The Truth About Income Inequality

0:00 The Talk on Income Inequality
Hello, my friend Myron Golden here and I wanna talk to you about something that's really been talked about a lot on the news, and that is income inequality, which is really a funny term when you think about it. And I don't mean funny, haha. I mean just funny peculiar. Income Inequality. I want you to think about how ridiculous the term is, and then I wanna show you how to, quote, solve the ridiculousness of "income inequality" in your life.
So, when you think of income inequality, they talk about income. Politicians talk about income. You know, we're coming up on an election year, so everybody wants to have these issues they want to talk about, but income doesn't exist in a vacuum. And I think that's the first thing we have to understand is that income doesn't exist in a vacuum, and income is an effect of something. It's not a cause. People act like it's a cause. And I think one of the biggest problems in our society today is people get causes confused with effects, and effect confused with causes.
0:53 Income In Relation To Value
But income is the result of something. Income is not just something that happens because the government says, okay, I dub you with more. But income is the result of value. The reason we have income inequality is because we have value added inequality. So, you say, "Myron, what do you mean value added inequality?" Well, income. Income is the result of creating value for other people. And if you don't create value for other people, then you don't get to have an income. If you create a little bit of value, then you get to have a little bit of income, and if you create a lot of value, then you get to create a lot of income.
Now, I know people would argue that people who start companies or people who are CEOs of companies, they don't create as much value as the person actually doing the work. But actually they do create more value than the person doing the work because they're the one who created the opportunity for the person to do the work in the first place.
2:02 Add Value To Increase Income
So, you have to understand that things aren't always as they seem, and I'm here to let you know that any individual can increase their income by increasing the value that they add to other people's lives or that they add into the marketplace.
You know, we live in a free market society here in the United States of America, and in a free market society, you can add as much value as you'd like to. Who would've thought a couple of years ago that a couple of guys who said, "Well, we're gonna allow you to put video on the internet, so that people can watch you. We're gonna create a television station or a channel, if you will, a television station on the internet where everybody can have their own channel. Who would've thought that those guys, when they came up with that idea back in 2006, that within a few short years, their company would be bought by Google for $1.6 billion. Why did that happen? They took something that was missing in the marketplace. They created some value there. They created a lot of value for a lot of people because apparently a lot of people wanted to get their message out, whether their message was a song they wanted to sing, a lesson they wanted to teach or whether they wanted to show somebody that they could do something, that was value that was added, and that value that they added, added to their income.
One of the things that I believe that everybody who is poor, and by the way, I can talk to poor people 'cause I used to be poor. I used to be pitiful poor. You say Myron, "What's pitiful poor?" That's when you're so poor, that poor people feel sorry for you. I used to be so poor that it was really hard for me to figure out which bill I was gonna pay.
3:19 Poverty Is Not Static
One of the problems with the way politicians talk about poverty is they talk about poverty as if it is stagnant. They talk about financial status as if it is somehow static. Whatever financial situation you're born into, you have to be in that financial situation your entire life. No, I was born the second of seven brothers to hardworking poor parents who taught us the value of work, and they taught us the value of learning, and they taught us the value of treating people good. And as a direct result of that, my life and my six brothers lives, we were able to create a better experience of life than our parents. Our parents were able to create a better experience of life than their parents, and our children are already on the path to creating a better experience of life than we were able to do. Why? Because it's all about adding value.

Creating Wealth: Part 3 | Myron Golden
Creating Wealth Part 3
| Myron Golden |
0:00 Introduction
The first part we talked about was valuing time more than we valued money. And the reason that's important is because that's what we need to understand. We need to understand the difference between cost and value. I'm gonna tell you, there are two ways to create wealth, and I'm gonna share with you what those two ways are. I want you to focus more on value than you do on cost.
0:58 The Two Wealth Formulas
If you want to create wealth, there are two ways to do it. You can either do H Va x L Vo = W, or you can do L Va x H Vo = W. The reason people like Gates or Zuckerberg or Jobs are able to create massive amounts of wealth in a very short period of time is because they're applying one of these two formulas, or both of them.
1:47 High Value, Low Volume
H Va stands for high value. High value x low volume. You have a high value product and you sell a few of them. For instance, people who sell airplanes for a living only need to sell two or three of 'em a year, and they make a very, very good living. That's high value x low volume.
When you want to get into really high values, you could go to some of these new TV shows they have where they're selling million dollar homes, like Million Dollar Listings, which is a real estate agents who focus on all of their energy on selling higher end homes because there's more commission in it. These are people who understand high value x low volume. They may not sell as many houses as the person who's selling a hundred thousand dollars houses, but they're making more money because it's a higher value.
2:52 Low Value, High Volume
Sam Walton became the richest man in American history and he did it by the other formula, which is L, low value times high volume. Sam Walton had a motto that he only wanted to make 30% profit on any product that he sold. And if he got a better deal buying the product from one of his vendors, he would pass that savings on to his customers.
And Sam Walton built the biggest retail chain in the world based on low value, high volume products. Neither is right or wrong. They are just what they are and you need to pick one.
3:37 Using Both Formulas
You could say, "I want to do low value, high volume products on the front end, and then do high value, low volume products on the back end." If you don't know what that means, you'll learn what that means as you continue to follow my videos, it'll make more sense to you.
So I'm gonna do one or two of these or I'm going to do both. And eventually you might get to a point where some of us have gotten where we've had the ability to do high volume on high value products. When you can have a high value product and then sell lots of them, man, that is a really great place to be.
4:07 Valuing Your Time
The reason these formulas are so important is because this is how you value your time. Instead of just, "I'm gonna trade an hour of my time for somebody else's $25, I'm gonna trade an hour of my time for somebody else's $50, or I'm gonna trade an hour of my time for somebody else's $100," when you figure out how to bring value into the world and you understand the concept of value, it will give you the ability to create more wealth. One of the reasons people don't make much money is because they are doing work in a job that is low value. And I don't mean it's low value, that it's not important.
I'm not saying your job's not important, I'm just saying it's only worth what the job it pays and has nothing to do with you or your particular skills. See, you are a genius. You are already worth millions. But the fact is your boss hired you to do a job, and that job is only worth $15 an hour, $25 an hour, $45 an hour, whatever it is you're making, that's a low value proposition.
And so you're selling your time to the boss so that while you're at the office, the boss can be at the golf course. And this is just how this works. I'm not attempting to make anybody feel mad at their boss or anything. I'm just telling you this is how, it works. Now, I'm gonna ask you a question as we end this module: and that is: is it easier to get $20 from somebody, or is it easier to get $20,000 from somebody?
It's not a trick question, it's easier to get $20. Well, guess what? What if you could figure out something that could create $20 worth of value for somebody, and you do that for a thousand people, that's $20,000.
Instead of trying to fulfill a job that pays $20,000 a year, and now you're trying to get $20,000 out of one person and that person is your employer.

