Carbon makes up all life on earth. It’s not pollution; it’s the solution.

First ever artichokes. These are completely new for us, but they sure love the greenhouse. Absolutely delicious. Roasted whole with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and freeze dried garlic powder. It’s a process to eat the whole thing as each peddle has a bit of meat on the bottom. A new favourite for us.

Passive solar buildings relieves your risk of freezing to death if something breaks in the house-of-cards system. 🌞

The Great Pyrenees is the best guardian breed. Adult males weight 100 pounds, thick and warm coat for northern elements, extremely loyal protectors, but are also docile and zen like. A perfect fit for everything we do.
