability that requires charging through kills, deaths, or spike actions. Every player starts each round with a "classic" pistol and one or more "signature ability" charge.Other weapons and ability charges can be purchased using an in-game economic system that awards money based on the outcome of the previous round, any kills the player is responsible for, and any actions taken with the spike. The game has an assortment of weapons including secondary guns like sidearms and primary guns like submachine guns, shotguns, machine guns, assault rifles and sniper rifles. There are automatic and semi-automatic weapons that have a shooting pattern that has to be controlled by the player in order to be able to shoot accurately. Different agents allow players to find more ways to plant the Spike and style on enemies with scrappers, strategists, and hunters of every description. It currently offers 14 agents to choose from.[8][9] They are Brimstone, Phoenix, Sage, Sova, Viper, Cypher, Reyna, Killjoy, Breach, Omen, Jett, Raze, Skye and Yoru.
Unrated
In the standard non-ranked mode, the match is played as best of 25 - the first team to win 13 rounds wins the match. The attacking team has a bomb-type device called the Spike. They must deliver and activate the Spike on one of the multiple specified locations (bomb sites). If the attacking team successfully protects the activated Spike for 45 seconds it detonates, destroying everything in a specific area, and they receive a point. If the defending team is able to deactivate the spike, or the 100-second round timer expires without the attacking team activating the spike, the defending team receives a point. If all the members of a team are eliminated before the spike is activated, or if all members of the defending team are eliminated after the spike is activated, the opposing team earns a point. If both teams win 12 rounds, sudden death occurs, in which the winning team of that round wins the match, differing from overtime for competitive matches.

Humans Animals Love ❤ | Most Heart-Melting videos for KIDS | Pet Lovers | #Animal surprising Human#3
If the number of cute animal memes on the internet is a fair benchmark, then the human love of pets is a powerful and global phenomenon. For many pet owners, their furry (or scaly) domestic companions transcend any simple categorization of non-human animal. Indeed, research shows that it is a growing global trend for pet owners to consider their animals to be full members of their families; to dote upon them as they would children or romantic partners, both emotionally and financially; and to thereby develop strong bonds of dependency, love, and support.

Maroon 5 Mega Mix | Made with ❤ | Maroon 5 Best Mashup | #Maroon5 #Mashup #MegaMix #Remix
Maroon 5 is an American pop rock band from Los Angeles, California.[1][2] It currently consists of lead vocalist Adam Levine, keyboardist and rhythm guitarist Jesse Carmichael, lead guitarist James Valentine, drummer Matt Flynn, keyboardist PJ Morton and multi-instrumentalist Sam Farrar. Original members Levine, Carmichael, bassist Mickey Madden, and drummer Ryan Dusick first came together as Kara's Flowers in 1994, while they were still in high school.
After self-releasing their independent album We Like Digging?, the band signed to Reprise Records and released the album The Fourth World in 1997. The album garnered a tepid response, after which the record label dropped the band and the members focused on college. In 2001, the band re-emerged as Maroon 5, pursuing a different direction and adding guitarist Valentine.[3] The band signed with Octone Records, an independent record label with a separate joint venture relationship with J Records and released their debut album Songs About Jane in June 2002. Aided by the singles, "Harder to Breathe", "This Love" and "She Will Be Loved", the album peaked at number six on the Billboard 200 chart,[4] and went quadruple platinum in 2005. In the same year, the band won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist.[5] In 2006, Dusick left the band after suffering from serious wrist and shoulder injuries and was replaced by Matt Flynn.