Creating Wealth: Part 2

0:00 Introduction
The first part we talked about was valuing time more than we valued money. And the reason that's important is because that's what we need to understand. Say we need to understand the difference between cost and value. And I heard it said, and I don't remember who said it, or I would tell you, I'm not gonna take credit for their work, but I heard it said that poor people know the cost of everything and the value of nothing. Rich people know the value of everything and the cost of nothing. And I say everything. I don't mean everything, but I'm talking about items, things that we spend money for. And what you've gotta do is you've gotta become less cost focused and more value focused if you're gonna create wealth.
0:40 2 Ways to Create Wealth
Because I'm gonna tell you, there are two ways to create wealth, and I'm gonna share with you what those two ways are. Then in the third video, I'm gonna show you how to capitalize on those three ways. So here's the deal. So I want you to focus more on value than you do on cost. So here's how the wealth creation formula works: if you want to create wealth, there are two ways to do it.
You can either do H Va x L Vo = W.
Or you can do L Va x H Vo = W. Now those are the two wealth formulas.
I'm gonna tell you what they stand for in a second. But understand that it doesn't matter if we're talking about Bill Gates, if we're talking about Steve Jobs, if we're talking about Sam Walton, if we're talking about Michael Dell, if we're talking about Mark Zuckerberg, the reason these people are able to create massive amounts of wealth in a very short period of time is because they're applying one of these two formulas, or both of them. Now, what do they stand for? Well, H Va stands for high value. High value x low volume. So you can either have a high value product and you sell a few of them. For instance, you may sell airplanes. People who sell airplanes for a living only need to sell two or three of 'em a year, and they make a very, very good living. So high value x low volume = wealth.
But when you want to get into really high values, you could go to some of these new TV shows they have where they're selling million dollar homes, like Million Dollar Listings, which is a real estate agents who focus on all of their energy on selling higher end homes because there's more commission in it.
These are people who understand high value x low volume. They may not sell as many houses as the person who's selling a hundred thousand dollars houses, but they're making more money because it's a higher value. I'm not saying either of these is right or wrong. Sam Walton became the richest man in American history and he did it by the other formula, which is L, low value... so he had low value products. Times high volume. Sam Walton said, "I wanna make my money on the volume."
In fact, he had a motto that he only wanted to make 30% profit on any product that he sold. And if he got a better deal buying the product from one of his vendors, he would pass that savings on to his customers. And Sam Walton built the biggest retail chain in the world based on low value, high volume products. Neither is right or wrong. They are just what they are and you need to pick one.
3:50 Using Both
Or you could pick both. You could say, "I want to do low value, high volume products on the front end, and then do high value, low volume products on the back end." If you don't know what that means, you'll learn what that means as you continue to follow my videos, it'll make more sense to you. So I'm gonna do one or two of these or I'm going to do both. And eventually you might get to a point where some of us have gotten where we've had the ability to do high value products.
And do high volume on high value products, and that's pretty cool. When you can have a high value product and then sell lots of them, man, that is a really great place to be. Now, the reason this formula is so important is because this is how you value your time.
4:50 Why People Don’t Make Money
One of the reasons people don't make much money is because they are doing work in a job that is low value. And I don't mean it's low value, that it's not important. Creating Wealth: Part 1 | Myron Golden
Creating Wealth: Part 1
| Myron Golden |
0:00 Introduction
If you've been working for any period of time to create wealth for yourself and your family, and you haven't really hit your lick yet, I'm gonna share with you what I believe is the first reason why. The first reason why most people don't create wealth is because they don't understand wealth, because they've been told a lie and they've believed that that lie is the truth. And that lie that they've been told is this: and you say it with me. Say it with me. You ready? Time is money.
Now, I submit to you that believing that time is money keeps people broke. The belief that time is money is ingrained in our society.
While the implication seems to be saying that, well, if you're wasting time, you're wasting money, that may be true at least, and certainly true in some instances. But the idea that time is money is absolutely a far-fetched and ridiculous idea, and I'll prove that to you.
1:19 Running Out of Time
The first thing I want you to understand is in your life, you get a limited amount of time and a limited amount of money, and what most people don't realize is that when you run out of time, you don't get any more time. Now, we may think that what the worst thing in the world is running out of money, but I submit to you that far worse than running out of money is running out of time. See, because when you run out of money or if you run out of money, you can get more money.
I can remember back in the days when I used to be really, really poor and I remember being married and having a wife and my wife being pregnant with our first child, and I can remember that we were really broke. I had to take the seats out of the car looking for change and take the seats out of the sofa, the cushions out of the sofa, and out of the chairs looking for change so I could buy one loaf of bread. Since the time I ran out of money, I've made a lot of money. So if you run out of money, you can get more money, but when you run out of time, you don't get any more time.
2:25 Why The Distinction is Important
And the reason that's an important distinction to understand is if you get a limited amount of this, and really you could make an unlimited amount of this, theoretically, this has to be more valuable than that. So not only is time not money, here's how we would have to say it... we'd have to say it if we understood how it worked. We'd have to say, "time is greater than money, or time is more valuable than money."
And when you understand that time is more valuable than money, it'll change your life because now instead of focusing on spending the least amount of money you can for everything that you buy and wasting a whole lot of time making money, you'll say, "Hmm, how can I make more money so that I can buy back some of my time?"
3:15 Time is More Valuable
The first concept, the first part of wealth creation is understanding the difference between time and money. Now, the first part of understanding the difference between time and money is understanding that time is more valuable than money. And until you understand that, you will always spend a whole bunch of your time to get a little bit of somebody else's money as soon as you figure out that time is more valuable than money, you'll spend as much money as necessary to buy back the rest of your life. The second piece in understanding the value of time and money and the difference between time and money, we need to understand that wealth is not measured in money. Wealth is measured, and I'm just gonna abbreviate, measured in time, not money. Wow, this is really good. Wealth is measured in time, not money. I'm gonna prove that to you and that'll be the end of the first part.
4:09 Wealth is Measured in Time
If you work for 40 years and you make $25,000 a year, are you rich? No. But how much money do you make if you take 40 times 25,000, and this is dollars. So 40 years times $25,000. It equals $1 million. You've made a million dollars in your lifetime. You've made a million dollars in your lifetime over a 40-year time period, but yet you're not wealthy. Most people think if you had a million dollars, that you'd be rich. And if I were to ask you if you had a million dollars, would you be wealthy? And the only answer is it depends.
If you're only making $25,000 a year, what you're doing with the money is you are existing. So understand that. So $25,000 a year gives you the ability to exist. Now let me ask you another question: what if instead of over a 40 year time period, you made that same million dollars in one year, you made that same million dollars in one year. Now, are you wealthy? Well, you certainly are a whole lot wealthier than this person. How much wealthier than this person are you? You're 40 times wealthier. But it's the same amount of money. Ah, but what if you made that million dollars in one month? Then you are 12 times richer than that person.
Wealth is not measured in the amount of money. The amount of money is staying the same. It's a million dollars, and I'm using that term because that's an amount of money that a lot of people think is so astronomical. But I'm telling you that the person who makes a million dollars a year is 40 times richer than the person who makes $25,000 a year. The person who makes a million dollars a month is 12 times richer than the person who makes a million dollars a year. If you make that same million dollars in one week, then you are four times richer than the person who makes a million dollars a month.
If creating wealth is your goal, then you have to understand you've gotta place a much higher value on your time. And stop valuing money as if money is the wealth.
6:59 Money is Not Wealth
Money is not the wealth. Time is the wealth because time is the thing that you put your life experiences in. We don't understand that at the end of our lives, it's not the number of years of experience we have that count, but at the end of our lives, the only thing that matters is the number of experiences we put in those years.
Wealth is measured more in time than money. Until you get this down, you will never be able to create wealth because you will always be spending a whole bunch of time to save a little bit of money or you'll be spending a whole bunch of time to make a little bit of money. Until you get to the point where you value time more than you value money to the point that you're willing to exchange money to get time instead of time to get money, you will never create wealth for yourself. Anybody who's ever created wealth created wealth because they valued time more and they were willing to pay as much as necessary to buy back the rest of their life.

Coupon Codes and Texting: 2 Big Levers
Coupon Codes and Texting: 2 Big Levers
0:00 Introduction
Today I want to talk to you about two things that can really blow up your business in a good way, right? So one of them is coupon codes. Now they've been around forever. I know we were using 'em like 20 years ago, maybe 25. But most people don't take advantage of them.
0:18 Coupon Codes
Coupon code is simply a code that you can use and we specifically like using them with people that we know and friends and family and stuff that wanna help their clients take access to our services and we can actually track who's doing what. You can do 'em for email campaigns. You can put in, for everything, social media. And they're super easy to set up and I've got one here. And this is on our search box optimization program. So we've got a coupon code here and we're gonna type in... we'll type in Toe Cracker, who, if you don't know who he is, he's a world infamous or famous copywriter. He's as good as they get about.
I'm gonna apply that. And what happens is you can see it took $34 off. There's a reason for people to do it and specifically we give some type of discount or some type of bonus or benefit when they do it. Both is best. It gives them a reason for people to refer their clients to you. And we can actually track who's actually full of BS when they say they're doing it, and ones that actually do.
There's a myriad of other ways. I'm sure the smart person that you are, you can figure out how to make use of 'em for tracking information because, "that which is measured improves. That which is measured, improved, tracked, and something else improves exponentially." I'm gonna have to find the quote. It's somewhere out there.
1:55 Texting
The other thing I wanted to show you: people overlook this, nobody wants another email. At least I don't. But if you wanna reach your customers, everybody wants instantaneous gratification. I think right now, it's been said that people have the attention span of half of a goldfish. A goldfish will pay attention to something for eight seconds. People will pay attention to it for about four these days. Am I right? So, what we have here is, "Let's Talk," so we have a question here.
I'm going to pop this open. This is a text. And we can route this to anybody on the team. And they get an instantaneous response. We can also put in automated messages and, "Hey, thanks for texting us. We're not open this time. We'll have someone get back to you."
Or if they have specific questions, you can get really fancy. But what I found is, and I'm not taking credit for it, but simple, is easy to expand and it will make your life easier. Complex things are hard to use and you don't make any money off them. So you wanna make it as simple as you possibly, can on this. And texting is the way to go.
When we do this, we're looking at, and don't quote me on this, but probably around a 98- 99% response rate on this stuff, and we're really careful about how and when we use it, but usually we can pop out a text once a week to our client base. And for new clients though, they get their answers right away. It's on their phone. You have their full attention and it's instantaneous. You've got an email response, eh, who cares? Chat, eh, who cares, right? They have to be on here, but they can walk away from their computer. But they're not gonna walk away from their cell phone. Right?
3:39 Conclusion
So anyway, those are two tips that can actually blow up your business exponentially. And we install a bunch of these. The system we've got is bulletproof and it works. Think about coupon codes and see how you can use them. Also about texting.
I'm getting away from emails almost totally. Not that you can't make money on 'em, we still do it, but we're going more into the SMS channel and responses rates way above in the 90 percentile basis. And no one's doing that on emails these days. So anyway, that's it. If you have any questions or suggestions, go to iQ Marketers, click on this little texting thing and you'll get in touch with somebody here. So thanks. Have a profitable day, profitable week. In the chaos that's going on right now, there is so much money to be made. Remember with inflation in the US expect to be around 20, 25% this year, if you've been in the grocery store, you've already seen that happen. You've gotta get your business growth to at least 20% if you want to stay even.

