That Summer, I walked in Circles. Around and around. The heat is pounding down on my system and overheating my soul and body. My feet had blisters and were sore to the core.” “Elsewhere, my mind was drifting. The world kept on giving bad news after bad news and pain. I couldn’t escape. I had to try and go outside when I was told not to. Five solid weeks of a delicate nervous system. Loud noises, too. It was a hot summer and I was scared to cross the road. I didn’t feel safe and comfort was miles away.” “Help was at hand. In the form of Doctors and Nurses. It wasn’t easy. I tried to escape, I tried to escape and nearly did. I remember waiting on an empty island, watching the cars and fast vehicles go past. ‘Oh, shit!’ - I’ve really messed up now. The white coats and law enforcers are coming for me.
