As former President Trump spoke last night in Orlando at CPAC 2021, The Conservative Political Action Conference held annually, he said in his first public speech since leaving the White House, - - "We will win!" [Hear his close at the end of this podcast]. And why will we win?! Former President Trump made clear that the GOP, and more specifically, the conservative Republican movement, is about LOVE. It is rooted in a great love for the American people. This was evidenced in President Trump's approach to governing the United States. It has been referred to as: The Doctrine of America First - putting the American people first - Trumpism. It should be our guiding principle going forward in the 21st century - it helps Americans of every race, color, and creed realize their potential and goals as the former President stated. Biden on the other hand, who has already taken 57 executive actions, including 35 executive orders to take America back to a globalist agenda - a globalist approach to policy - is like presidents before him, who have put other nation's interests ahead of our own. President Biden appears determined to satisfy Iranian demands to lift economic sanctions placed on that rogue regime by the Trump administration. Likely, Biden wants to satisfy his liberal progressive base as well as certain European nations who want to get-on with the business of making money off of trade agreements with the Islamic Republic. And despite the slight protestations by Biden's secretary of state, it will likely happen before this year is up. But the American people can do something. Here is my call to action: Once the Biden administration moves to initiate a new treaty agreement and lift sanctions, the United States Congress can demand that this go-around the new agreement be cast as a treaty arrangement. Treaties require a 2/3 vote by the U.S. Senate. The Constitution provides that the president "shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur" (Article II, section 2). There was never Senate approval of the JCPOA or Iran nuclear deal lead by the Obama-Biden team. And recall the $1.7 billion in cash payments to Iran, some of which were secretly airlifted on pallets of cash, as other monies were provided through wire transfers. And note: Following these cash payments, there was a spike in terrorism by the Iranian regime. They had the additional funds to satisfy at least some goals around the region and the world. This is an important. Consider: The Islamic Republic of Iran has killed more Americans over the last 40 years that any either rogue regime. Iran wants Islamic supremacy over the West. They have stated this same mantra repeatedly since the 1979 Islamic Revolution. And to do accomplish this, they have to have the resources to use jihadi armies to realize their imperialist aspirations. With Iran's economic resources redoubled, America should know from past experience that this will fund greater levels of terrorism in the U.S., but in other nations as well. Iranian-backed terrorist groups and militias will wreak mayhem and death on a greater scale than before. President Trump and his team worked to open a back channel of communication with top Iranian officials. The Trump administration hoped that through covert negotiations and intense economic sanctions the leverage would be there to move Iran to commit to an end of acts of terror, dial back missile development, WMD, and their nuclear weapons program. But that was not to be. John Kerry and Robert Malley who were a part of the Obama-Biden administration, now a part of a corrupt Biden-Harris team were working their own shadow diplomacy throughout the Trump years. As Iran was supporting plots to kill Americans, including the funding of terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hizballah, Kerry and Malley and other former Obama members met with Iran's Foreign Minister, Zarif in 2017, 2018, 2019 until the Trump administration cancelled Mr. Zarif's visa. Iranian government officials tell the world they only want uranium enrichment (needed for nuclear weapons) and nuclear power for peaceful purposes. Day after day, month after month, and year after year, Iran runs videos of how they will destroy the U.S., Israel, and other nations. This week on February 23rd, Iran's Channel 4 ran a short, animated video, in which the United States flag is crushed by a karate chop, followed by a "Death to America" message. The Middle East Media Research Institute also just aired statements by the director of the Center for Strategic Studies and International Relations of Iran and former diplomat Amir Mousavi who said that Iran would not give up any conditions for a return to the nuclear deal, but that U.S. President Biden would. He made these remarks in an interview with Al-Iraqiya TV (Iraq) aired on February 21, 2021. He said that Biden would be forced to comply with the Iranian conditions for a return to the agreement. Amir Mousavi: "All the signs show that Biden will come towards Iran in submission, and he will sign the agreement in line with the Iranian conditions. Iran will not give up any of its conditions, but Biden will. First of all, Biden right now is a confounded U.S. President. He is facing three destructive crises: There is still a domestic rift, there is still the coronavirus pandemic, and there is an economic crisis. He wants to get away from the Middle East for many reasons." Mousavi is right. This time let's put on the breaks. But we just saw Awliya Al Dam, or Guardians of Blood, claim