If you're in business, you've probably tried to optimize your website, right? Either on your own or through an SEO company that you paid for. And you also probably know that it can take six months or more, usually more, to see high placement on search results and organic listings.
0:00:17 Search Auto Complete
Now, instead, imagine being able to have your business show up in the search box right at the very moment when your potential client, someone that is looking for exactly what you do, start their search. This is the most used part of the search engine. It's also known by other names like Auto Complete or Auto Suggest when a consumer types in that keyword phrase. For example, "plumbing Los Angeles," or "roof repair Clearwater." When they type this in, your business will be seen in the auto complete box below the search phrase.
0:00:52
We call this Search Box Optimization. Now, you might be wondering, “Exactly what benefit does my business get from this?” The main one is customers, lots and lots of customers. Everything begins with a search. You are gaining a powerful advantage over your competitors simply by being the first thing that a customer sees when they start typing something related to your business or your product.
0:01:18 Problem with SEO

The First ADA Compliant And Fast Site Builder iQMySite.com
| Andrew Anderson |
0:00 iQ My Site
Hey there, sports fans. How you doing? Andrew Anderson here and just wanted to give you a little preview of the latest project we've been working on for quite some time and it is ready to be shown. This is iQ My Site. It's a builder, the first one that I know of that puts out an ADA compliant website that also ticks off all the boxes that Google's looking for.
0:24 Google Metrics
These numbers here on the performance levels are what Google measures all websites for. This is iQ Site Speed and it is hooked up to Google Lighthouse, which is their Ai for ranking websites. And the most important part right here, well, there's four of 'em actually. Performance on mobile, it's a hundred percent. Accessibility or for ADA, Americans with Disabilities Acts Accessibility. SEO is a hundred and best practices are a hundred. And a site like this will, if you're running, let's say, $10,000 worth of ads to it per month versus a regular site, will cost you about half as much for the same clicks, down to as low as three quarters the amount. So, for $5,000, you're going to be able to get the same amount of traffic.
And not only that, but the performance on mobile, you'll probably pick up at least a hundred percent more traffic on this and it's a beautiful thing. We're going to release this to the general public as far as being able to build websites for people. And it's a game changer in that this is what we use to build websites for our clients and allows them to dominate their market.
Because when you can get speeds this fast on your website, it totally changes the dynamic of how much of the traffic out there for any given keyword you're going to be able to pull in. And when you can bang a hundred out across the board on all four of the factors that Google now takes into consideration: performance, accessibility, SEO, and best practices, you win hands down.
2:10 Smart Marketing Spending
And I know Dan Kennedy says the company that can spend the most to get a client wins. Andrew saying is the company that spends the most smartly wins because you're going to have other clients that are spending $10,000. If we spend $10,000 in ads on this one, we are going to get double the amount of traffic, at least maybe two to three times as much. And it's a game changer for small businesses. Don't have the pricing down pat on it yet, but it's going to be able to blow away what the other site builders are out there. And it's set it, forget it.
Because of the way it's set up to, it is perfectly contained as far as being able to get hacked. It's super duper hard. There's no website that's a hundred percent hack proof, but compared to what happens in a normal WordPress site, this is at least a hundred percent safer.
And with all these other things going for it, we're going to change the lives of a lot of people that own small and medium sized businesses. Probably big businesses too. But this will give, I don't think it's an unfair advantage, but a huge advantage that's not available with any of the other site builders out there.
3:20 ADA Compliant Website
We've been working on this a long time. We wanted to make something that's accessible to the 25% of the people out there that have some sort of cognitive disability, visual impairment, or hearing impairment. And this is really going to do it. It also helps with people with physical disabilities that have to use alternative input methods.
So, I'm super proud of this. Just wanted to get this out there and it's coming in the next month. So, look for it. And if you want to get signed up for it, I don't know if we've got a early bird or founders set up yet, but I will in the next couple of days, so that you can get in line if you want to have a site that's super duper fast and will blow away your competition. Nothing can touch this. So anyway, Andrew Anderson signing off with iQ Marketers and The Longer Crowbar. Hope you have a great day.

