Whatever Tom Thibodeau told the NY Knicks at halftime against the Boston Celtics last week, cost them the game. They came out in the second half and lost the 3rd and 4th quarters by 8 points each. They lacked energy and cohesion and Tatum went off in the 4th quarter. Maybe Coach Thibs said something that threw them off their game. I’m beginning to think that there is an ongoing “conspiracy” against the New York Knicks. The NBA executive offices may be against the Knicks ascending into a perennial playoff contender, for whatever reason. Julius Randle, Tom Thibodeau and Leon Rose may be complicit in this “conspiracy”… as Randle fails to shoot over 40% from the field. The acquisition of James Harden, may have ruined the 2023/2024 NBA season for the Los Angeles Clippers. He changes the floor balance of the team. Westbrook also occupies those same spots on the floor. Team defense takes a hit. And ball movement is lessened. Early on, the Clippers don’t look great.
