The Luffa plants are starting to come up finally.
The luffa is an edible gourd when it is small and tender, however, if you let it go and ripen and dry on the vine.
They make great sponges. that can be used in the kitchen or shower.
I had grown some years ago and wanted to grow some again. I like to grow something different each year.
In the first of the series, we plant the seeds. They are a vine type of plant and will climb when available.