MASB What Is It and Why Is It Important
MASB What Is It and Why Is It Important
Andrew Anderson
Hey, there. Andrew Anderson here with IQ Marketers, which is this guy here. I'm not sure if it'll show up, but there it is. So, what we're talking about today is Google and MASB, and I bet that most of you have never heard of this before. And we'll spell it out here, and it's an M, and an A, and an S, and a B. And we're going to stay right here.
So, what this means is, let's hit the M first. So, this is Mobile Performance, and that's what this number represents right here, the 99. And then we're looking at Accessibility which is the letter A, and then we have SEO which is a letter S, and then B is going to be Best Practices. What you see here is a unicorn for most people in the world.
You're not going to see these performance levels anywhere else that I know of. This just happens to be our site. We eat our own dog food. And what I want to talk about is the importance of MASB and what Google has done. And these numbers, this is a test. You can go test your own website over at iQMarketerscom, and then you'll click on the button that says IQ Site Speed.
And then you can just fill it out. It's super simple. It doesn't cost anything. You put in your website. You need to put in your https, your first name, and then your email, and then it'll get sent to you, but it'll immediately become available. And so here's what's going on with this. So, our speeding index is 1.2, which is excellent, right?
And then you can share this with your friends or family or whomever. And then, let me see, let's look why this is important. So, if your Mobile Site Speed is over three, on the numbers, if it takes three seconds to load, Google has told us, and it's actually higher than this now, but let's just go with the number official from Google. 53% of your visit, you will lose over half of your visitors if it's over three seconds, okay? Three seconds. That's not very long. And most sites are four to five to six to seven. And what they've said is since 85% of all web traffic now is on mobile, they don't even care about desktop because it doesn't really matter because they want to give their users who use Google a better experience.
And so, let's talk about Accessibility. So, Accessibility means can someone with a disability access your site? Can they use a screen reader? If they have ADHD, are they going to be able to access it? Does it have tags? Does it say in forms? Does it say, fill this form out? This is put your name here and it'll come up as name field, your telephone field, your email field.
And if you want to get an experience that you will never forget, download one of the screen readers that are available for free. Go on a website and try and navigate it. And that's what millions of people with visual impairments have to do every day. When they find a site that is accessible, they are as loyal as all get out, and right now, the disabilities market is larger than the Hispanic and the African American or black American market combined. Their disposal income is greater than that. Not only that, but under the ADA, let's get back to this 'cause these numbers are going to knock your socks off. And we're going to make this a little bit bigger here.
I'm going to pull this up and yes, it will go by there. Look at this, look at the technology. I'm amazed. You know, if a hundred years ago we'd be probably burnt at the stake because this was magic. So, let me scroll up here a little bit. So, we're talking about, we got the M, that was our Mobile Site Speed, right?
Let's recap here 'cause most of you have never heard of this before. And if not, you've never heard it explained like this because I've never done it like this before, right? And if you see a misspelling, please comment. And I may do one on purpose just because you want to get a lot of comments on something, misspell something in social media. There will be a million people that will come out of the woodwork. And I always tell people this, English is my second language. I haven't figured out what my first one is yet. Right. I think I'm funny.
So anyway, Mobile Site Speed, that's our M. And then we have A for Accessibility. And in the US it is the Americans with Disabilities Act. Canada and the European Union followed this almost verbatim. It's very similar, and they actually have fines in place. European Union is a little bit slow on it. Canada is starting to get up to speed with it, with let me spell this out here. And you can always make this go faster, right? Disabilities. Act and the whole thing is of 1990. It's been around for a while. It's the same thing that where you have to put handrails in showers, in bathrooms, and grab rails and ramps, so people in wheelchairs or using crutches can get to restaurants and everything else.
Guess what? This applies to every single website in the US, and even those out of it if you serve us clients. Here's the kicker. In 2020, check this out, there was 270,000 demand letters or pre-law suits sent out. The average settlement that the business owner had to pay was $36,000 a pop. Or if you may, here, I'm going to do some quick math and round it up a little bit. $12 billion with a B was paid out. And if you think you can skate on not being in compliance, you're playing Russian roulette, the gun may have a hundred bullets in it, chambers on it, but you're going to hit it. And it's eventually going to go off and it's going to be shot at your foot. And if you could afford a stroke check for $36,000 or more, that was the average, I've seen 'em go up to $6 million, then go for it.
But here's what's happening. When you do that, though, you can get access to that large group of people. And when you do get nailed, and this is why it's so underground on those 270,000 sites is simply because who's going to raise their hand and say, "Hey, I've been discriminating against people with disabilities and we just now fixed it and we had to pay a big fine." How cool is that? No one's doing it. That's why this whole thing's underground. In 2023, it's estimated that there will be $15 billion with a B in fines paid out for non-compliance with the ADA.
Google recognizes this and they want to be inclusive. So, they're saying right now that if you wanna rank on Google, the second most important thing that you can do is make your site accessible. And I don't know if that doesn't tell you that it's the real deal, then I don't know what is.
Let me see if I can pull this down here a little bit. Then the next thing we're going to go with SEO. So SEO, we're going to make that Search Engine Optimization. So that's going to be our S and Search Engine Optimization, and you can tell I'm doing this in real time here. Optimization. We can go back to it. Look at that optimization. It's the small things that make me happy. Optimization, and I'm sure I spelled that wrong. But and that is, do you have your tags in?
So, let's start off with the basics. Does your webpage, the little snippet, does it have your keywords? Let's say that you're selling rubber ducks, right? So at myrubberucks.com, and there might be a website out there, I don't know, but I'm just making this stuff out my head. So, your metatag should say, "We sell rubber ducks of all shapes and sizes. Yellow ones, orange ones, pink ones, and whatever." Right? So that should be in there. And then your first H tag, and there's H two, H three. This is basically a filing system that lets Google know, and Bing, and the other search engines what's going on. So your first H one tag might be Rubber Ducks Unlimited, okay. So that would be your keyboard would be "rubber ducks" or "rubber ducks, we sell them all." That could be it. Or "rubber ducks near me." That's another one if they're looking for local searches. And the next one would be, "why do we have the best rubber ducks," and "three things that you should know about buying a rubber duck," or "three things to avoid when you're trying to buy a rubber duck." "Mistakes people buy," et cetera, et cetera. You get the idea. And are those lined up correctly, and do the words and there's everything there. You don't want to be talking about rubber ducks and then out of the thing, "Oh, by the way, yeah. You know what we do rubber tires too. It just doesn't fit. It's like "What?"
And it's like scratching across the record on board. So if you lose, use a little bit of common sense, that's what Search Engine Optimization is about.
And we're going to go back here. And last but not least, we're going to go Best Practices. And Best Practices, so that's our B out of the MASB. It's basically, does your site load correctly? Does the header come up first before the footer? Is the code level correctly so it doesn't interfere with things. And that's the last thing that they look at. You notice that the first thing they look at is Mobile Site Speed. Next thing is Accessibility. We're going for the US audience here, so does it meet ADA requirement? And that includes your website. That includes all of your forms. That includes all of your media. If you have a picture, you better have a description of it. Do you have a video? Do you have a transcription of it? For people who can't see this wonderful visage of me, probably not, but they can at least listen to audio and then they can have a transcription of it if they might be auditorially impaired, but they could still read it, right? So, that part is there.
And then we're looking at the SEO, and then the Best Practices. Here's a couple of things that you need to know. If you do not have an Accessibility Statement on your website, you're probably not ADA compliant. If you haven't done an ADA study on your website, then you're probably not ADA compliant. If you don't know what the ADA is, you're probably not ADA compliant. 99% of the agencies out there are totally clueless. They're getting clients thrown under the bus, and I think a border's on it. It's immoral. Okay, I'm going to get on a high horse here. You're going to get me fired up that these agencies are not making their website compliant.
And you can come here, go to iQMarketers.com and you go to Site Health. Let's see here. I'm already there, so it's not going to go. So, let's go back. So, If you come here, it's this one right here where it says "Site Speed." I don't know if it's showing up here, but it's Site Speed. And you just click on that and you'll end up back over here. And then you just type in your name and your email. Now the cool thing about this is you can share this with your agency. If your agency hasn't done this already, though, you might be looking for another agency. I'm not saying you come to us, but find someone who's got their act together because this is killing you. Alright? And if these numbers aren't below three, that means all of that work, all of the money you've been spending on Google Ads or Facebook Ads, to come into your website, you've been blowing over half of them, sometimes three quarters, okay? So you've been wasting 5,000, 10,000, whatever it is per month, and three quarters of that was wasted. And if your agency who's running these ads hasn't told you, I would fire 'em yesterday and ask for a refund on half of the money. I know that's a little bit controversial, but that's exactly how I feel about this stuff because they're stealing from you. Okay? I don't know what else you call it. And the same thing with your agency on your website. You need to get ADA compliant. You need to get your performance up. These two things right there will make you lots and lots of money.
I know we've got sites where we've improved the performance in less than two months. They're making an extra $500,000 approximately per month. That's an extra $6 million just because we got this stuff put together. Anyway, that's it. That's MASB. Again, Mobile Site Speed performance, your Mobile Performance, your Accessibility, your SEO, Best Practices.
And we'll repeat that one more time because repetition is how we learn, right? MASB. The first you've heard of it here, I guarantee you. It's Google's new thing in 2023. Sites that are fast and line up on there are going to own. They are going to own their niches. They're going to knock everybody out.
It's like 10 people running from a grizzly bear. You don't have to be the fastest, but if you're the slowest or the last three guys, you're going to get eaten up and the bear's going to crunch you. And the farther ahead you are, the bear is eventually going to catch up to all the rest of them that aren't in the green.
Anyway, Andrew Anderson signing off. That is MASB. I will break these down a little bit further, but it's a great overview. Again, go to iQMarketers.com and just go to Site Speed. We've also got an SEO audit that you want to take a look at. If you want to get a hold of us, you can go here. We got this cool little thing and we only do texts anymore 'cause who looks at their email. Right?
And that is about it. I actually put the picture there so I'm not looking off to the side. So, you just put in your name and your email, and if we have it on here, what you can do is put that in here. We'll get a text and we're typically here from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM central time, seven days a week.
And if not, we'll get back to you as soon as we can, but you'll get an automated message to say, "Hey, Lisa, we got it," and we'll be happy to help you out. So, thanks, that's it. Have a great day. Remember, MASB. It's 2023, man. Later.

0:00 God Didn't Speak Man Into Existence
When God created man, he didn't speak man into existence like he did creation. Did you ever think of that? God didn't speak man into existence. He spoke to himself. He said, "Let us make man in our own image, after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fishes in the sea, over the fowl of the air, and every creeping thing that moved upon the earth."
But he didn't speak man into existence. He said, "Let us create man." And then in Genesis chapter two, verse seven, it says, "And God formed man from the dust of the ground." And I love this. He breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living soul. So God created man in his infinite imagination, then molded a body for the man that he created and breathed the man that he created into the body that he cre ated for the man. And the only thing that God created that he gave language to is man.
He didn't give language to creation, not the ability to talk about complex and intangible subjects. He didn't give it to creatures except potentially, ostensibly, the Serpent which he took away later. Not gonna go into the long, arduous argument about that cause it's not relevant to what we're talking about today. But he gave us words.
1:34 God Gave Us Words
Why did God give us words? He didn't make us by word, but he gave us words. He didn't give dogs words. You ever think of that? He didn't give trees words. He didn't give birds words except for the talking parakeet, and they can only repeat what they've heard and only some of them can do that.
But like human beings, everybody in here, all y'all I'm looking at. The ones I'm looking at on YouTube, which you're typing stuff. We can talk. Not only can we speak words, we can type words. We can write words. We can read words. We can understand words. We think with words.
2:10 Words are Everything
Words are our everythingness.
Words are what we have in common with God, that creation and creatures don't have. Language is spiritual and it's something that only spiritual beings have. It's so powerful. So powerful. With words I can take a feeling from inside of me and install that feeling inside of you. With words.
You can take a feeling inside of you and install it inside of me. With words. If I've got a word of encouragement for you and I keep it from you, shame on me. Shame on me. Withhold not good for whom it is due when it's in the power of your hand to do it.