FINAL FANTASY XIV Online WTF Moments : "Stop Fighting🤪" - Final Fantasy Best Gameplays compilations
Final Fantasy XIV[b] is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed and published by Square Enix. Directed and produced by Naoki Yoshida, it was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 3 in August 2013, as a replacement for the failed 2010 version of the game, with support for PlayStation 4 and macOS releasing later. An Xbox One version is in development. Final Fantasy XIV takes place in the fictional land of Eorzea, five years after the events of the original 2010 release. At the conclusion of the original game, the primal dragon Bahamut escapes from its lunar prison to initiate the Seventh Umbral Calamity, an apocalyptic event which destroys much of Eorzea. Through the gods' blessing, the player character escapes the devastation by time traveling five years into the future. As Eorzea recovers and rebuilds, the player must deal with the impending threat of invasion by the Garlean Empire from the north.
The alpha test for A Realm Reborn began shortly after the original release's finale and ended in late December 2012. During this period, Wada admitted that the development of A Realm Reborn was a cause of delay for many Square Enix titles at the time.[64] Yoshida published an updated roadmap for the beta test through launch, indicating four phases of beta beginning in mid-February 2013.[65] He claimed that the team is "adamant the game not be released until it is ready" and that launching too early "would be like at the level of destroying the company".[40] In May 2013, Square Enix announced the release date for the game, along with details about pre-order bonuses and the collector's edition, which includes an art book, a bonus disc with a recap of the original release story, a soundtrack sampler, and several cosmetic in-game items.[66][67] In June 2013, the company revealed a PlayStation 4 version was in development and due for release in 2014.[68] Early access began on August 24, 2013, with players able to play continuously through to the August 27 launch. Players throughout this period noted continued server issues.[69] Due to an "overwhelmingly positive response", the servers could not handle the number of concurrent players, prompting Square Enix to temporarily suspend digital sales of the game.[70] In light of these issues, Yoshida issued an apology to fans for the game's "rocky" launch and reassured them that fixes were in progress and new servers would be created.[70] A week after launch, the game received a ten-hour maintenance and fresh patches, and all players were compensated with a week of free play time.[71]

Final Fantasy has spawned numerous spin-offs and metaseries. Several are, in fact, not Final Fantasy games, but were rebranded for North American release. Examples include the SaGa series, rebranded The Final Fantasy Legend, and its two sequels, Final Fantasy Legend II and Final Fantasy Legend III.[39] Final Fantasy Mystic Quest was specifically developed for a United States audience, and Final Fantasy Tactics is a tactical RPG that features many references and themes found in the series.[40][41] The spin-off Chocobo series, Crystal Chronicles series, and Kingdom Hearts series also include multiple Final Fantasy elements.[39][42] In 2003, the Final Fantasy series' first sub-sequel, Final Fantasy X-2, was released.[43] Final Fantasy XIII was originally intended to stand on its own, but the team wanted to explore the world, characters and mythos more, resulting in the development and release of two sequels in 2011 and 2013 respectively, creating the series' first official trilogy.[28] Dissidia Final Fantasy was released in 2009, a fighting game that features heroes and villains from the first ten games of the main series.[44]

