Otis Cat and Floki Cat enter Mario Cat's Palace to see if he's been there yet. They get locked in. The good news is that there are TWO cat doors for an escape plan. Hi! Momma of the HPs here! Doesn't everyone shovel the grass for their cats? Floki Cat enjoys my efforts! I think Otis Cat does, too, but is much smarter than I and has a much better idea!

Floki Cat invites his buddy Mario Cat over for dinner while Otis Cat high tails it out of the area because he and Mario are still working out their differences. This is the first time I've had the opportunity to get Mario Cat on video. I have a couple of photos but no videos. I didn't know he was on the log until I turned around and, boom, there he was!

Recently, I let the HPs out before the sun came out (I usually wait until the sun comes up before letting them out) because we had to leave for the day. I went out with them and whoa! There was a fox right in the driveway! Floki arched his back, Otis looked wary and Zoe made her way back towards the Barn-age. Then, all of a sudden, Floki took off after the fox and chased it away towards the wood pile you will see in the video. I have read that it is more likely that a full grown cat will chase a fox out of the garden than the other way around and there it happened right in front of me. Still, I don't trust the fox! Zoe Cat ~ "I love the cat doors and Floki and Otis do, too, but they are just looking for attention! We have cat doors everywhere and they use them when Momma and PawPaw are not looking.
