When you decide to sell on Etsy, the primary objective is clear – making sales. But what often becomes a challenge is navigating the various strategies to achieve these sales.
Like many, I was initially bombarded with suggestions, most of them echoing the sentiment of promoting my Etsy listings everywhere. I watched videos that told me to leverage Facebook, email marketing, and other channels.
Sending an email to your loyal followers is one thing (but only if you've built a list of interested past customers). Sharing your listings on a personal Facebook profile? Not the most effective move either. Posting your designs on Instagram or tiktok? Is going to be a grind to get any traction (especially in the beginning) TRUST ME.
Your early sales are VITAL to ranking your listings. But the question is, how do you then get those initial sales?
Enter Etsy Ads...the best way to launch new listings and rank them (for future organic sales).
Some people suggest diving into social media ads first, but I learned the hard way that's not always the most effective approach. Think about it. A random Facebook user who spots your ad might not be as inclined to purchase as someone already browsing Etsy. Their intent is completely different. While the Facebook or tiktok user might be casually scrolling, the Etsy searcher might be keenly looking for a specific product (one that is extremely related to the one you're selling - if not, completely identical).
So, what will Etsy Ads do for you? Three pivotal things: traffic, good conversion rates, and sales.
And if you're unsure about your listing titles, descriptions, or tags...the data from Etsy ads would guide you by revealing which keywords attracted visitors and conversions. And you could then take that information and put it into your listing, to help rank better organically for all those high traffic keywords.
There was a piece of advice I constantly heard when starting Etsy myself: "Wait to get sales before running Etsy ads." But in my experience, this was the complete opposite of what ACTUALLY worked for me (for most listings).
By hesitating, I’d be purely relying on organic traffic which, for a new seller like me (at the time), would be a slow and unpredictable route. By starting with even just a small daily budget (less than the cost of your daily Starbucks, perhaps), Etsy ads can help you gather insights, fine-tune listings, and most importantly, make those crucial first sales (which are the key to ranking your listings organically - and getting more free sales into the future).
Think about it like this: if you were launching a physical store in a low foot traffic traffic area, wouldn’t you invest in grand opening promotions? Or let customers know you what it is you're selling and how to find you to buy it?
The same principle applies to your Etsy store. The early days of your business demand attention, promotion, and some investment to generate traction. Relying solely on organic methods in the hope of saving money is like starting a race with a significant handicap.
Can you get some sales? Yes, of course. But you'll struggle to make any real profit consistently...and you'll definitely struggle to rank any listings high enough in search results to get those lucrative organic sales that roll in monthly.
The bottom line? Investing in your business upfront, even before you see a profit, is a strategy that worked wonders for me. And I've learned that above all else on etsy, SALES are the biggest determining factor to how high you rank).
You SEO matters. You still need to have a great title, great tags, and a great description with all the right keywords. BUT Etsy is a business at the end of the day....and in a vacuum (with all else being equal), they're going to reward listings that are converting and selling way better than those that aren't as much....because they make them money.

These days, the internet is full of videos and blogs claiming that making thousands, if not tens of thousands, from Shopify dropshipping is as easy as starting a TikTok account, posting a few videos, and linking your Shopify store. With the rise of social media as a business tool, I couldn't help but get intrigued. I wondered: Is this for real? Are people genuinely making bank, or is this another clever marketing gimmick where the only one getting rich is the guy selling the course?
As a natural skeptic, I decided to dive in, experiment, and document my own experience.
The Strategy
Firstly, I knew that relying on a single TikTok account wouldn't give me a comprehensive understanding. So, I decided to create multiple theme pages around niche topics that I believed had the potential to go viral. I set up five in total. For each of these niche audiences, I chose a product on Shopify, which I would then link to in my TikTok bio.
While my main focus was TikTok, I didn't stop there. I created YouTube channels and Instagram pages for these "brands," posting the same videos as shorts and reels, hoping to get more views without creating additional content.
The Bio Link Hurdle
TikTok has two ways to add a bio link: either have 1,000 followers or register your account as a business. So, to speed up the process, I bought 1,000 followers for three accounts. For the other two, I applied using my business EIN. This way each new account had a bio link and was ready for business.
The Results
The outcome was a mixed bag. Most posts didn't gain traction, as I had anticipated. But a few did go semi-viral, garnering tens of thousands of views on TikTok. Instagram was a different story; it was a complete dud for me. Even after posting almost as many reels as TikToks, the best I got was a little over 1,000 views. YouTube showed some promise, but then I got a channel banned for unspecified violations. That scared me off, so I decided to stop posting there altogether.
After hundreds of videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, I had just under 2,000 sessions of organic traffic on my shopify store, leading to a grand total of three sales—netting me only $120 in revenue.
The Costs
The products' costs were around $60. I spent another $45 on TikTok followers, $1 for Shopify post-trial, and $40 on Shopify apps. All said and done, I was actually in the negative—sitting at a loss of $19.
The Verdict
So, is the TikTok-Shopify formula as easy as it's made out to be? The short answer is no. While I did make some sales, proving the concept isn't entirely flawed, the effort needed to make this a significant income source is immense. Moreover, for someone like me (and I'm sure you too) who could be making more money doing other things, the opportunity cost is too high.
However, for those new to the online business world or for established Shopify store owners, this route has some merits. You could use it to test different niches and products organically before you fire up your ad budget, thereby saving thousands of dollars.
Final Thoughts
Dropshipping is still a viable business model that I love and focus on. However, I believe there are more efficient ways to drive traffic and sales than TikTok or any social media-based method. If you're considering going down the dropshipping path, make sure you weigh the pros and cons carefully. And always remember, there's no such thing as easy money, no matter what those TikTok videos claim.
So, whether you're an aspiring entrepreneur or a seasoned business owner, be wary of the shiny new object promising easy riches and understand what it truly takes to be successful.