responsibility for killing an American contractor, injuring an American soldier and several American contractors. U.S. and Iraqi officials say smaller organizations like this have been linked to better known Iranian proxies such as Kataib Hizballah - who focus on killing Americans overseas. The Islamic Republic of Iran wants to weaken countries throughout the region to create a situation in which its militia groups can act with impunity. Due to President Trump's sanctions, over the last two years Iran's advancement through proxies was ended - Tehran just could not afford it.... And on Tuesday, Tehran officially suspended its implementation of the Non-Proliferation Treaty Additional Protocol, which gave nuclear inspectors increased access to Iran’s nuclear program. This includes the ability to carry out snap inspections at undeclared sites. President Biden and his Secretary of State have said that they will revive the JCPOA, 2015 nuclear deal if Iran comes back into strict compliance with the accords. Why was he killed? Who killed him? It was a Friday, February 21, 2020. A deputy sheriff from Amador County Sheriff's Office phoned me to say Philip was found with a single gunshot wound to his chest and on the side of the road. As of yesterday, one year later, on 02.17.2021, an individual at the Amador County Sheriff's Office, ACSO, who once stated to me that he was the lead investigator on Philip's case texted the following: "My office has not determined the manner or cause in Mr. Haney's death therefore this is still an open investigation. There is no new information to release at this time." - One year later there is no new information?! And if you reach out, as I have to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI, they refuse to respond entirely. In a call I made this week I was promptly cut-off after asking for any information that may be available on Philip's death. Last year in July 2020, the ACSO put out a press release that stated in part: "we reached out to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to assist in analyzing documents, phone records, numerous thumb drives and a lap top that were recovered from the scene and Mr. Haney’s RV. Those items and numerous other pieces of evidence, were turned over to the FBI. The FBI has performed a forensic examination of these items. We expect to receive these reports within the next few weeks." The reports, I am told by the lead investigator have never reached ACSO. But if this is not enough to lead one to despair, consider: The ACSO gave to the FBI all of Philip's documents, the thumb drives, the lap top, etc., which would have had information pointing to individuals who worked in the Obama/Biden administration and who betrayed the security of every American and the national security interests of the United States. We know this, at least in part, due to the Department of Justice Inspector General's latest report from last March. IG Michael Horowitz's found that the FBI failed to follow-up on at least six (6) terrorists. Those cases involved the 2009 Fort Hood massacre; the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing; the 2016 Pulse Nightclub attack in Florida; and, the 2015 San Bernardino, California Islamic terrorist attack by a husband and wife team with a newborn. As a result, 70 Americans were killed. Philip knew the FBI mishandled the evidence - information he had uncovered. But the FBI's failure should not be surprise to anyone. Recall that when Robert Mueller was the FBI director who removed hundreds of counterterrorism documents. Why? The fight is far from over. When the electors in all 50 states voted on Monday, it signaled a new beginning! Here is how: During Monday's vote, while Democrat electors voted for Biden and Harris, Republican electors also voted as alternate electors. There are seven (7) states who seated alternate electors. So now, there are dueling electors from various states. This is very significant! Hear today's show and share it out! On the 6th of January, Vice President Pence will call for a joint session of Congress. He will be fully in charge. Both chambers, the House and the Senate will meet. The electors' votes will be opened and counted. If two members of Congress, either from the House or the Senate or both, file an objection to the state of electors' votes and state valid grounds for their objections - everything changes! Then the 74+ million people who voted for President Trump are one step closer to victory! So after two (2) members of Congress state their objections, this triggers a closed session of both the House and the Senate to reach agreements separately - unlikely! I believe there will be no resolution. This means a new vote is taken in both the Senate and the House. So, after emerging from a closed session, the U.S. Senate will have a vote. Today, there is a Republican majority. However, if there is a tie between Biden and President Trump, Vice President Pence will break the tie! In the House of Representatives, each state is allowed one vote per delegation. When the House votes, each vote, one vote per state, will reflect the legislative majority in each state. And guess what? There are thirty (30) states out of 50 states, which have Republican majority legislatures! They will likely vote for President Trump! I believe this scenario best reflects what is likely to occur. President Trump will then be declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election! Will the Democrats go crazy? Yes, too bad. . . .