Massively Increase Your Chance of Success | Andrew Anderson
Massively Increase Your Chance of Success
Andrew Anderson
Find out more at https://thelongercrowbar.com
0:00:00 Introduction
Andrew Anderson with TheLongerCrowbar.com and I have something I'm gonna share with you to massively increase your chance of success. I have used this to great, great results here and I'm gonna explain exactly what's going on. So, this is one of the longest crowbars that are out there, and it's available for free.
0:00:20 Personal Story
Most people don't realize how much leverage it can give you in all areas of your life. I'm gonna tell you about my personal story on how I used it 2,518 days ago to drastically change my whole life. So, back then I was outta shape, I was getting chubby, I was starting to look like Santa Claus, beer belly even though I didn't drink much beer, and I was sick of it. I made up my mind that I was going to change the way that I thought. So, what I did was I decided to do intermittent fasting and then later on keto.
0:00:50 Write It Down
So here's what I did. I knew that writing it down, because I'd read Cialdini, and he's the one that talked about this. Dr. Cialdini, go find any of his books. They're all fantastic. Okay. So,I had an 8% chance of success. I wrote it down. I increased that by almost over 400%. I knew that was gonna help. And then I wrote it down and I shared it with some friends.
0:01:16 Write Down and Share Publicly
So, I'm going up there, I'm like 800% better, you know. And then the other thing that I did, and this number is a little bit squishy, but I think it's actually higher than this. I wrote it down in public, shared it with my friends, and then I publicly shared it to the general public and I started a Facebook group.
So, it started with four of my friends, and now I think we've had over 80,000 people in it. But the the kicker is, and the longer crowbar is that I've stuck with this and done this experimentation now for 2,518 days. And did I hit my results? Yes. I lost 36 pounds of fat, I started feeling better, I started thinking better, and I started making more money. So, I had called that a success.
0:02:28 Create Your Own Consequences
The consequences here is if you bet someone a hundred dollars, or a thousand dollars, or whatever is meaningful amount of money to you, that you write it down, you share it in public, and then you say, listen, I'm gonna do X, Y, or Z, or attempt to do it by such and such a date, or I have to pay money, or I agree to work for free for a day, or whatever it is that's gonna motivate you to do something. What happens is you have all kinds of emotional pressures internally that you don't even realize. But the beautiful thing about this, if you bring it back down to the physical, this is all about getting your neurons firing, right? The old saying was that, "If you don't write it down, it doesn't really count," is absolutely true.
What happens is you get more neurons involved in the process and it's an exponential amount. It's like 10X during each one of these steps here, and when you write it down, it actually works better than texting, because it takes more neurons to write versus when you text. These are all overlaid on your chances of success. It makes a bigger impression on whatever it is you're trying to accomplish, so you're more likely to stick with it.
If something's really important to you, stairstep this process, go to this one. You wanna write it down.and share with your friends, share publicly, and then put some consequences to it. Now, they don't have to be negative. I'm a total carrot person. Negative things don't work with me, so there's a reward there. Well, my reward was that I lost 36 pounds and that's cool. But I also did something for myself. I said, “Hey I'm gonna go to this one place. I'm gonna travel. If I hit this, I'm gonna do it.”
0:04:21 Results
So, there you have it, a longer crowbar of epic proportions; it probably goes all the way to the moon. Almost every successful person that I've ever known does this. I would have to say that every millionaire that I know has done this, and they do this on a regular basis, every single one, without exception. I've not spoken with a millionaire or multimillionaire that does not do this. Yet, why this isn't taught in schools, or taught everywhere, or this isn't talked about, is beyond me. This is part of what we teach in a mastermind program. Public accountability can have a huge impact on your success ratio in anything.
So, whatever it is that you wanna do, tell yourself first, repeat it several times so that it sticks. Write it down for yourself. Write it down and share it with some peers that you respect, because you don't want to be embarrassed after you tell someone. And that's a big motivator. Write it down in public.
So there you have it. That's a longer crowbar trick to massively increase your chance of success. So if you've got anything that you want to get done in the next year, follow these simple steps, and your chance of success will go through the roof.

0:00:00 How To Start The Carnivore Diet
A friend of mine, a Kickboxer started it, and said, "Andrew, you have to try this." It's changed my entire world, and it's a carnivore diet. It's basically living on 90, 85 to 90% of what you eat has to be meat, your calories per day
Few carbs.
A little bit. You can like have a fry or fork around with it, but in general, it's all meat, meat, meat, meat, meat. No rice, no pasta, no big plates of chips or any carbs like that. Just meat. And you can eat as much meat as you want until you're full.
0:00:26 Changes To The Body
So, tell me about your energy level with this diet.
Yeah, so two things changed. One, the first thing that changed is I started losing body fat. And the reason I was losing body fat is when you eat only meat diet, the first few days you're quite hungry, 'cause you have, like, this carbohydrate hunger. Once you get past that, and your body changes, there's a whole bunch of science behind this, it's boring but...
Ketosis.
Yeah. Your body do, your body doesn't burn glucose anymore. It burns ketones.
Exactly.
So I started losing body fat. I was always in good shape. I was always like Hercules, you know?
Right.
But now I started to really like my six pack, really came out, and I was like, this is crazy. And the reason is when you're eating only meat, you don't actually need that much food. So, you're losing body fat because you're dieting without trying. So, when I was eating normal food, I'd eat three or four times a day, and snacks in between. When I'm eating only meat, I'll eat a big lunch of steak, a big dinner of steak, no breakfast, no snacks, and I am full. There's like no room for anything else. It's weird. So, the first thing that happens is you eat a lot less, you lose weight. And secondly is the way I feel is completely different.
0:01:30 Energy and Focus Improvement
You actually have more energy.
You know when you eat lots of food and you get that tired, lethargic, I'm going to lay down.
Because of the insulin.
That's all carbohydrates. That's all carbohydrates. And also, anyone here who suffers with depression, or anyone here who feels angry some days, or brain fog, have you ever had those days where your brain feels like it's faulty? You're not thinking clearly, you're not sharp, you know. That's all carbohydrates. When you remove carbohydrates, all of that goes away. I used to have really bad brain fog, and I know this because I play chess every day. I play one or two hours a day of chess. My father was a grand master, I play online. And some days, I just wouldn't see. I'd lose, gain, lose, I'd just lose all day.
You couldn't focus.
I couldn't. I was trying to focus, but I just couldn't see clearly. I just couldn't see things. So, some days my brain just wasn't firing properly. But when I changed to this diet, it's completely different.
With less carbs.
0:02:20 The Carnivore Diet
With the less carbs you eat, the better. If you really want a piece of bread, have a piece of bread.
The idea is the less carbs the better.
And then what you do is you eat lots of fatty meat because the fat in the meat has all the vitamins. So, you can actually change to a hundred percent meat. You don't need fruit, vegetables, bread, you can go completely meat. If you eat fatty meat, the fat's gonna have all the vitamins you need. So, I eat lots of fatty meat, lots of fatty steak, little bit of salad, and that's it. And it's changed my worldview, man. It's changed everything about I eat. And now I'm eating, I'm eating like basically once a day.
So, would you recommend this to somebody to lose?
Everybody. Everybody. Even if you don't wanna lose weight, even if you just wanna put muscle on, even if you just wanna feel more energetic. 'Cause what happens now, I'm at a point now, my body has shifted and changed. I genuinely eat once a day and I am not hungry. Yeah, I'm not hungry. Once your body, once that change happens from glucose to ketones, you can have two steaks and you're fine 24 hours. It's weird.
That's so nice.
It's so weird. And another thing I've noticed is how much time it frees up. 'Cause I never cook at home ever. Yeah. So, I used to go out, get some breakfast. Go out, get some lunch. So now I notice during the day, when you're not constantly eating all the time, how much more time you have. I know it sounds stupid, but I feel so much better. I feel so much better, so much more energetic, stronger, everything. I look better.
Yeah, you feel better.
And I feel better. Which is the most important thing.

0:00 Only Be Friends with Winners
I love winners. I love winners. Show me a winner. I love winners all day long. That's who I wanna be friends with. I don't wanna be friends with anybody else. I don't see the advantage to it. And that's how I've always created my life. And it's served me very, very well. I refuse to accept anything else because negative energy is extremely sticky. If you have friends who are talking negative shit, try and fix 'em. It's your duty. But if they're sticking to their negative narrative, you don't have a responsibility to them to sit there and allow them to pollute your life. Cause that's what they're gonna do.
0:26 Be Ruthless with Friends
Everyone likes to talk a good talk and everyone likes to pretend they're x y z and I'm quite a fair person, you know and my biggest friends in the world today are friends who I had when I had nothing and they came up with me. Let's say when I had nothing, I had 10 friends. Now I'm at the top. I have four. The six I had to drop just didn't level up with me. And there's only so long you can pay for them to go to the club, pay for them to go on holiday, lend them a car. There's only so long until it's like, "Bro, everyone else pulled this off, everyone else, and I've offered you a job and now you're sick or you're tired." It gets to a point where it's just detrimental to your life and you have to be ruthless about it because you have to create your reality. It's the only way to do it.
0:59 Do Not Compromise for Anybody
You cannot compromise your standards for nobody. Nobody. That includes your spouse, your friends, your family, nobody. There's a difference between loving somebody and compromising your standards. I love a lot of people, but I'm not compromising my standards for people I love. You cannot be doing that because only you know how big your dreams are. Only you know what life you wanna build and only you know who you want to be. Compromising your standards is one of the biggest fatal mistakes, any man or human being can make.
Don't Compromise for Anybody

