Had to make a trip to Binh Thanh and shot this along the way. Binh Thanh is one of the most beautiful shots for skyscrapers in the world. It is like being in a real-life inception. The buildings come up to you in a oddly 3D way and with the wind blowing and staring toward the sky the world seems surreal.

The trial continues into its final days as the court began finalizing jury instructions. The exchanges between Judge Dorow and Brooks were heated all day as she appears to lost her patience with Brooks' antics. At one point, Brooks pointed out that the Jury had the power in this case and he would communicate this to them, even threatening to bring up jury nullification. This reference was quickly rebuffed by Judge Dorow and she let the court know she will have mechanisms in place if Brooks decides to bring up the topic during closing arguments. Although she previously testify that she was abused by Mr. Brooks, she was called back as part of the defense strategy. Like many times before, Brooks broke several rules and was objected to by the prosecution. The courtroom exploded at one point as Mr. Brooks was enraged he could not show two pictures allegedly sent by the ex-girlfriend while he was in jail, but not yet shown to the prosecution. Mr. Brooks continues to utilize stall tactics and nonsensical pleas during his lackluster defense.

The prosecution threatens to inform the jury that he is a registered sex offender causing Brooks to again lash out in the courtroom.

Despite detailing alleged abuse at the hands of Brooks, his defense team, led by Brooks himself will call his own ex-girlfriend back to the stand... or will he? His plans are shrouded in mystery and it appears he believes he is playing 3D chess while everyone else takes a nap.
