Lucky Lefty has struck again. He is getting back in shape after being out of circuit since March 10th. Over 110 days later upon NJ's release due to the Coronavirus, he is getting back in the groove physically. Lanes are with requirement to wear your mask at all times, and social distance appropriately. Every other lane is open. Family visit to the beautiful Ripley's Aquarium in the Smoky Mountains. Absolutely loved this presentation of aquatic creatures as they featured a moving floor throughout a large chunk of the exhibit. There was much to see and very well done for entertainment if you have a day to spend in Gatlinburg - this is a great stop to add on! This was a wonderful excursion for our family for the day. Dollywood was very well staffed and able to handle the pandemic coronavirus concerns of families during our visit. This is a perfect day trip if you are in the area of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg vicinity of the Smoky Mountain Region in Tennessee. This hike to Clingman's Dome may not be the longest hike but it certainly was very challenging for steepness due to the high elevation levels and constant climbing state. The summit base of Clingman's Dome intersects with the highest point on the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine! Today was the opening day for Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ. July 3rd was deemed the day that in NJ this park could re-open with safety measures in place for the COVID-19 pandemic. My son Luke and I had a good time although it was incredibly hot which didn't help with a mask on :-( After thoughts 4 minute discussion for tips going forward: 5:08 in video We stayed for a few hours and captured as much as we could with the whole park to identify what could be your concerns with going to this park during the pandemic. We felt safe as we were never closer than 6 to 8 feet from any employee or guest. And all employees had a mask on and were hard at work disinfecting most locations all the time. We saw some valuable steps of precautions to keep everyone safe and insure everyone was having a great time. Beautiful Historic Home and Area. The Waln home was built in 1773 in Upper Freehold, NJ. It stands today as the largest Pre-Revolutionary home in Monmouth County.
