Dr Charles Hoffe is a South African man who has worked as a family physician in a remote indigenous population of British Columbia, Canada, for thirty years. The Director-General of the World Health Organization has announced that a single individual working with dairy cows developed red eyes. For this reason they were tested for H5N1 avian influenza and a positive result leads to concerns about a potential pandemic requiring this announcement to the world. Caitlin was 23 years old when she was mandated to take two doses of a covid injection in order to keep her job.
