All Things Spiritual-Every Rose Has it’s Thorn
The Song of Solomon 2:1 and Song of Solomon 2:2 describe Jesus as the rose of Sharon and the lily of the valleys. Jesus is God, the bright and morning star, and he is teaching his people to adorn themselves. Women should adorn themselves modestly, with shamefacedness and sobriety, not with broided hair, gold, pearls, or costly array. The rose is displayed for its beauty and fragrance, and our Saviour prefers the clothing of the lily. The Hebrew word sharon means "a plain or a level place." Jesus spoke about parables, where seeds fell by the way side, stony places, scorched, and among thorns. Some fell into good ground, and some brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, and some thirtyfold. The gospel of salvation is a common salvation, open to all who gather the rosebuds. Jesus Christ is not a rose locked up in a garden, but all may come and receive benefit and comfort in Him. Jesus Christ's thorns serve a purpose, as He is not a rose locked up in a garden but is not locked up in a garden.

Children's Bible Stories-Ants
Lenny, an ant worker, is part of a highly organized social life with honey bees and termites. They all have different jobs but are united as one unit. Bobby cares for the colony's eggs and defends it against attacks. Suzy cares for the queen and her offspring, building rooms, maintaining the nest, and defending the anthill. They are all members of Christ, and each one is obedient to the other. Remember, they are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
All Things Spiritual-Philosophy of the Epicureans
The world is facing agendas that are against the Word of God, and unless people of God stand up to these agendas with spiritual understanding, the world will have its way and Satan will have his way.
The Bible states that we are the offspring of God and should not think that the Godhead is like gold, silver, or stone. The Bible also states that anyone filled with the Holy Ghost and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ or any church that preaches repentance, baptism, Jesus Christ name for the remission of sins, stands in the way of judgment. Any agenda or ideology that is against the Word of God must be dealt with in prayer and fasting, as Satan will use these to snatch our soul from our reward, especially our promise.
Paul, a learned man, preached Jesus and the resurrection to philosophers of the Epicureans and the Stoicks. He was brought to Areopagus, where he was asked about the new doctrine he was preaching. Paul's business is to correct any ideology that is against God's word, as should be our business.
Children's Bible Stories-Slothful
Sammy the sloth is a drowsy, sluggish, and drowsy sloth who sleeps up to 20 hours a day. He is a great waster and a brother to a slothful brother. Instead of being like Sammy, let's be faithful in our prayers to Jesus Christ. This means doing everything to your best ability, so no one can see your effort.
All Things Spiritual-Bait and Switch
The serpent warned the woman that she would not eat the fruit of the tree, but she ate it and gave it to her husband. The eyes of the woman and their husband opened, and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons. The voice of the LORD God walking in the garden led Adam and Eve to hide from the presence of the LORD God among the trees. This bait and switch occurred when Satan used the statement to draw Adam and Eve into sin, which proved fatal to them. Jesus used the word serpent in Matthew 10:16 to instruct His disciples and us in how to behave in ministry. Jesus warned them that they were being sent out "like sheep among wolves," and the world was hostile to believers. To advance the kingdom of God effectively without becoming predatory ourselves, Jesus taught His followers to combine the wisdom of the serpent with the harmlessness of the dove. The serpent was subtle, crafty, and shrewd, while the dove was considered innocent and harmless.

Children's Bible Stories-Mighty and Wise
Timmy the mouse, a small rodent with a pointed nose, furry body, large ears, and long tail, is mentioned in 1 Corinthians 1:27. He reminds us that God has chosen the foolish and weak to confound the wise and mighty.
Children's Bible Stories-Head in the Sand
An ostrich often struggles to face reality and hides in the sand when threatened, believing that if they can't see their enemy, they can too. However, this approach doesn't work as the enemy is still present. Hebrews 4 verse 13 states that all things are visible to Jesus, so love him with all your heart.
All Things Spiritual-Light of the the World
The church has a responsibility to support Israel, as it is a special covenant state within the context of their faith. Israel is a democratic society that upholds human rights and freedom of religion, and its unique history of conflict resolution and peace building teaches the importance of dialogue, compromise, and finding common ground. Its essential role in the Middle East peace process is crucial for security and stability, and investing in Israel's future fosters a more peaceful and just world. The connection between the Christian faith and Israel is multifaceted, encompassing biblical themes, moral principles, and geopolitical realities. By supporting Israel, we can work together to promote peace, justice, and democracy in both the Middle East and beyond. The lesson today is to remember the warning from Noah's ark, which teaches us the importance of heeding the Lord's commandments and promoting peace, justice, and democracy.
Children's Bible Stories-Walk by Faith
Blinky is an owl with large, flat eyes, strong vision, and powerful night vision. They can fly at speeds of over 40 miles per hour and slow, thanks to their large wings. They have two types of feathers: down and contour, with unique, dense, and soft, hair-like barbules. Blinky has a broad, elliptical face with concave feathers around it, which collect sound waves and direct them towards their ears. They have four toes, two forward and two backward, and flexible joints in their toes. They use long, sharp talons to ensnare and kill prey, piercing through the flesh and skulls of many animals. Blinky's neck is more flexible than humans', with 14 vertebrae and a socket pivot. It can rotate its head by up to 270 degrees and has a short, curved beak with a sharp hook at the tip. The beak faces downward, allowing Blinky to grip or tear apart prey without blocking its field of vision.

All Things Spiritual-Power in the Blood
Blood is a vital body fluid that circulates throughout the body, carrying oxygen and carrying out essential functions. It is thicker than water and contains cells and proteins. In Matthew 26:27, Jesus explains that his blood is the New Covenant, sufficient for the remission of sins. He aimed to fulfill the law, not destroy it, and through his selfless sacrifice, he began a new covenant with the God of Creation. This blood covenant offers redemption, atonement, healing, protection, deliverance, strength, and transformation.
The blood of Jesus has the power to redeem us from the curse of the law, which was hard and imperfect. The law had no completion, constantly trying to cover the sins of a nation. The priest had to sprinkle blood upon the Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covenant to atone for the sins of Israel. The precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and spot, allowed for the redemption of mankind through the New Covenant.