Today, we're breaking down why you DON'T need any followers to sell A LOT on a TikTok Shop!" …and I'm going to show you exactly how.
See, the beauty of TikTok isn't just its addictive algorithm but how that algorithm levels the playing field for everyone. Whether you're a verified celebrity or just launched your TikTok Shop yesterday, every video you create has the potential to reach a massive, untapped audience, thanks to the magic of the 'For You' page.
It's like getting an audition in front of millions of people, every single time you post. And if your video is engaging, if it keeps viewers glued to the screen, TikTok will keep pushing it further and further, exposing your shop to people who've never even heard of you.
No followers needed, just good content and a smart strategy! So, if you can make good product videos, all it takes it one or two to hit...and the sales will start rolling in.
1. Step 1 find a cool product on amazon with review videos If you need inspiration, one of my favorite tools is kolodata………

2. Step 2 list it on your titkok shop and increase price so you can make money
3. Step 3 download a review video using zeedrop
4. Step 4 upload it to tiktok, you can edit it yourself or you can use the “template” feature to have tiktok make one for you
5. Step 5 link your product in the video, add some text if needed, and a pointing arrow if it’s not over kill, and make sure you use a few relevant hashtags
6. Step 6 rinse and repeat….post AT LEAST 5 videos with linked products a day. If you want to be serious about it post more. Most will only get a little traction (and that's totally fine)…but some will pop off. And that’s where you’ll get sales rolling in.
So, there you have it! We've gone through the entire playbook, step-by-step, to show you how you can turn your TikTok Shop into a sales machine (without needing a legion of followers behind you).
The best part about this is you don’t need to spend hours creating videos or thousands of dollar outsourcing it either. With the right products and the right review videos….combined with tiktok’s template feature….we can easily create dozens (or even hundreds of high quality variations) for a single product.
"Remember, the TikTok algorithm is your stage, and the 'For You' page is your global audience. You don't have to be famous; you just have to be strategic and consistent. Post AT LEAST 5 videos a day, and sooner or later, one or two will hit, driving sales right into your shop. The point isn't to get followers; the point is to get sales. And as we've shown, on TikTok, those two aren't always connected….but the followers WILL slowly come too as you post more and more.

Over the years, I've scaled many different eCom businesses, and Online Arbitrage (with the right approach - is still one of the best for beginners...or anyone trying to make some extra side money each month....ESPECIALLY during Q4 when sales for many products go through the roof....and HUGE discounts on these products can be found if you know the right places to look.
This approach entails buying products from retail stores or online websites at a lower price and then selling them on different marketplaces, such as Amazon, at a higher price. The resulting difference in price becomes your profit. What makes online arbitrage particularly attractive is its accessibility. Virtually anyone can get started, regardless of their experience level...and make some money.
However, unlike conventionally taught strategies, I don't recommend physically going to stores in person...because that can waste hours and hours with no promise of actually finding profitable products to sell. So, instead of spending hours scouring physical stores for products, I advocate using software that does the legwork for you.
Personally, I've found Source Mogul to be a game-changing tool. This software scans hundreds of websites, comparing product prices against Amazon's extensive catalog. It's like having a virtual assistant that hunts down the best deals for you....AUTOMATICALLY.
So, how can you capitalize on online arbitrage effectively? Let's break it down into three crucial steps.
1. Product Selection: The software will generate a list of potentially profitable products. However, before making any purchases, ensure that you can actually sell the product on Amazon by making sure your Amazon seller account allows YOU to sell the product ....and whether it remains profitable even after accounting for Amazon fees.
You can check the profitability of an item by using any number of google chrome extensions created for just that purpose. But if you're looking for a free option, you can use the one hat comes in seller central. Just google "amazon fba calculator" and it should pop up.
2. Sales Estimation: To avoid guesswork, determine the product's sales estimate on Amazon. This data is crucial in making informed decisions about the quantity of units to purchase. Because even if a product is super profitable....if it's not selling there's no point in buying it.
I personally use the jungle scout chrome extension for this. But if you need a free option, they also have a free estimator you can google too. You just have to copy and paste the product and prices in each time.
On top of the sales, you also need to consider competition on that product listing; too much competition might limit your sales potential. So it's important to check how many sellers are on a listing (and how much inventory they have in stock). You can do this for free with the google chrome extension called "online seller add on."
3. Ship your purchased products into Amazon's FBA. This ensures faster delivery times, increasing your chances of winning the Buy Box and getting more sales. You'll struggle to compete if you don't do this b/c "availability to the customer" is one of the biggest things Amazon uses to decide who to award sales to (only after price).

