I wrote this song to remind myself to keep up with breathing exercises.

I try to incorporate breathing exercises into my daily life when I can, but I'm not very consistent. This song is a nice self reminder. This song, as well as most of my other originals are now up on Soundcloud and will be up on Spotify soon.

My wife has got me more into country over time and I've been enjoying learning some new songs to cover. This seemed like a good choice for Father's Day weekend.
