Unboxing a Swiss K31 from Century Arms.

Always visually inspect your ammo before you shoot it. If you can buy a case gauge I would recommend that as another level of safety. The case in the video with the cracked neck would not fit in the case gauge and could have been easily missed on visual inspection. Be Safe and Thanks for Watching.

1891Calvary Carbine in Action

I am using Privi Partizan 0.268 diameter bullets in the Carcano Calvary Carbine. The 0.268 diameter bullets come in 123 grain soft point and 139 grain FMJ BT. I used IMR 4064 with both projectiles and was able to achieve good groups (for me). These bullets from PPU give the older Carcano rifles new life and make them more enjoyable to shoot. Reloading some 6.5X52mm Carcano with Hornady 129 grain SP and IMR 4064.

First Reloads for the 6.5X52mm Carcano. I am using Hornady 129 grain soft points and IMR 4064 with Privi primed brass. Lee dies, Lyman 8 Turret press and RCBS Chargemaster lite were used in the reloading process. I was working with a different camera and apologize for the sound in the video. Yugoslavian Surplus in an M57 Yugoslavian Tokarev pistol.

I picked up this older C serial numbered 10-5 for a good price, but it was not in the best condition. Mostly surface rust and some minor finish blemishes. I was able to clean it up and get it looking pretty good. Mechanically, it was in super condition and it is a great little shooter. Newly acquired Carcano from RTI.

Smith and Wesson model 64 is the stainless steel version of the model 10 chambered in 38 special. The model 65 is the stainless steel version of the model 13 chambered in 357 magnum. These both have 4 inch barrels and are two of my favorite revolvers.

A little over a month and 300 rounds through the Henry Big Boy X in 44 Magnum. Overall I really like this gun, but there are a few things that I didn't like. I talk about the good and bad and do a little shooting as well.