There's literally no better time than right now to start sourcing products to resell on Amazon. Q4 is almost here...and sales go CRAZY from now until the end of the year. This could be your opportunity to make lots of easy money...and in a world full of "get rich quick schemes" and hype videos that are hard to believe...I don't say that lightly.
This is tried and true....practical...and proven. Give it a shot.

Let's get real about Drop Shipping, challenge the get-rich-quick illusion that often surrounds this business model, and uncover the unfiltered truth about Drop Shipping that most gurus conveniently skip over. I'm not here to discourage you, but rather to offer a transparent look at what it really takes to succeed in this game.
My Personal Quest for Authenticity
Have you ever noticed how many Drop Shipping videos portray it as the ultimate shortcut to wealth? I'm sure you have. The sad reality is that many content creators omit the hard parts, the challenges, and the time-consuming aspects of Drop Shipping. Why? Because their motive is not to provide you with a comprehensive picture. Instead, they aim to make it seem like a breeze, all to entice you into buying their courses or services.
Now, don't get me wrong. I'm all for sharing knowledge and offering courses that provide an accelerated path to success. But, it's crucial to dig deeper, especially when seeking guidance in a sea of "experts" who claim to have all the answers.
When evaluating mentors I typically ask myself:
1)Have they achieved what I aspire to achieve?
2) And, what drives them to share their insights?
Answering these 2 questions help me decide whether someone is truly credible and genuine.
Why Drop Shipping Matters
Before we dive into the nitty-gritty, let's clear the air: Drop Shipping is INDEED a fantastic business model. In fact, I shifted my entire e-commerce venture toward Drop Shipping over the past few years BECAUSE of its immense potential. However, it's time to address the elephant in the room and dissect both its benefits AND DRAWBACKS.
The Illusion of Ease
Drop Shipping has garnered a notorious reputation for sounding too good to be true. Why? Because it eliminates the need for warehousing, purchasing bulk inventory upfront, or handling order fulfillment. The promise of minimal startup costs and the freedom to operate from anywhere in the world adds to its appeal. These aspects do make it appear deceptively simple.
Unmasking the Challenges
But here's the kicker: The simplicity masks for fierce competition. Due to its low entry barrier, Drop Shipping has attracted an influx of players vying for the same piece of the pie. This saturation can quickly erode profit margins (even on what seems like a hot product). And often, both on the advertising side of things (if you're doing shopify for example)....or on the organic side of things (if you're dropshipping on retail sites) the fierce competition often leads to race to the bottom pricing wars, further diminishing potential profits.
The Reality of Costly Testing
Let's debunk another myth perpetuated in many Drop Shipping tutorials—the idea that you can test a product for as little as $20 or $50. As someone who has invested both money and time into this endeavor, I can confidently tell you that such a small budget won't yield meaningful insights. To truly determine a product's profitability, you need substantial data, which means you'll need to spend a lot more time and money into testing it (to even see if it's viable in the first place).
Beware the Scaling Trap
Scaling a Drop Shipping store using paid advertising is another area that's often sugarcoated. While success stories of profitable campaigns are certainly inspiring, the path to achieving those results can be grueling and costly. Competitors jump in, driving up ad costs and making it challenging to maintain profitability. This constant battle to stay ahead of the competition's ad spend can turn into a nightmare for an unsuspecting entrepreneur.
The More Feasible Path
So, where does that leave us? Is Drop Shipping a lost cause? Not at all. It's all about understanding where to place your efforts strategically. If you're new to the game, my advice is to consider Drop Shipping on retail websites that already have established traffic and customers. Platforms like Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, Bonanza, Depop, and many others provide an existing customer base and already have search traffic, meaning you don't have to burn through your budget on ads.