0:00 Feeling Depressed is Real
One of my most famous things people attack me for is their little quote is they say, "You said depression isn't real. What about the men who kill themselves? You don't care about men's mental health." I didn't say depression isn't real. I said feeling depressed is real. But the idea that depression is gonna strike you in your mind and there's nothing you can do about it, I think that is promoting helplessness amongst depressed people. I don't think that making people helpless in an unfortunate situation is a great thing to do.
0:22 The Power of Belief
You have to give people hope. When you believe in something, you give it power. When I felt at my lowest and I achieved the most I've ever achieved in my life, the reason I was capable of doing that is because I didn't believe in the paradigm of being a depressed person. I just believe that this is how I currently feel and I'm gonna do whatever it takes to get my life to be better. If you take two people, one believes in ghosts and one doesn't, you put them both in haunted houses, and in the middle of the night, there's a bang.
The person who believes in ghosts is now terrified. There's a ghost. They're calling an exorcist or panicking in the room. They're hiding. The person who doesn't believe in goes, goes "wind," and goes back to sleep. It's the same noise, it's the same scenario, but it's the belief that's powerful. It's the belief in their mind that turns against them.
1:01 If It Makes You Weak, Don't Believe in It
You can give every scientific proof in the world, depression, whatever. I refuse to believe in things that take my power away. I'm only gonna construct a mental model that allows me to be as powerful as possible. If believing in the idea of depression is gonna take my own power away, then I won't believe in it. I don't wanna believe in things that make me weak. I believe in things that make me strong and someone goes, "Well, you're wrong."
Let's assume you're correct and that makes me wrong. Let's say that you are right and you are depressed. Why would I want to adopt the thinking of a man who is sad? Why would I wanna think like you? Wouldn't it better to be wrong and be happy and have a sports car. Look at your life. I don't talk about right and wrong. Let's talk about success and results. I don't believe in things that take power from me. I never have.
1:42 Why Defend Depression?
People email me and they start saying, "I'm depressed. I'm depressed. I'm depressed." and what's funny is this: I talk to them and they desperately defend the idea of depression. I'm like, "My friend, you just told me you're too depressed to be successful and depression has destroyed your life and you lost your girl. I'm telling you that enemy, the enemy in your life isn't real. And you are now sending me 10 emails a week trying to convince me that your enemy is a real thing. Why are you sticking up for your- whatever it is, this idea destroying you and you're putting your energy into defending it. Y
ou should be on my team. Whose team are you on here? You wanna sit here and convince me? I'm never gonna believe you. I'm never gonna adopt your thinking because your life is not successful enough for me to emulate. So why don't you try and adopt my way of thinking? Stop defending this. Stop defending anything that's ruined your life and get to work. And every time anyone has ever listened to me in history, ever, every single one of them has transformed their lives and messaged me positive messages afterwards.

0:00 Do Men Feel Emotions?
The idea that men don't feel emotions is incorrect. We feel emotions. I would actually argue, we feel certain emotions stronger than women. I would argue that we feel heartbreak stronger than women, we feel anger like a woman could never understand. I would argue we are extremely emotional. But it's feedback. It's all about how you internalize that and how you process it.
Stoicism's not not feeling emotions. It's feeling the emotion and going, "Okay, why is this happening? How much does this really matter? What's the most intelligent move on the chess board?" I'm not even that good at chess. My father was a grand master. I was a child chess prodigy. But I stopped playing chess professionally when I was like eight.
Chess is a fantastic game because, there's no luck. No matter how well you played, if you lose at some point you made a mistake. Even if it's the most minor mistake, you made a mistake. Maybe it's a tiny one, maybe it was two years ago, but you made a mistake and you learn absolutely accountability for yourself. And that mentality is extremely powerful to apply to all things in life.
1:13 My Emotions are My Responsibility
The position I'm in now as the most hated man in the world, although I agree and I truly believe it's unfair, I still take complete responsibility for. I'm telling you why it happened when I talk about TikTok and YouTube shorts, but I'm not gonna blame them. They're a company making money. All of this is my fault, but the Bugatti on my drive is my fault and the yacht is my fault. The private jet's my fault. So it's all my fault.
So I take the good with the bad. I take all responsibility for absolutely everything, including if a woman leaves me, if a woman stays, if I end up heartbroken, if I end up filled with rage, I take responsibility for that. Something happens to me that makes me enraged I will take responsibility. Why has this happened to me? Why do I feel this way? How did I end up in this position? Is this healthy in this scenario?
And sometimes it is. I've had scenarios in my life where I was prepared to die to protect somebody else, and I was enraged and it was healthy. I've also had times where I'm in a room by myself, enraged, sitting there going, this is no good for anybody. I need to just calm down.
2:10 Emotions are Feedback
So emotions are feedback, stoicism is the ability to process them. And that's what you need to learn as a man. You're never gonna be able to turn 'em off. You're gonna feel 'em. You have to learn how to process them and turn them into a positive. It's energy. It's unlimited energy.
The biggest periods of transformation in my life is when everything was going wrong. I'm not a hedonistic person. I don't do drugs. I don't gamble. I don't do prostitutes. I don't do anything that hedonistic. But I'll certainly go on the yacht with a bunch of women I know and chill and have some vodka and that kinda thing. When life's smooth, then it's semi hedonistic, pretty relaxed.
When things go wrong or I'm feeling things I don't wanna feel or bad things are happening, that's when I'm like, "Okay, I currently cannot sleep. I've completed the day's tasks. I've tried to go to bed, I can't. More shit has to get done." That's when the amazing things happen in my life. When I was heartbroken I hit the gym harder, right?
2:56 Negative Emotions are Unlimited Energy
So all the bad things that happen to you as a man, if you're stoic, you get to take unlimited energy. Heartbreak is unlimited energy. So is depression, so is rage. All these negative emotions they tell you to collapse behind.
Bruce Lee says, "Be like water." And people see that as be fluid and just go with the flow. I disagree. If you're like water, you're necessary for life. You are scary when you're enraged, you're powerful. You're beautiful when you're calm. You're so many things when you're like water, right? So if I'm enraged, it's like water behind a dam.
You just gotta put the dam in place and you go get the turbo, the hydro electrics put in. Don't tsunami your life. Put the energy somewhere. And this is the most beautiful thing about it. Cause people message me all the time like, "Oh, but Tate, you don't know how sad I feel." No. Incorrect. I know exactly how sad you feel. The difference is I use it. And you're sitting here still crying to some random guy on email for the third month in a row. That's the difference between you and me, my friend. I was becoming a world-champion kickboxer.

0:00 Study the Bible Yourself
And so that's where some of y'all stuck. You've been so steeped into religion from your churches, and you get all your doctrine from the pastor, you don't study the Bible for yourself. Now, you may disagree with some conclusion I come to. If you're gonna disagree, here's what I'm gonna ask you to do.
If you're gonna disagree with something I teach from the Bible, study the Bible for yourself. Don't get all your doctrine from the pastor. Cause there are a lot of pastors that don't study, and I'm telling you, if I'm teaching something, you can take it to the bank. I've studied it. So anyway, that's why I talk about money because it's important.
1:14 The Bible is NOT About Religion
In fact, the Bible talks a lot about money and it talks a lot about business. If you haven't seen it, maybe it's because you've been reading the Bible through your religious lenses and you put your religious lens lenses on, and all you see when you read the Bible is religion. But the reality is, The Bible's not a book about religion.
And if you make $20 profit, you sell it. I'm not gonna redo the whole video. Just go watch it. It's called How to Get Rich. Okay, so today we're gonna talk about how to create stability through riches. What does that mean? How to create stability in your finances through riches. Cause last week we talked on the last video that I did, we talked about how to create a million dollars in cash flow. I call it the Cash Flow Millionaire Formula.
2:28 The Virtual Millionaire Formula
On this training right now, I call it the Virtual Millionaire Formula. It's how to live like a millionaire on your way to becoming one. Now, I don't know if that sounds appealing to you, but like I would like to be able to live like a millionaire on my way to becoming one, and when I say live like a millionaire, I'm not talking about buying a Lamborghini and living in a mansion. I'm just talking about having more money than it takes for you to exist, more money than it takes for you to survive.
Life is supposed to be lived to the fullest in every aspect of our lives unless we have a particular assignment from God for something other than that, right?
3:17 Is Time Money?
We've been taught a lot of lies around money, and some of y'all have probably heard some of these lies. One of the lies we've heard is we've heard that time is money. That's a lie. And not only is it a lie, it's a very damaging lie.
It's a very tragic lie. It's a lie that creates poverty and devastation. Time is money. If I hear somebody say time is money, either they're confused and just don't understand that that can't be true or they know it's not true and they're deceiving people.
Time is not money. So, what's the truth? The truth is this: time is greater than money. Time is more valuable than money. It's better than money. It's greater than money. Why? Because if you run out of money, you can always get more.
But if you run out of time, it's game over. I think all of us would agree.
4:27 The Million Dollar Question
If I were to say, Okay, I'll write anybody here in this audience today, I will happily write you a... let's just say a $500,000 check today. In fact, I'll write you a million dollar check today. Who wants it? All hands are up.
Okay, cool. But what if I made a stipulation? If I write you a million dollar check today, you have to end your life today. Now, who wants it? Nobody wants it. Why? Because you already intuitively know that time is greater than money. See, so we see that that's a lie. Let's like flip the script.
What if you found out today that you had a terminal illness and you had a million dollars just kind of laying there. It's in your retirement account or maybe it's in your retirement account or maybe it's in in your safe at your house. Insurance doesn't cover the remedy for it. The remedy is $1 million and it's worked 100% of the time for everybody who's ever used it.

