Dr Vibeke Manniche is a danish MD, Phd (within social medicine), author of 35 books mainly about children, family, sleep, and medicine and as a result is a very well known public figure in Denmark. Vibeke has been working with epidemiology in some way or another for most of her 34 years as a doctor. Both concerning rare diseases and public health. During the so called Covid Pandemic, she was the only danish doctor who from the very beginning spoke out against lockdowns and highlighted the lack of proportionality. Professor Ian Brighthope has had a lifelong interest in nature and medicine. He graduated in Agricultural Science in 1965 and then from Medical School in 1974. Thomas N. Seyfried is an American Professor of biology, genetics, and biochemistry at Boston College. He has published over 200 peer reviewed publications. His research program focuses on mechanisms by which metabolic therapy manages chronic diseases such as epilepsy, neurodegenerative lipid storage diseases, and cancer. The metabolic therapies include caloric restriction, fasting, and ketogenic diets. In 2012 he wrote a book called Cancer as a Metabolic Disease and in 2020 Summary of Cancer as a Metabolic Disease.