And by the end you’ll also be able to use this tool for your own channel to pump out videos just like this….and you’ll have a MASSIVE advantage over your competitors.
So in order to get started, the most crucial step is first picking a topic. And it's important to pick one that's not just good, but magnetic...one the viewer sees and thinks "well, I have to find out more about this" ...or "I need to know the answer to this question."
Picking the right topic is like laying a foundation for a skyscraper. Get it right, and everything else falls into place. So, how do we nail this?
There's many ways people suggest doing this...
-You can research current trends in your niche using platforms like google trends
-You can train a youtube account to subsribe, like, and get suggested content around your topic so that when you sign in, just scrolling around will result in you getting suggested the most popular current topics other creators in your niche have succeeded with.
- You can look at other similar sized channels in your niche and see what's already worked for them by sorting their most popular videos
....or my personal favorite (use tube buddy's keyword explorer). to identify popular keyword phrases people are searching for within your niche, but aren't yet super competitive so you can rank for them in youtube and google search.
This approach is the best imo for a faceless youtube channel (especially in the beginning) because you're going after evergreen search traffic that will continue to get views.
The whole point of a faceless channel is passive income....and you want your channel to get more and more views as you consistently upload more videos.
We don't want to be on the hamster wheel of needing to constantly create new videos to get more views and more revenue.
So as you can see, if you click the tube buddy extension, and go to keyword explorer...you can start playing around with different topic ideas.
Since the channel I'm going to be creating a video for primarily uploads animal fact videos, we'll try “hamster fun facts” ….which you can see is ranked “good” b/c it’s not super competitive….BUT there’s also not many people searching for it.
So, instead if we try “bear vs. gorilla” you’ll notice that’s ranked “very good” b/c it’s not competitive, but there is a lot of search traffic for it. Definitely a video topic we’d want to go after!
So now that we’ve got the perfect evergreen topic….it’s, onto the script. Here's how to get it done without spending days….or dollars.
Head over to chat gpt and tell it to write you a script for a youtube video on said topic. For this example, we’d say something like “write me a 5 minute script for a youtube video on a bear vs. a gorilla and who would win in a fight.”
It can also help if you give it bullet points and a short outline of what you might want covered, but that’s not always necessary.
What IS necessary is adjusting the intro….but the first 10-30 seconds is absolutely crucial. It needs to be captivating enough that the viewer wants to stay around to learn more….and you definitely don’t want to waste anyone’s time asking them to subscribe or like the video.
Start fast and get right to the point. Build intrigue.
So, we might add something like “make the first few sentences intriguing for the viewer so they want to stick around and learn more” to the prompt.
You also don’t want to take the chat gpt script word for word either….yes it can HELP you craft a winning script, but it often might sound a bit robotic. So be sure to edit it a bit and put it into your own words.
Write like YOU speak. So it feels authentic….and so you have a unique tone that no one else can copy.

TikTok shops is a transformative e-commerce tool that's been shaping the future of online business as of late. Dropshippers, Resellers, Brands….they’ve all flourished using it. But what is a tiktok shop....and why is it so effective?
1. What is a TikTok Shop?
At its core, a TikTok Shop is a virtual storefront integrated within the TikTok platform. This feature allows businesses, influencers, and creators to sell products directly to tiktok users (both that follow them…and also that discover their videos in their suggested feed) without the need for them to leave the app.
You can connect a tiktok shop to any tiktok page…and then sell products by linking them directly in your videos.
This allows viewers to click over to your linked product (while watching videos) and buy them if they want to.
TikTok isn’t just a platform for dance challenges and lip-syncing anymore; it’s evolved into a full-fledged marketplace. The rise of TikTok commerce is attributed to:
a. Huge User Base: TikTok boasts billions of users worldwide. This expansive audience provides a fertile ground for businesses….and it seems to only be expanding (as more and more attention goes here).
b. Engaging Content: The short, engaging nature of TikTok videos means users are more likely to watch a promotional video in its entirety. And be receptive to your pitch or promo…..plus you’re always just 1 video away from a boatload of sales b/c any video can get suggested to millions of new users if it goes viral.
c. On top of that, Many brands collaborate with TikTok influencers, leveraging their reach and authenticity to drive sales. This is obviously advantageous for content creators….but it’s also super advantageous for ecom sellers too. You can now partner with content creators ON TIKTOK to promote your products for you….for a small commission.
And this can all happen within the tiktok app. Everyone wins. They get a commission, you get a sale, and the customer gets the product they wanted.
But… Why is TikTok Shop So Effective?
a. Seamless User Experience: Traditional online shopping often requires navigating from a social media post to an external website, which can be a deterrent for potential customers. TikTok Shop eliminates this hurdle by offering an integrated shopping experience (where viewers don’t have to make the conscious choice to become customers). Instead….viewers are customers at all times. There’s much less friction and steps involved to get the sale.
b. Authentic Product Displays: Unlike traditional commercials, products on TikTok can be showcased in real-world settings, giving potential buyers a more authentic view.
c. Algorithmic Advantage: TikTok's algorithm is incredibly adept at presenting content to users who are likely to be interested in it. This means products are shown to a tailored audience, increasing the probability of sales. ON TOP OF THAT, you don’t need an audience to get sales. You don’t need tens of thousand of followers (or a large audience) for a product video on your shop to do well. If it’s a good video and a product people want….Tiktok will find your audience and suggest it to them.
d. Impulse Buying: The direct integration of shopping into an entertainment platform facilitates impulse purchases. Users are just a few clicks away from buying a product they just discovered.
Given the trajectory of TikTok's growth and its push into e-commerce, it's clear that platforms like these will play an integral role in shaping the future of online shopping. Brands that can effectively tap into this market stand to benefit immensely.
For businesses, influencers, and entrepreneurs alike, understanding and leveraging the power of TikTok Shop is not just a trend—it could very well be a game-changer.

