So these are definitely not "Shadows" because shadows are incorporeal whereas these guys are definitely corporeal. I have personally tested this concept on numerous occasions, where if I can't beat an area, I go outside for 30 mins to an hour and just enjoy the scenery and exercise a bit and I become able to get past the area I was stuck on. A couple of beast type bosses that are kinda quick and a bit sporadic but not really much trouble to deal with. The Bloodstarved Beast and the Darkbeast Paarl. Which, combined, took me about 3 attempts. So I'd say in general they were kinda fun actually.
