CWIC and Leading Saints "Men and Masculinity" 0 Solutions Given
I am a subscriber to CWIC Media and Leading Saints podcasts, love their channels!
That said, while I agree with them that there are issues with men and masculinity in the church, I do not agree with the solutions they offer. Actually I am disappointed by those solutions. We do not need more money, more programs, and more male bonding.
We need Christ and we need revelation for our lives and times.

Come Follow Me #8 Matt 16: 15-17 Revealed by the Father
This video is a Come Follow Me Video that speaks on the blessing of having knowledge as given directly by the Spirit for the Father as opposed to those who are tossed about by every wind of doctrine (Eph 4:14).

Response to Cwic Media and Cancelling David O McKay
Greg Matsen at CWIC Media dropped a video entitled "Cancelling David O McKay at BYU Hawaii."
https://youtu.be/_3uV3j22RA0
He gave voice to a few of the prominent people hoping to save and protect the David O McKay mural at the entrance of the McKay Complex at BYUH. These people feel a connection to that mural that many might feel to the Brigham Young "This is the Place" statue in UT. They feel this way for good reason.
LDS culture places a great deal of emphasis on the plight of the pioneers escaping persecution to build Zion on UT.
Some might not realize the shared heritage of the LDS. that of the several similar treks that have taken place throughout the years and in a multitude of countries and locations.
From Adam leaving Eden, to Abraham leaving the land of his fathers as well as Egypt, from the Jewish Exodus out of Egypt and Babylon, and so many others in scripture to the many treks and gatherings of today, maybe some still ongoing, we all share this identity.
As such we need to pray for the protection of this mosaic so the people there have something that they can point to with their children and grandchildren and pass on their own stories of ocean crossings, temple and church building, and sacrifice.

Right of Conscience Repressive Tolerance
The state and thought policed message is one that has been filtered and approved for your consumption.
Do not think, do doubt. Just consume and move on to next product and message.
One day Repressive Tolerance will come for the Church and its people.
We must stand ready and we must exercise courage with our faith.

Tragedy or Destiny How We Can Build Faith in Troubled Times
All too often when tragedy strikes us close to home, or in extreme situations pulls at our hearts from afar, we question God. We question His mercy, His justice, His power, and His Wisdom.
At some point we need to learn to stop viewing life from a limited and finite perspective and adopt an eternal perspective.
Pres Spencer W Kimball's landmark speech given at BYU in 1955 can act as a touchstone for our faith and give us assurance that not all is lost when the times seem darkest.

Come Follow Me #7 Matt 13 The Parable of the Wheat and the Tares
Parables were designed for those with ears to hear and eyes to see, as such parables were not for everyone. When we study the Parable of the Wheat and the Tares we must understand the tares are not the forces outside of the Church trying to bring it down, rather, they are the people in it who are actually agents of the enemy seeking to destroy true faith.

Reaction to Christian and Mormonism Comparison by Allen Parr and Mike Winger
Allen and Mike compare 5 points of emphasis between the LDS faith and modern Christianity. The only attempt they have at winning the argument is to attack a need for prophets, prophetic revelation, and the fact of the Restoration by God thru Joseph Smith.
While defensible, revelation is required to believe in Joseph's call, so their argument is effective.

Response to Lynn Wilder Testimony: An Example of the ExMo Grift Pt. 2
The conclusion to my 1st video showing the clear lies espoused by Lynn Wilder in her anti-mormon ministry.
This is why so many outside the faith don't understand us and refuse to engage. They are hearing 2 different stories and are biased toward lies.

Feminism is Dead. Feminists Just Don't Know It
Critical Theory is the devil's ideology and intellectual tool. In this Vice panel on feminism, it is clear feminism is no longer what it once was and means less. It's use now is as a cudgel to hammer other people into place.
We need to do our best to bring up our youth, LDS and non, to realize and respect the value of traditional wisdom and values

Response to Lynn Wilder Testimony: An Example of the ExMo Grift
The Lynn Wilder Ministry can be easily dismissed by members of the LDS faith . She is inconsistent in her story, and CLEARLY does NOT understand the doctrine and never read scripture or latter day prophets deeply.
To those outside of the faith however, she is a source of information, sim[ply because they don't know any better.
I she grifting or is it ignorance? Sigh!!!

Come Follow Me #4 - Matt 5:48 "Be Ye Therefore Perfect"
In general LDS culture we have a habit of falling into checkmark mormonism.
We need to more fully understand the mission of Jesus Christ and follow his example nad that starts with adopting and ingraining the virtues of the Beatitudes