In the past, my work days were consumed by managing virtual assistants and running a Facebook drop shipping business. I had a team of three virtual assistants who would list products on various platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Shops, Poshmark, and Mercari. Another assistant would handle order processing, and on slower days, I would assist with order processing as well. It was a constant grind, even on weekends, but the money was great, so I stuck with it.
However, everything changed when my main Facebook account, responsible for generating $10,000 to $20,000 in monthly profit, got disabled. This setback forced me to reevaluate my approach and adapt to new circumstances. It made me realize how stressful running a Facebook drop shipping business at that level was, despite the financial success. Losing my main accounts led me to rethink my strategy and ultimately seek a more hands-off business model.
Now, my mornings start similarly as before. I set up my computers for my virtual assistants, but I've made a significant change in my hiring process. Instead of relying on higher-cost virtual assistants, I started hiring directly from onlinejobs.ph, where I can find skilled assistants for about $2.50 per hour. This cost difference allows me more flexibility to test various strategies without needing an immediate positive return on investment.
Once the computers are set up, my virtual assistants begin listing products on a range of websites, including Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Shops, Bonanza, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, and more. We take a volume approach and aim to hit every platform as much as possible, with some well-researched products mixed in. This approach has been working solidly for us, although we no longer achieve the same revenue numbers as during the Facebook "Wild West" days. However, our overall profitability is similar because the expenses of paying four virtual assistants $8 per hour total...are significantly lower than paying three virtual assistants $24 per hour total.
In addition to listing products, I have one virtual assistant who handles order processing and contacts wholesale suppliers for Amazon drop shipping. We take a slow and consistent approach to scale, reaching out to a few suppliers each day to ensure we can set them up quickly and effectively. We select suppliers with no minimum order quantity that also provide order fulfillment services. To identify profitable products, we use software called Scan Unlimited, which compares wholesale supplier prices to Amazon prices. This helps us determine which products are worth listing. For suppliers whose stock we can't automatically monitor, my virtual assistant manually checks the products about once a week for any changes.
After setting up the listings and completing necessary tasks, I take a break to work out. Luckily, we recently bought a house with a garage converted into a gym, saving me time and allowing me to exercise without leaving home. During my workout, I sometimes continue listing products myself, maximizing productivity. Afterward, I have breakfast while listening to informative YouTube videos in the finance, business, and drop shipping niche. YouTube has become my go-to for learning and entertainment.
Then I spend time on product research for Etsy drop shipping. I identify successful stores and provide their best designs to my graphic designer. He adds his own touch, recreating the designs with slight variations.
Lately, I've shifted my focus to Amazon and Etsy for e-commerce. These platforms require less hands-on management once the listings are set up and can be efficiently handled using software. This change significantly reduces expenses and time compared to managing Facebook drop shipping operations. What if I told you there's a secret formula to take your TikTok shop page from zero to hero... literally overnight?
No, it's not magic. No, you don’t need to be a celebrity. All you need is to follow a strategic method that’s already been proven. Stick around, and by the end of this video, you'll have the roadmap to blow up your TikTok shop. Let's get into it.
1. Pick a Niche
Alright, let's start with the basics. Your niche. Whether it’s handmade jewelry, tech gadgets, or vegan skincare, it's crucial to pick something you're passionate about…..but also something that’s specific enough so when you post videos on it consistenetly, tiktok’s algorithm picks that up and is able to identify the audience that would be interested in your content….that way the algorithm will automatically suggest your future videos to those people.
2. Identify Top Creators
Now that you've got your niche, it’s time to do some research. Dive into TikTok and identify top creators who are already nailing it in your niche. One of the secrets…especially for tiktok pages that are topic related and not personal brand related…is DON’T need to reinvent the wheel. THEY’VE already done the heavy lifting, finding out what works and what doesn't. So now you can just use their pages to shortcut that process for your own.
3. Use Tokbackup
This is where the gold mine is. Head over to Tokbackup.com (I covered this in depth in a previous video). But this incredible website allows you to download videos from any TikTok profile. But here's the best part: you can also see which videos performed best! This means you get insights into what type of content resonates most with the audience in your niche.
There’s 2 approaches that work here….you can either use tokbackup to download all that creators videos instantly….then just repost the ones that went viral (with a slightly different filter, effect, or trending sound).
…or you can use the site to download their top performing videos, run their videos through a transcribing service like riverside.fm (or even use youtube completely free)…and now you have the 3-10 second hook that helped that video take off….as well as the entire script if you just want to paraphrase it, or put it into your own words, and re-create it slightly different with your own spin on it.
This work extremely well b/c you know these videos are proven and have already done well. You can also see which ones hit recently too. So chance are if a creator that isn’t massive had a video that went viral a month ago….well, there’s a high likelihood if you make a few different variations of that video yourself, they’ll get a good amount of views.
4. Create Product Videos
Now that we have a way to constantly pump out videos for our niche that we know fans will engage with, it’s onto the fun part! Creating product videos to help sell our tiktokshop products.
You want 3-5 variations to keep things fresh on your page. That way you can cycle through them and you don’t fatigue your audience with the same product sales videos over and over again.
If you don't have the skills or time? Websites like bandzoffads.com and viralecomads.com offer high-quality videos tailored to help you sell products with short form videos just like this.

