Today is the first day of the “Key to NYC” ― Mayor de Blasio’s mandate restricting indoor locations like restaurants, museums, and gyms to those with proof of vaccination. Calling this out as segregation now gets people like me labeled as domestic terrorists. We can now be labeled terrorists for upholding the non-aggression principle and defending bodily autonomy. This is dangerously absurd. Unless we stop this, it won’t stop here. The more rights we give away, the more government takes. The more we resist, the more liberty we preserve and restore. I’ve rescued a kitten! Between yesterday evening and this morning, I tried everything to get him or her out of a local park. (I still don’t know their gender.) By popular demand, here’s my process for making beef jerky! I got artsy with it, because that’s more fun! This video is a love poem to dried hamburger. With original music! I used a jerky gun to shape the ground beef before dehydrating it into yummy strips with sea salt. These are such delicious and satisfying fuel! The recipe is extremely simple. We’ve all been there. At least most of us. You’re out in public, someone recognizes you, and they mention how different you look. They might even compliment you! But then comes the big question: “So how’d you do it?” Some people avoid the topic, even lying about their keto or carnivore diet. But if you’re like me, you tell them the life-saving truth, no matter how controversial! Aaand then comes the pushback. They hiss that meat is bad for your health and even worse for the environment! You listen as patiently as possible, following up with rational counterarguments. But some people just don’t wanna hear it! Here’s an argument between Michaelanthony and his anti-meat Doppelgänger, Quentin. Ask yourself: How would I react in the same situation? Am I Michaelanthony, or am I Quentin? And which one is right? The meat supply has been dramatically impacted by a recent cyberattack on JBS, the world’s largest processor of beef, pork, and chicken. Whether or not it has a big impact immediately, this situation is a dire reminder of how much we need to assert our independence from centralized food production.
