Desert Homestead Prepping

I take a trip to pick up a water tank for a future project, and on the way I share some of my personal history.

Me and Gabe team up to install permanent covers on the Shipping Container Cabin Doors & I come up with a quick fix to keep our batteries charged over the winter. "Music provided by: www.mixkit.com"

Sense we have the Tractor out we might as well fix the road and the culvert that has needed some attention.

The algae is causing problems by plugging up the hoses on our watering system so we decided to blackout our tanks with spray paint and black plastic. "Music:www.bensound.com"

We finally made it back out to the property to continue the work on the Pallet Shed. Also we take the Camper Trailer to it's permanent new home. "Music:www.bensound.com"

We found the perfect potbelly stove and now it's time to get it installed and run the stove pipe.

These are the positives and negatives that we personally experienced with building a Cabin from a Shipping Container.