You can create high quality promos in around 10 minutes COMPLETELY FREE…that I promise you will convert viewers into customers (assuming of course, your products have demand and are relevant to that niche).
5. Post Daily
And then it just becomes about posting consistently. You’ve got an endless supply of videos you can post to build your page. You've got your product videos. But that's just part of the strategy. Every day, share 5 entertaining TikTok videos about your niche. These can be tutorials, news, entertainment – you name it. And then, drop in one of those killer product videos. Think of this as giving value and then making a soft sell.

Over the past few months, I've experienced a remarkable transformation in my business, all thanks to the power of AI tools. These tools have not only increased my productivity but have also improved the quality of my products while reducing costs. In this video, I want to share the specific AI tools I've been utilizing and how they have revolutionized various aspects of my business.
One of the most game-changing AI tools I've come across recently is AutoPod. This software automates the editing process for raw videos and podcasts. Previously, I would spend a significant amount of time manually editing YouTube videos, course videos, and audiobook voiceovers. AutoPod has reduced my editing time by 70-80%, saving me valuable hours. It has also resulted in substantial cost savings since I no longer need to outsource the editing process for lots of these things either.
Although AutoPod handles the editing jobs for basic stuff, I still have a video editor for more advanced tasks such as adding transitions, graphics, and high-quality B-roll. Nonetheless, the time and cost savings provided by AutoPod have been incredible…and can help content creators everywhere.
Another pair of AI tools that have had a significant impact on my business are Opus Pro and Get Munch. These tools excel in transforming long-form videos into shorter, captivating segments. They automatically select the best parts of my videos and create 30-second to one-minute clips, complete with captions. This has allowed me to generate a substantial amount of short-form content without the need for external editors. As a result, I've saved over $1,000 a month that would have otherwise been spent on outsourcing this task.
While the quality of the short-form videos produced by these tools may not match the expertise of a professional editor, they still deliver impressive results at a fraction of the cost. They have empowered me to create unlimited short-form content effortlessly, making a significant difference in my content strategy…and exposure for my brand that would’ve otherwise cost me a lot of money.
Of course, we can't discuss AI tools without mentioning Chat GPT. I've leveraged this powerful tool in several ways within my business. Firstly, I use it to rewrite e-commerce titles and descriptions, as well as suggest better tags for product listings. Secondly, Chat GPT helps me write YouTube automation scripts, which I previously outsourced for $10-20 each time. Considering I uploaded 22 Faceless videos last month alone (across 2 different channels), it saved me anywhere from $220-$440 on script writers in the last 30 days. And if you’re still paying script writers, you might want to rethink that. With the right prompts and some guidance, chat gpt does a great job.
Lastly, it enables me to paraphrase my own YouTube videos into blog posts, which I then repurpose as Twitter threads and LinkedIn articles. The versatility of Chat GPT has been invaluable in enhancing my content creation and marketing efforts. And I come up with new use cases for it almost daily.
For my Etsy dropshipping listings, I've found AI tools like Remove.bg and Adobe Firefly to be incredibly helpful. Remove.bg automatically removes backgrounds from product images, allowing me to easily create transparent PNGs, which I can then put on mugs, tshirts, and other things in my store. This has eliminated the time-consuming process of manually cutting out backgrounds, saving me valuable time.
Adobe Firefly (which is available for free with an Adobe account) offers an array of impressive features. I particularly enjoy the text-to-image generator, which allows me to create custom images for YouTube thumbnails, print-on-demand products, and digital art. Additionally, Firefly can perform tasks like expanding and altering images based on prompts. Its capabilities have exceeded my expectations, surpassing other similar tools I've tried that cost money.
While I used to heavily rely on tools like Quillbot, Murf, and Pictory for generating content for my faceless youtube channels, I've moved away from them in recent months. These tools are still highly recommended for newcomers to YouTube authomation though, as they provide an easy way to experiment with different niches and video topics so you can find a good one without breaking the bank. However, it's crucial to prioritize high-quality video content to truly thrive on the platform long term…so once you find a good niche and some good topics that are working, I’d recommend moving to a higher quality approach.

