Nom nom nom! Recipe: 1/3 c heavy cream in a small pot, warm. Slowly add gorgonzola, I used a stick blender to mix it (can use a whisk as well). I added about 1/2 c of the cheese then taste tested, added an additional handful (add more if you want a strong flavor or less for softer).
