There has not been a beach since we moved to Wisconsin in 2018 due to the high lake levels on Lake Michigan and massive flooding. Floki and Otis cats love the new deer fence! They climb right up and over and they have taken it upon themselves to patrol the roof. #cats #pets

Otis catches and eats a lot of his own food. He does his job very well and no rodents ever make it into our buildings. We have to give all three cats de-wormer pills because they do eat their prey. Meowmy thought she had lost this video but she came across it today and had to share it. Otis Cat came to us in Feb. 2020 and all he's known is frozen water or flooding. The waters did start to recede in the fall but it's still not dry on our property. This was the first video and the first time we'd ever seen him walking through the flood waters. Otis Cat is mesmerized by the butterfly enjoying our sunflowers in the garden. Happily for all of us, the Monarch flies away unharmed. Maybe Otis was a little disappointed but that's ok.

Today is a training day for multi-dimensional exploration. Problem solving skills are a MUST! You never know what you might find when you arrive in another dimension and you must be prepared for anything!

Cat's disappear for awhile sometimes and then they reappear out of nowhere after a day or two. Where do they go? How do cats know things we don't? Does your cat ever seem interested in something but there's nothing there? Oh, but there probably is something there because cats are definitely aware of other dimensions, we are convinced.

It was 48 degrees today in our neck of the woods in Wisconsin and the ice is melting fast! Otis Cat is mesmerized every year by the bubbles that surface from under the melting ice in the Marsh.