0:00 The Invisible World
People oftentimes mistakenly think the physical world is the real world. And the invisible world is some kind of invisible representation. I promise you, you got it backwards. The invisible world is the real world. The physical world is a manifestation of that reality. Just like this table, just like this phone, just like this water is made. Even though I can hold it in my hand and I can see it with my eyes. It's made of invisible molecules that I cannot see.
That is a picture that points to witnesses and shares to everyone. That's a scientific principle that points to, and witnesses to everything that the physical world was made by and from the invisible world. For me to think that physicality is reality and invisibility is not, is to think that I am more real than God.
0:55 On Faith, Doubt, and the Truth
I can't be more real than God if he made me, He has to be more real than me. So invisibility is more powerful than physicality. I've said this before, I'll say it again. Doubt is created in the eyes. Faith is created in the ears. What will make you doubt? What will you hear will cause you to believe?
Because faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. When I say the same thing to me that God has said to me about me, then and only then do I know who I really am. When I say about a situation to a situation, what God says about that situation, then and only then do I recognize that situation.
God's word is not just true. God's word is truth. There's a difference between what's true and what's truth. What's true is dynamic and can change. What's truth is static and cannot change. What's truth is incontrovertible. In the words of Winston Churchill, " Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is."
1:58 The Power of Words According to The Word
Now you may be wondering, "Myron, what does that have to do with words being the way to wealth?"
The verses that we read said, "A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth." And I was thinking, how does my mouth produce fruit? It didn't just say "A man will eat by the fruit of his mouth." It said, "A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth." That is as long as the seeds that are coming outta your mouth are good seeds.
I wanna make sure that the words I say are words of power, not words of weakness. Words that empower and encourage, not words that tear down and discourage. The scripture says, "Let your speech be with grace, seasoned with salt." Grace. What's grace? The word "grace" in the New Testament comes from the Greek word, "charis." From which we get "charismatic," right? It means gift. Let your words be with grace, with a gift. Seasoned with salt. Let your words be like a gift that you give to the people who hear them.
Let me ask you a question: are the words that you speak like a gift to the people who hear them? That's a good question. Unless the words that I speak are not like a gift that I give to the people who hear them. So I wanna make sure that my tongue uses words to build up and not to tear down. To bless and not to curse, to strengthen, and not to weaken. To empower people and not to disempower people. I wanna make sure my words do that.

0:00 "Speak Into Existence"
Most people don't realize how powerful words are, but your words literally create your wealth or the lack thereof. How? "Myron, are you talking about speaking things into existence?" No, I'm not talking about that because in the scripture, the only one who speaks anything into existence is God.
Bereshit Bara. The word bara means to create out of nothing. To speak into existence. The only one in the entire Bible who "bara"s anything is God. Bereshit bara elohim. Bereshit bara elohim. Elohim is who? God. God speaks things into existence. You don't speak things- I know. I know.
There are new age people who disagree with me. I know there are Christian people, pastors, religious people who disagree with me. That's fine. But the reality is you already know. If you could speak something into existence, you would've already spoken something different into existence than what you got in existence right now.
0:55 Speak and Create Faith
Now, here's what you can do. You can speak a word that causes faith to be created in your heart, in a space where doubt previously existed. And that faith gives you the ability to take an action in faith that you could not take in doubt. So when I tell myself, "This is gonna be awesome," this has a better chance of being awesome than it does, if I tell myself, "This is gonna be awful."
Why? Because I want to use my words to create faith, and I'm not "creating" faith. Because faith already existed before I got here. What I'm really doing is I'm installing faith. I'm installing faith into my mind. I'm installing faith into my heart. I'm installing faith into my focus so my focus can create a feeling in my heart that produces a function in my hand that I could not do when I doubt it.
1:55 The True Importance of Our Words
Are y'all tracking? The words we say are very important. We need to be hyperintentional about every word that comes out of our mouths. Every word. We need to take inventory of our communication ability so that the words that come out of our mouth are building words, not destroying words.
All of us can remember. A time in our lives when somebody that we looked up to or somebody whose opinion we cared about, said something to us that was painful. How can a word be painful? Where does it hurt? Does it hurt in your hand, foot, eyeball, your earlobe? Where does it hurt?
It hurts in your soul.

0:00 What Is Their Tool?
Some of the highest paid people in the planet are actors, film script writers, singers, songwriters, authors, speakers, coaches, consultants, talk show hosts. What's the tool? They use words. Words. We all have them. Some of us don't like to use 'em.
Sometimes an encouraging word could save a person's life. An encouraging- a word like talk: "Hi, hi. How you doing?" Now to answer your question that you had: "A man shall good by the fruit of his mouth." A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth. A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth. Maybe I should start using better words and maybe I should get better at using words. Y'all tracking?
0:37 "Let Us Make Man in Our Image"
Okay. Here's what people wanna know: "Myron, I never saw that in Genesis Chapter 1. You're making that up." I'm not making it up. I just read very slowly.
So I'm gonna make a recommendation for you all. You wanna get more outta the Bible? Treat it more like a school zone and less like an interstate. "What do you mean?" Slow down so some learning can take place. Stop being in such a hurry to get through the Bible and be more focused on letting the Bible get through to you.
So where's this in Genesis Chapter 1? When God created Man, that's when he established the four levels of value. Here it is: "And God said, "Let us make man in our image." So if God said, "Let us make man in our image," what had to exist before God said that? The image. The image existed first. The image is God, "Let's make man in our image." And then God did what? God said, "Let us make man in our image." But he didn't say, "Let me make man in my image." He said, "Let us make man in our image."
1:33 Becoming a Person of Your Word
One reason a lot of people struggle is because the words that come out of their mouth don't match the beliefs that are in their heart. They're incongruent, they're out of alignment. Some people don't do well because the words that come outta their mouth don't match the actions that come outta their hands. They say "I'm gonna do this," and they never do it.
They say, "I'll be there," and they don't show up. "I'll be there at such and such time," and get there an hour later. Wonder why you're frustrated. You must become a person of your word because if you don't, you're creating a reputation for yourself that you are not a person of your word.
John Chapter 1: "In the beginning was the Word, and the word was God. The Word was with God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him." What does it say in Verse 14? "And the word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory as the glory of the only begotten of the Father."
2:26 Does Your Word Become Your Flesh?
The word became flesh. Let me ask you a question: does your word become your flesh? "The word became flesh and dwelt among us." When your word becomes your flesh, you can dwell among the people you gave your word to. When your word doesn't become your flesh, you have to hide from those very same people. "The word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory as the glory, the only begotten of the father.
When your word becomes your flesh. People behold your glory, and then and only then can they believe your story. I promise you, if you change the words that come out of your mouth it'll change your life forever.
2:57 Words Change Water: Dr. Emoto's Study
I'm gonna end on this: there's a book called The Many Hidden Messages in Water.
Dr. Emoto took water from a water bottle, put it in a Petri dish, set water from the same bottle, put it in another Petri dish. Flash froze both of them. But on one of the Petri dishes, he wrote positive words. On the other one, he wrote negative words. The one he wrote the positive words on, turned into these beautiful snowflake-looking patterns. The ones he wrote negative words on, turned into these gnarly-looking, ugly patterns.
As far as we know, can water read? As far as we know, can water think? Not as far as we know. Yet the words written on a container of water affect the molecular structure of the water. My body is 70% water. My brain is 90% water. I can read, I can hear, and I can think.
3:54: Conclusion
How could I possibly go through life and be so deceived as this, think that words don't matter?
That's why I don't use profanity. That's why I don't use negative talk. I don't do negative jokes. Most people, most of the stuff they do is negative. The culture of hypnotic societal mechanism is programming you to be negative because it knows if they can make you negative, it can make you broke and broke people are easier to control than people who are free.
So let's elevate. Let's use better words and let's use better words better. "A man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth." Make sure the seeds that your mouth is planting are good seeds so that when you eat, you eat good fruit.