GTA 5 WTF Moments - "Ambulance For Everyone..🤪" - Grand Theft Auto V Best Gameplays Compilation #1
Grand Theft Auto 5 is a game that just keeps ticking—thanks in no small part to lots of GTA 5 mods authors. Since its PC launch in 2015, Grand Theft Auto 5 has been flooded with thousands of user-made mods—so much so, this is our fourth fifth sixth run at adding to our already extensive list. We're always updating it so please do check back later for more.
Complex Control
Download here
Complex Control adds 100 unique character skins, 55 unique and balanced abilities, roguelike, permadeath, and battle royale mechanics, and is the work of over 1,500 hours of solo development. In short: THEAETIK's Complex Control transforms the face of GTA 5 entirely.
With procedural gameplay and permanent progression, it really is in a league of its own. Marvel at its trailer above.
Incredible Hulk Script
Download here
This mod underscores the entertainment value in throwing caution to the wind and tearing Los Santos to shreds. Doing so as the Incredible Hulk is something you really must experience, as the joy that stems from ripping lamp posts out of the ground and playing baseball and/or golf with police cars is second to none.
Superhot Mod
Download here
Superhot is SUPERHOT Team’s effortlessly stylish FPS where time only moves when you do. Superhot Mod is a modification that applies this uber-cool mechanic to GTA 5. Naturally, this aids combat to no end, but is particularly useful when scoping out groups of gangs or if you’re masterminding an attack at distance.
Gang and Turf
Download here
Lucas Vinicius' Gang and Turf mod has been around for a while but is still being grown and supported today. It adds GTA: San Andreas' gang warfare system—in all its PS2-era, squad-based, territory-capturing mini-game glory.
Paying close deference to its source material, Gang and Turf charge players with heading up their own murder squads—within which members are registered, crew colours are sworn by, and patches are defended. Team vehicles are assigned for squad-based transportation, and backup can be patched in by land or parachute when things get heavy. The results are suitably chaotic, particularly when multiple companies rough it out for the same stretches of land—or when another gang relocates their spawn point on the fly. Good luck when that happens!
Warfare MOD
Download here
Zanzou's GTA 5 Warfare mod adds 20v20 military-themed showdowns that must be seen to be believed.
Skirmishes can incorporate tanks, choppers and other vehicles for maximum chaos—while battlegrounds can range from yachts to full Los Santos districts. There's also a survival mode, which pits you against an infinitely spawning number of baddies. Come ahead.
Gang Hideouts
Download here
Speaking of scoping out gangs, one feature sorely missed from GTA 5 is Read Dead Redemption-style gang hideouts. So long as you have the OpenInteriors mod installed, Gang Hideouts adds over 10 raidable enemy HQs, as well as a handful of antagonists—such as Corrupt Cops and Dam Hippies.
Poke Ball
Download here
Poke Ball is Pokemon Go as you’ve never seen it before, yet is pretty much exactly how you’d expect it to unfold in GTA 5. Armed with six Poke Balls, you’re tasked with throwing them towards NPCs before the latter is sucked inside. Until weakened your captives are likely to escape, thus roughing them up a little is required. Once made yours, they’ll then fight by your side.
Army at Five Stars

Overwatch WTF Moments : "If you can’t beat them, arrange to have them beaten..🤪" - Best Gameplays #1
Overwatch is a team-based multiplayer first-person shooter developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. Described as a "hero shooter", Overwatch assigns players into two teams of six, with each player selecting from a roster of over 30 characters, known as "heroes", each with a unique style of play that is divided into three general roles that fit their purpose. Players on a team work together to secure and defend control points on a map or escort a payload across the map in a limited amount of time. Players gain cosmetic rewards that do not affect gameplay, such as character skins and victory poses, as they play the game. The game was initially launched with only casual play, but a competitive ranked mode, various 'arcade' game modes, and a player-customizable server browser were added after release. Additionally, Blizzard has added new characters, maps, and game modes post-release, all free of charge, with the only additional cost to players being optional loot boxes to earn cosmetic items. It was released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows in May 2016, and Nintendo Switch in October 2019.
Overwatch is Blizzard's fourth major franchise and came about following the 2014 cancellation of the ambitious massively multiplayer online role-playing game Titan. A portion of the Titan team came up with the concept of Overwatch, based on the success of team-based first-person shooters like Team Fortress 2 and the popularity of multiplayer online battle arena games, creating a hero-based shooter that emphasized teamwork. Some elements of Overwatch borrow assets and concepts from the canceled Titan project. After establishing the narrative of an optimistic near-future Earth setting after a global crisis, the developers aimed to create a diverse cast of heroes that spanned genders and ethnicities as part of this setting. Significant time is spent adjusting the balance of the characters, making sure that new players would still be able to have fun while skilled players would present each other with a challenge.
Overwatch was unveiled at the 2014 BlizzCon event and was in a closed beta from late 2015 through early 2016. An open beta before release drew in nearly 10 million players. The release of the game was promoted with short animated videos to introduce the narrative and characters. Overwatch received universal acclaim from critics, who praised the game for its accessibility, diverse appeal of its hero characters, bright cartoonish art style, and enjoyable gameplay. Blizzard reported over US$1 billion in revenue during the first year of its release and had more than 50 million players after three years. Overwatch is considered to be among the greatest video games of all time, receiving numerous game of the year awards and other accolades. The game is also a popular esport, with Blizzard funding and producing the global Overwatch League.
A sequel, Overwatch 2, was announced in 2019 and will include new player versus environment (PvE) co-operative multiplayer modes. In addition, it will have a shared competitive multiplayer environment, allowing players of both games to play against each other. While it will be sold as a separate game, all-new heroes, maps, and competitive gamemodes will also exist in Overwatch.
Overwatch's fan base has been noted to be generally kind and supportive; Daniel Starkey of Wired wrote, "where many fresh games struggle with an endless stream of player complaints and developer-prodding, Overwatch's community is vivacious and jubilant."[16] A gamer with cerebral palsy publicly praised the game's customizable controls, which let him make his first snipe in a video game.[209][210] One of Blizzard's artists, Roman Kenney, drew concept art based on one player's daughter's original Overwatch character design.[211] Blizzard altered one of the game's maps to include a tribute to an avid Chinese fan of the game who died from injuries while trying to stop a motorcycle theft on the day before the game's public release.[212]
Blizzard has encouraged fans of Overwatch to make artistic content based on the game.[213] To support this, Blizzard released the hero reference kit before release, providing official colors and costume and weapon designs for all 21 heroes present at the game's launch

