Rude Dudes - Bill Wyman Blues Odyssey (2003) [Complete 2 CD Compilation]
One Of Our Deleted Albums Series
Bill Wyman played bass with the Rolling Stones between 1962 and 1993. Since leaving the Rolling Stones he has pursued a variety of projects and interests, including a documentary on the history of the blues, entitled Bill Wyman's Blues Odyssey. As part of his work as a blues historian, he collaborated with Document Records on this collection of blues recordings, originally released between 1928 and 1942, featuring blues tracks with suggestive lyrics.
This 2 CD compilation was originally released on Document Records as a 2 CD set in 2003, although it now seems to have been deleted and is unavailable except as second hand copies of the original 2003 CD set.
I'll add a track list in future.

John Lee Hooker-Alone (1976) [Complete LP]
Recommended Artists
John Lee Hooker is one of the leading figures in 20th century blues and was a major influence on many other bands and musicians, including the Rolling Stones and George Thorogood, just to name a few.

This a 1976 solo concert performance by John Lee Hooker at Hunter College in New York, released on Fat Possum Records, an excellent indie label based in Oxford, Mississippi.

Johnny Ace - Memorial Album (1973 reissue) [Complete LP]
This Memorial Album to Johnny Ace was released in 1973 on MCA Records, catalogue number MCA-27014.
Johnny Ace (1929-1954) [real name John Marshall Alexander Jr.] had a successful recording career between 1952 and 1954, but is unfortunately often best remembered for the way he died: shooting himself in the head while backstage during an intermission while performing at the City Auditorium in Houston, Texas on Christmas Day, 1954. It was widely reported that he was playing Russian Roulette. Witnesses, including Big Mama Thornton, said he had been playing with the gun, but not playing Russian Roulette, before he accidentally shot himself.

Mississippi Jook Band (1936) [Complete Recordings]
The Mississippi Jook Band was comprised of three musicians specifically assembled for one recording session in a now demolished hotel in Mobile Street in Hattiesburg, Mississippi on 20 July 1936.
The Mississippi Jook Band was Cooney Vaughn (Piano), Roosevelt Graves (guitar) and Aaron (Uaroy) Graves (tambourine).
Although the band was only together for one day and one recording session, which produced only four tracks, the four recordings by the Mississippi Jook Band are considered historically significant by the Rolling Stone Illustrated History of Rock and Roll.
The Mississippi Blues Trail marker "Roots Of Rock And Roll" on Mobile Street in Hattiesburg, Mississippi describes them as:
"“ROOTS OF ROCK AND ROLL – Rock and roll is rooted in the blues of Mississippi. The Mississippi Jook Band (brothers Roosevelt and Uaroy Graves and pianist Cooney Vaughn) earned a niche in the annals of rock after they recorded in Hattiesburg in 1936, nearly two decades before rock and roll exploded in the 1950s. The Rolling Stone Illustrated History of Rock and Roll noted that their blues recordings “featured fully formed rock and roll guitar riffs and a stomping rock and roll beat.”
