Male Cardinal, LET ME SEE HOW MUCH SEED I CAN STUFF IN MY BEAK!!
This short video shows how ingenious a bird can be, he makes a little pile of seed after shucking them and then stuffs it all in his beak and flies away with his bounty!!! He is probably on his way to the nest where he will feed the hatchlings. The Male Cardinal will feed the hatchlings for up to 60 days or so.

Beautiful Downy Wood Peckers at the feeders.
It's such a beautiful time of year here in New Hampshire, the leaves are changing color and there is a chill in the air. The Downy Wood Peckers in this video are absolutely perfect examples of how colorful and unique they are. It’s rare to see two at one time here at our feeders.

THOUGHT THIS WAS A MALE CARDINAL FEEDING HIS MATE, BUT HE IS FEEDING A BABY!!!
This is an incredible video of a male Cardinal feeding his almost grown fledgling. At first I thought he was feeding his mate, but after some research, I realized he was feeding one of his fledglings. It is not unusual for the male to feed the young for up to 65 days after hatching. What a great Dad and such a unique opportunity it is to be able to witness this.
FYI You can watch all this real time on our YouTube channel. (Live Bird Feed from New Hampshire) Enjoy.

BUSTER HAS PROVEN, WHEN THERE'S A WILL, THERE'S A WAY!!!
Buster has found a way to steal seed from the supposedly squirrel proof bird feeder. He does get his share of seed on the ground every morning, but taking it from the bird feeder has become a game of challenge for him. He is very smart and so entertaining. BRAVO BUSTER!