Valorant WTF Moments : ""Use everything you have. We lose it anyway..🤪" - VALORANT Funny Moments #1
Additionally, if after 4 rounds, a team wishes to forfeit that match, they may request a vote to surrender. If the vote is unanimous, the winning team gets all the victory credit for every round needed to bring them to 13, with the forfeiting team receiving losing credit. A team gets only two chances to surrender: one as the attackers and the other as the defenders.
Spike Rush
In the Spike Rush mode, the match is played as best of 7 rounds - the first team to win 4 rounds wins the match. Players begin the round with all abilities fully charged except their ultimate, which charges twice as fast as in standard games.

PUBG WTF Moments: "You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take...🤪" - #PUBG Mobile Best Gameplays #1
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) is an online multiplayer battle royale game developed and published by PUBG Corporation, a subsidiary of South Korean video game company Bluehole. The game is based on previous mods that were created by Brendan "PlayerUnknown" Greene for other games, inspired by the 2000 Japanese film Battle Royale, and expanded into a standalone game under Greene's creative direction. In the game, up to one hundred players parachute onto an island and scavenge for weapons and equipment to kill others while avoiding getting killed themselves. The available safe area of the game's map decreases in size over time, directing surviving players into tighter areas to force encounters. The last player or team standing wins the round.
Battlegrounds represent the standalone version of what Greene believes is the "final version" of the battle royale concept, incorporating the elements he had designed in previous iterations. Faster development was possible with the game engine Unreal Engine 4, compared with ARMA and H1Z1, which were built with proprietary game engines. Greene acknowledged that implementing the size of the maps in Battlegrounds has been one of the challenges with working with Unreal, which was not designed with such maps in mind. The game was designed as a mix between the realistic simulation of ARMA 3 and the arcade-like action focus and player accessibility of H1Z1.To prevent in-game cheating, the game uses the "BattlEye" anti-cheating software, which had permanently banned over 13 million players by October 2018. BattlEye indicated that 99% of all cheating software for the game was developed in China.
Based on Greene's experience with the genre, an island with many terrain features was picked as the first map, known as "Erangel". The map design scope was to offer players many possible options for strategic and unique gameplay.[4] Some buildings and structures were designed to depict the style of the brutalist architecture of the Soviet Union during the 1950s. The developer team playtested architecture features and random item placement systems, looking at both how close-quarters encounters went, and for open terrain areas. During early access, additional maps were planned, such as one set on a fictional island in the Adriatic Sea that included snow-covered Yugoslavian territories. Greene stated that he thought the Erangel map felt disjointed despite meeting their goals for gameplay and sought to create more unified ideas with future maps.
The freefall from an airplane at the start of each match was a new feature for the genre, to encourage strategy between staying with the pack of players or seeking out one's own route for a better chance at finding good loot.[6] With the added parachute drop, Greene considered that Battlegrounds had three distinct subgames: the airdrop during which one must quickly figure out the best time to jump and where to land in relationship to the other players, the loot game of knowing where and how to gather the best possible equipment and the combat game with other players.[34] Winners of a match are greeted with the phrase "winner winner chicken dinner", an idiom that Greene had used in his prior battle royale games and kept in Battlegrounds, which itself had origins as early as the Great Depression era.