I’ve been playing around with Tiktok shop for about a week, and I’m really encouraged. I think this has A LOT of potential.
I’ve been hearing rumbling about trying it…and how people were getting similar results to facebook marketplace a year ago….which obviously peaked my interest.
But I delayed looking into it for a while simply b/c I didn’t fully understand how it worked and how viewers and potential customers on tiktok would purchase your products.
I primarily look for websites where I can list my products on (where buyers are ALREADY looking for products). My main goal is not to need ads in order to acquire customers. I’d prefer to spend my up front effort…and then be the beneficiary of organic traffic and sales that occur on those websites.
And for tiktok shop, I was under the impression you either needed to go live to sell your products… or you needed to make videos pitching them (which sounded like a lot of work).
…and that IS the case. However, it actually seems like it could work pretty well (if done properly).
So here are a few things I’ve learned after a week of launching 2 different shops, listing several hundred products on those shops, building 2 pages that integrate with each shop, and creating dozens of videos for them…

This isn’t a place where you can take the volume approach and just upload thousands of products to see what sticks. The volume approach has been my bread and butter on pretty much every other dropshipping site (etsy, facebook marketplace, poshmark, mercari, etc…)….mainly b/c I can hire cheap VAs to list for me…and then it’s extremely easy to get an ROI on their time listing.
But this DOESN’T work for tiktok shop. Because buyers aren’t organically searching for products here. So just listing a bunch of general products isn’t going to help….and in fact, it actually might hurt you b/c the viewers of your tiktok page that’s connected to your shop can click over to your shop tab…and see all the products you have listed.
And if you have hundreds of random products, it’s not going to look like you’re very trustworthy and have a brand they want to buy from.
Instead, this is a place where you NEED targeted, niche specific, tiktok pages…then you can dropship products seamlessly through those pages.
So for example, you could build painting fan page…and then dropship products that specifically appeal to painters.
Or you could build a running or fitness fan page….and dropship fitness products and workout equipment to your audience from your connected shop.
It works REALLY well. Because everything is happening natively on tiktok…and you can subtly pitch products in your videos that you ALREADY know appeal to a large segment of your audience (since you’ve built a page that specifically speaks to that target market).
I’ve found that Gary Vee’s jab jab jab right hook strategy works very well with this. Create a few normal videos for your audience (the jabs)…then throw in one product video pitching a dropship product here and there (the hook).
People have been preaching this “organic traffic dropshipping” on tiktok for a while now….the only different was you used to have to send people to a shopify store and use the link in your profile.
NOW, it works A LOT better b/c there’s less friction. You can link products directly in your tiktok videos…and then when customers see the video and are interested in the product, they can just click the product and purchase immediately.
They don’t need to go to an external website they aren’t familiar with, be sold again, and then give their credit card information to a random company.

Another thing that’s really cool about what tiktok shop is doing….is that you can find affiliates (with high follower count pages already) to promote your dropship products too.
You can actively seek out pages in your niche and offer them free samples of your products to make videos on. They get a free product and a % of the profit if any of their followers make a purchase….and you get free marketing….and access to a large audience size that’s targeted specifically for your products.

