Hello... Well it was a long road but we did it ... We lost 100 LBS...We will be starting a new Journey now... From now on the hard part will be maintaining our Weight Loss and our Health for the long term...

I didn't take any photos when I started this lifestyle... So I took some to compare to next year and see how it looks... The good is my health has improved the Bad is I'm running out of clothes... And the Ugly is all the loose skin that has to disappear... so lets talk about it...
