I am making this video because my first experience with Lion's Mane Mushrooms were about two months ago. My daughter and I were visiting Charlotte, North Carolina. We happened upon a total Vegan Restaurant that prepared everything from scratch! We ordered the menu's Lion's Mane Vegan Crab Cake. We could not believe how the texture and taste were amazingly similar to crab meat. The mock crab cakes was so delicious! My attempt was a success, I must admit! 1 Cup Garbanzo Bean Flour (gluten free)
Salt to taste
1/4 Cup Perrier Sparkling Spring Water (helps with the rise)
1 TBSP Apple Sauce (helps with Moisture)
Eyeball the blueberries (just a few)
2 TBSP Coconut Milk help with richness (coconut also good for inflammation)
Wisk until smooth and loose like pancake mix
Pour onto heated grill until golden brown
