During Midnight Merriment in Downtown Concord on Dec. 3, 2021, an SUV nearly struck pedestrians on North Main Street, while driving the wrong way on School Street. The vehicle refused to stop for police and fled the area. But later, the SUV returned and officers caught up with it at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.
