Remove the most crime-infested cities and America is one of the safest countries on earth. It isn't the guns, it is the people. There are over 400 Million legally owned guns in America. In that context, 99.999% of all Americans who own guns never hurt or kill anyone. So, rather than punish law-abiding citizens how about taking out the criminals and caring for the mentally ill?

Back in my day, service meant something. You could count on a warm greeting and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet your needs. But now? Forget about it. It's like everyone is just going through the motions, only doing the absolute minimum required of them. It's all about efficiency, with no regard for the customer experience. And don't even get me started on the lack of personal touch - everything feels so automated and impersonal these days. Service just ain't what it used to be, and I for one am sick of settling for mediocrity. Is it too much to ask for a little care and attention when you're parting with your hard-earned cash? Apparently so.

If we do stop changing clocks, what would be best? If we move to Standard time then it gets dark earlier. If we go to Daylight Savings time it stays light longer into the evening. Why do we move the clocks ahead in March since the days are getting longer?