Hidden Danger in Fruit and Honey
Hidden Danger in Fruit and Honey
by Dr. Ken Berry
For more health, wellness, and happiness, check out:
https://thelongercrowbar.com
00:00:00 Introduction
I'm Doctor Ken Berry, a family physician with over 20 years of clinical experience. Let's talk about the hidden danger lurking in fruit and honey.
00:01:07 Glycation
Glycation is the non-enzymatic sticking of a sugar molecule, a monosaccharide to either a protein or a lipid. When sugars do this, it gums up the function of your cells and your tissues. When the serum levels of sugar get high enough in your blood, then the sugar just sticks to the protein, sticks to the amino acid. Anytime your blood sugar levels are high, that's a bad thing. Glycation is bad. There's some degree of glycation taking place in every protein and lipid in your body, but as long as it's a very low amount, it’s normal and not a big deal.
00:03:01 Three Kinds of Monosaccharides
When you take a carbohydrate, a starch or any polysaccharide and you break it down into small enough particles, you're gonna wind up with glucose, or fructose, or galactose. These are, by far, the three most common monosaccharides that you can ingest in any version of a human diet. So, sucrose is made up of one glucose and one fructose. Whereas lactose is made up of one glucose and one galactose. But in the end, there are just three monosaccharides that are going to be glycating things inside your body.
00:03:49 HbA1c Test
The test that you can have ordered by your doctor and performed in a lab called a hemoglobin A one C (HbA1c). This looks at the amount of glycation that has happened to the hemoglobin inside your red blood cells. It checks for the amount of glycation in this protein. Fructose is actually eight to ten times more glycating than glucose? That's a lot more glycating than glucose. The simple sugar monosaccharide found in milk is also seven to ten times more glycating than glucose. Fruit and honey are both rich in fructose. I just assumed that the hemoglobin A1C test that measured glycated hemoglobin in your blood, I just assumed that measured all glycation, whether it was from glucose or fructose or galactose, but that's not true, and that's what I found out and that's what I'm gonna share with you. My good friend Barque actually found some research into how the HbA1c test was performed, what it actually did at the molecular level. The hemoglobin A1C only checks for glucose glycation. It cannot see fructose glycation, or galactose glycation, and it also cannot see glycation that happens to your lipids, to the fat molecules in your cells. When the fructose concentration gets high enough in your portal vein or in your systemic circulation, you are glycating the hell out of your cells and tissues and the proteins in the lipids with fructose. But the hemoglobin A1C test is blind to this, and there is currently no test that your doctor can order that looks for fructose glycation.
00:08:55 Direct Enzymatic Assay For %HbA1c
This one research study where they actually did the research that validated the hemoglobin A1C test, it explains how they did it, but I still was not convinced. I emailed one of the researchers and said, "Hey, does the hemoglobin A1C test also check for glycation caused by fructose?" And here's his reply. He says, "Hey, Ken, thanks for your question. Diazyme's enzymatic hemoglobin A1C assay measures the amount of glycated valine at the end terminal of beta chain of hemoglobin. The enzyme used in the assay has a much higher specificity and reactivity towards a ketoamine group formed between glucose. And valine compared with other sugars formed with other amino acids. Hope this answers your question. Best regards, Chong.”
00:09:48 Further Research
Another research study says, "The popular clinical methods used for glucose glycation do not detect the Heyns product or other fructose-mediated adducts. This has compromised research on the potential role of fructose glycation in the pathogenesis of chronic disease in humans." And I found this statement in another study. "Fructose has not been a main focus of glycation research because of the difficulty in measuring its adducts, and, more importantly, because although it is ten times more reactive, aka glycating, than glucose, its plasma concentration is only around 1% of that of glucose." Unless you're eating a diet filled with fruits and honey.
00:10:39 Conclusion
You cannot use the hemoglobin A1C test as a marker for global glycation. It only checks for glucose glycation, it does not see any glycation that happens even from glucose with regards to lipids in your bloodstream. It also is completely blind to any glycation caused by fructose, the sugar in fruit, or galactose, the sugar in milk. If you know someone who's eating a diet full of fruit and honey, please consider sharing this video with them.

Socrates was vilified. He ended up poisoning himself in Athens and the charge against him was corrupting the youth, but he wasn't corrupting them. He was inspiring them to challenge authority. He was inspiring them to think for themselves.
If you have a point of view that you are very strong in your adherence to, you need to sit and analyze, whether it's your own personal experience that makes you believe something or if someone else or something else has convinced you of this."
And if they have, you need to then once again, analyze that point of view and who these people are and what they want from you. Do they truly want the best of you? If the news convinces you of something to the point where you're gonna argue with your own family members at the dinner table, does the news really care about you more than your family? You need to analyze every belief you hold where it came from, what their intentions are.
1:05 The Might of Free-Thinking
When you encourage people to think for themselves, especially the youth, that's what Socrates got accused of. A huge portion of my fan base were 18 to 23, 24-year-old males. When you have the youth, the masculine youth of the world, thinking for themselves, that's pretty scary to authority.
If you need people to go die in a ditch in Afghanistan, you need them. If you need people to work bullshit jobs you need the real men to go out there and comply with the bullshit. To live a shitty existence, to purport and prop up the system. And if enough of these men stand in one place and say this is enough, that's when a revolution happens.
This is the most dangerous group of the demographic that the Matrix and the people are trying to control, and they have to have a narrative over. And that's why they're trying to weaken them in every regard. Don't listen to the bullshit, become physically strong, think for yourself. Prioritize your brotherhood. Do not blindly comply.
2:33 Life as A Man is Hard
The students who follow me and the kids I talk to, I say, "listen, life is extremely difficult as a man. It's very fucking hard. There is no way I can tell you to win unless you're a top-tier man. I can't sit here and give you a cheat code that allows you to stay a loser and win. I can only tell you what I've done. I became extremely wealthy. I became extremely capable. I became extremely smart. I developed a network of individuals who nobody wants to mess with. And I set up a life that makes me difficult to damage."
That's what I did. That's why I teach the tenants I teach.
3:14 Strenght of Body is Strength of Mind
There's no strength of mind or strength of opinion without strength of body. First thing you to do is go train. I teach kids this reality. I teach men this reality. And by even doing basic things like teaching young men to go be strong physically- I'd like to think we lived in a world where that's all seen as a good thing.
There are people in the world who sitting there and go, "Wait, wait, wait. Making them physically stronger is gonna affect our ability to change the narrative in their minds in real time with our matrix programming. That is negative."
I think the most dangerous men on Earth are weak men. Every single man is born with a fire inside of us that if we do not control, can destroy ourselves and other people. They're saying, "listen, you're a man. You're allowed to just cry all the time and have no emotional control. No stoicism, react to your emotions."
4:00 The Danger of Shunning Stoicism
Do you know what happens when you tell men to just react to their emotions? Anger. You have school shootings, rape, and violence. That's what happens when you tell men to have no emotional control. These school shooters are kids with no emotional control. Rapists are men with no emotional control. Violence is men with no emotional control. Telling men to not be stoic is gonna create a breed of violent young men who can't control their emotions and act out on them.
That is absolutely more dangerous to society than me coming along saying, "listen, it doesn't matter how you feel. You have duties and you have responsibilities as an adult and you must act a certain way regardless of how you feel."
That is better for society as a whole. Listen, go to the gym anyway. Don't feel like it, go. Your girlfriend left you, your heart's broken. You're not allowed to stalk her. She doesn't want you. Get over it. What I'm saying is good for the world. They're saying, "no, act out your emotions." Cool. You're creating stalkers, rapists and school shooters. These people are dangerous.

0:00 TikTok Killed Context
"I will not administer CPR unless you're a hot female."
What's actually interesting is, and this is what's really, really important cause it becomes a broader argument than just me and what's happened to me. A lot of the things I said were in longer format video on YouTube three, four years ago. The way that social media is being produced and also digested has changed significantly in the last year.
TikTok in real time has destroyed the attention span of billions of people. You can no longer focus on the real world. You can't focus on anything. So the idea of me producing a seven, eight-minute video like I used to, and people consuming all of it and understanding the context is gone. They'll take a few seconds, like me saying I wouldn't administer CPR to a man, put on a TikTok, add editing, remove the tonality, and it goes viral. We now live in a world where anything you ever say can be taken outta context and weaponized against you.
I'm not complaining. I don't believe in complaining. I believe in responsibility. I'm saying that most of the people who are upset by things I've said have heard a few clips out of context and never actually digested any of my content seriously. The idea that I would let my brother die next to me because he's not a hot chick is asinine.
1:32 Logan Paul the Mouthpiecce
First things first, I wanna get very, very clear that Logan Paul is absolutely not really a tool of the Matrix. He's a bought-and-sold individual with no soul. He doesn't stand up for anything and he doesn't mean anything he says. He gets pieces of paper from Susan or whoever else, telling him what he's allowed to say on his channel. He will flip-flop on any issue. He can be bought and sold. I'll fight him for free. The guy's an idiot.
Logan Paul doesn't believe any of the things he says. If you ever were unfortunate enough to consume his content, I get sent clips of it all the time by people mocking him, as soon as something comes out, he just sits there and goes, "Yeah, this is great. Yeah, this is great." He doesn't believe in the things he said. He's told what to say.
Before I was canceled, he and Mike did endless videos supporting me, laughing about me saying how funny I was, tagging me on Instagram, inviting me places, et cetera. The second I'm canceled, they flip reverse it cause they don't wanna get canceled too. They are children. That's all they are.
3:09 Andrew Tate on the Upside of Being Cancelled
And what's actually been interesting about this whole cancellation thing: it hasn't negatively affected me in any serious way 'cause I've been saying on podcasts for years, I know a cancellation is coming. I knew that as I got more popular and more powerful to the degree that it was gonna come.
But what it has done is it has awoken the world to anyone who's perspicacious enough to pay attention to learn which individuals out here in the social media space actually have character and belief in what they say, and which are completely bought and sold and are tools to the matrix. The people who have decided to stand up for me are people who have to some degree credibility.
This is people who say what they truly believe, but the people who are totally a fan and then post cancellation get a new piece of paper to talk from that should tell out the public out there exactly who is controlled and whether these people have a genuine narrative that they're trying to report on the world.
3:45 The Difference Between Fans and Viewers
All of his own watchers are calling him names because it's so transparent and so obvious what he's doing. Fans versus viewers, fans versus viewers. Very different things. If it was all the other way round, let's imagine he was getting canceled and I truly believed it was unfair. I'd sit there on my own platform and say, "this is bullshit," because I'm not bought, sold, and owned.
He's an owned individual, so he's always gonna say what he is told to say. Logan Paul doesn't have fans, he has viewers. And that's what's actually been highlighted to me significantly since my banning: that there's a massive difference between those two things. Logan Paul is a person who needs the platforms and needs the algorithms and people will watch him, but they will sit there and most of them will call him names, but he will have views. That is different than having fans.
Jake at least stood up for free speech. Jake has said some negative comments about me. I've said a few negative things about him, but I have nothing personal against Jake.