There's a pivotal moment in every drop shipper's journey when they realize...the proof of concept is there, and now it's time to scale. In this blog post, I want to share six strategies that have helped me increase my drop shipping sales and make more money. These tactics are actionable and can be implemented today to drive immediate results.
Diversify Websites: To find hot products that have little to no competition, it's crucial to source from different websites than most drop shippers. By exploring alternative platforms, you can discover unique items that others haven't tapped into yet. Additionally, listing your products on multiple websites increases your chances of making more sales. Cross-listing software like List Perfectly can simplify the process and expose your products to a wider audience.
Get a Reseller's Permit: Obtaining a reseller's permit allows you to become tax exempt on certain suppliers. This means you won't have to pay sales tax, increasing your profit margins on each sale. Research the requirements in your area and take advantage of this opportunity to maximize your profits.
Utilize Software: Whenever available, leverage software to streamline your operations. Whether it's for listing products, managing inventory, or automating repetitive tasks, there are numerous software solutions tailored to specific drop shipping platforms. Take the time to explore the available options and find tools that can save you time and effort.
Learn from What Works: An effective way to increase your drop shipping sales is to replicate what's already working. If you're selling on a platform like Facebook Marketplace (for example), conduct product research to identify the best-selling items from other drop shippers. By finding popular products, you can create similar listings or target those niche markets. Similarly, on platforms like Etsy, analyze the designs that are already selling well and use them as inspiration to create your own unique variations.
Master Outsourcing: As your business grows, you'll reach a point where your own capacity becomes a bottleneck. To overcome this limitation, consider outsourcing tasks to virtual assistants (VAs). Hiring VAs allows you to delegate specific responsibilities, freeing up your time to focus on scaling your business, conducting research, or implementing new strategies. Outsourcing can be a game-changer in terms of productivity and profitability.
Adjust Pricing: Contrary to common belief, raising prices doesn't always result in a drastic drop in sales. While price is a critical factor, increasing your prices strategically can boost your profit margins. This extra revenue can be used to hire additional VAs, invest in marketing, or reduce your workload while maintaining the same level of income. Carefully evaluate your market and determine if a price increase is feasible for your products.
By implementing these six strategies, I've experienced significant growth in my drop shipping sales. Diversifying my sourcing and listing platforms, obtaining a reseller's permit, using software solutions, learning from successful products, mastering outsourcing, and adjusting pricing have all contributed to my success. My Journey: Starting a Dropshipping Business with No Money and No Experience
Have you ever wanted to start an online business but felt discouraged because you didn't have any money or experience? I've been there, and I want to share my journey of how I started a dropshipping business from scratch, without any initial capital or much prior knowledge at all. And I'll guide you through the entire process and show you how you can achieve similar results.
In case you’re unfamiliar, Dropshipping is a business model where you act as a middleman between the supplier and the customer. You facilitate the sale of products, marking up the price and keeping a portion of the profit for yourself. What makes dropshipping so appealing is that you don't need to invest in inventory or manage a physical store. You simply connect buyers with suppliers and earn a profit from each sale.
Here's a simplified example of how dropshipping works: Let's say there's a product listed on Amazon for $30. You can list the same product on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Tiktok shop, Poshmark, Mercari, and dozens of others, and add a markup of, let's say, $15.
When a customer purchases the product from you for $45, you use their order information and address to order the item from Amazon for $30. You then keep the $15 difference as your profit, minus any small fees associated with selling on the platform.
Now, you might be wondering, how can you start a dropshipping business without any money?
Unlike other business models, dropshipping minimizes your risk because you only spend money after you make a sale and generate a profit. This means you only invest money when you are guaranteed a future profit. It's a waiting game to multiply your cost of goods and recoup more money in the future.
And if you’re already listing on websites where buyers are actively searching for products, you DON’T need to spend any money on ads to make sales. You can just spend your sweat equity to list…and capitalize on free organic traffic.
You can also leverage credit cards for purchasing products without needing upfront cash. Of course, this approach requires responsibility in managing your finances and ensuring you set aside a portion of your profits to pay off your credit card balances.
But using cashback credit cards can be particularly beneficial since you can earn up to 5% cash back on purchases you would make for your business anyway. Personally, I recommend cards like the Amazon Store Card, Walmart Store Card, and eBay Store Card, all of which offer 5% cash back and are reliable suppliers with millions and millions of products you can dropship.
Additionally, it's wise to explore cashback credit cards that offer rewards for purchases made anywhere online. This way, you aren't limited to a specific store. Look for cards that provide up to 2% cash back. The accumulated rewards and cashback can significantly contribute to your business's growth, and they're not considered taxable income.
Now, let's address the issue of experience. Starting a dropshipping business doesn't require you to be a tech guru or have extensive industry knowledge. With the abundance of information and software available today, you can easily navigate your way through the process. One software I personally use and recommend, especially for beginners, is ZeeDrop.
ZeeDrop is a powerful tool that simplifies the dropshipping process by copying products from various websites and listing them on multiple marketplaces with just a click.
It automatically copies product pictures, titles, descriptions, and even applies price markups for you. I typically mark up my products by around 60%, which has proven to be a sweet spot for profitability.
The best part? ZeeDrop is incredibly affordable, with a monthly subscription fee of only $17. So you don’t have to break the bank to start your ecommerce business (contrary to what you might have believed).
By leveraging the capabilities of ZeeDrop and other resources available online, you can start building a profitable dropshipping business without any prior experience.
